Baskin Robbins is always easy and mainly because the staff is always so friendly. Recently I went in and wasn't sure what I wanted, the staff asked me what type of ice cream I felt like (chocolate duh!) and they gave me a few different taster spoons of options. Score! I really feel like they only hire nice people here. So kudos to Baskin for that! Also, I don't have to ever wait too long in this location. Knock on wood! read more

Great staff! Very helpful even though it was close to closing time. They were friendly and still full of energy. I got a couple of great suggestions from the server and I would come back because of them. I tried the pistachio Dubai type ice cream and had the German chocolate cake. Mmmm! Sooo satisfying. Plenty of parking and conveniently right off of Topanga Canyon in a non-crowded area. Very, very clean. read more

I've been coming here for years despite living closer to other locations- we're talking walking distance. They just don't compare. This location makes my mocha blasts with less chocolate just like I ask, the waffle cones are always fresh and the ice cream cakes are amazing. The product quality and level of service is not the same at all locations but it's is consistently outstanding here. There's nothing like stepping into this spotlessly clean, cool store on a hot day for ice cream. The excellent service and quality products has me coming in here in the dead of winter for ice cream cakes on a whim. I highly recommend this location specifically! read more

This location has been around 40+ years , ever since I was a kid. I rarely visit , as there are much better options. I've had amazing banana sundaes . Naturally can always find a few excellent flavors available read more

Horrible service! The Indian man decided to upgrade and charge me for something that I did not ask for and would not accept my coupon as such. Do not recommend. The service is slow and they have very rude service people. read more

They literally have over 31 flavors. Very reasonable prices (Pound 8 ounces to take home only $12.99!) Wonderful ice creams cakes as well, and they will add a message as well!! The service today, March 29, 2025 was 5 Star! The man working alone, was kind, offering folks free samples, and would hold the door open for folks as they left. You know what makes America wonderful? Hard working Immigrants like him. I would hire a Gentleman like him in a heartbeat!! Highly Recommend! read more

ALL the employees at this location were extra friendly. Usually you get kids that don't enjoy their jobs and I get it. But this store seemed to have mature people there that wanted to be there. They made us feel cared about, enjoyed selling their product and took ownership in our experience. It was genuine and not fake. It feels corny, but this was by FAR the best BR experience we have ever had! We will be back! Thanks Canoga Park store #16347 read more

The friendliest group of folks running a Basket Robbins in my experience! Not sure if it was the owner, but one of the older guys was always reminding the other employee to offer samples, and even without asking, he would hand out samples of their newest flavor, Beach Day. We used a BOGO deal for scoops and somehow there was a technical difficulty, but the older guy still honored the deal, if not giving us an even better deal. Got a double kids scoop of Pistachio Almond/Reese Peanut Butter and single scoops of the Butter Pecan and Dragonfruit (a little too sweet). All the other flavors were on point though. Sampled the Triple Mango and it was on the sweeter side. read more

Dear [Manager/Owner], We have been regular customers for quite some time, and until recently, the service has always been excellent. However, ever since your previous crew of young men left, the quality has noticeably declined. This is the second time I have received the wrong ice cream order. A week or two ago, I ordered sugar-free pineapple and rainbow, but instead was given berry sherbet. I didn't return it at the time and simply ate it. Today, I again ordered sugar-free pineapple and rainbow, but was given rainbow sherbet and praline & cream instead. Once home (we live about two miles away), I realized the mistake and assumed it was my husband's ice cream. When we drove back to correct it, the young lady who served us was not customer-service friendly. Instead of remaking the order, she attempted to scrape off the top layer and replace it with sugar-free ice cream, which is not acceptable. When my husband explained that I had already tasted the ice cream, he advised that it should be tossed. At that point, the young man assisting her grabbed the ice cream and slammed it into the trash can with attitude. To add, this same young man had been goofing around while she was trying to serve us earlier, and she even had to tell him to stop. I strongly suspect he is also the one who gave me the wrong flavor during my previous visit. This is very disappointing as loyal customers. I hope you address these concerns with your staff and restore the level of service we used to experience. read more

Baskin-Robbins is the only place I get ice cream from. Specifically this location too. I grew up a block away and it's become a special place in my heart. One worker with a gray beard has seen me come there since I was a baby. I'm in love with their sorbet flavors and will only eat my ice cream with the tiny pink spoons. They are always so kind and patient. There's a couple tables inside to eat and there's lots of flavors to choose from. The parking lot is also pretty big. read more

Best customer service ANYWHERE! Always nice and friendly and very clean establishment.

Amazing experience everytime I come here! The employees are so helpful, and are very generous with their samples.

Best Baskin Robbins in the Valley, outstanding customer service and delicious treats. Very grateful with the owner of the franchise for being very caring towards his clients, we can agree that we don't see that too often now in days unfortunately! Best custom ordered cakes! My team wanted to throw a special surprise birthday party for one of our managers at the office and made the theme all about him. We got custom wrapping paper with his face on it and I ordered a custom cake on 8/11/2023. I placed the order one week in advance via the Baskin-Robbins app. Not all locations offer the "Create Your Own PhotoCake" and I found it easily on the app vs. the Baskin-Robbin's website. On the day of, I called ahead of time to confirm the cake was ready for pick up. I went with my manager to pick up the cake and mistakenly went to the wrong location. Luckily, this location was easier to get to and the parking lot was more spacious. This store also looked cleaner. K, the store manager, asked us what our favorite ice cream flavors were and he gave both of us two samplers to try. It was such a sweet gesture. He told us that the custom cake was handmade by his wife! She did an incredible job. The cake was perfect and everyone at my office laughed and loved how the cake turned out. I would definitely recommend coming to this Baskin-Robbins if you want a custom picture cake. read more

I went to get me a banana royale at the 31 flavors at Topanga and Saticoy and I was amazed by the service I got from AHMAD. He's was such a good and attentive kid. He was also kind and helpful. I haven't gotten a banana royale for about ten years and I used to love it. I did like it today but I would have loved it if the banana would have been nice but it was hard and It tasted as if it was cut green and forced to get riped. The banana was hard and I did finish my ice cream but I wish I would have eaten the banana. But the service was great. read more

By far, the nicest store owner we've encountered. The place is clean. The parking is easy. We stopped by today to get a scoop to-go for a friend in hospice. Even though the store owner knew we were only going to buy one scoop to go, he gave us a couple of samples of their new flavors. He even gave us a small bag of broken cones for our dog. The store owner is so friendly and generous. Although we don't live in the immediate area, his kindness resulted in a return visit later the same day to buy a couple of scoops for ourselves. I don't know if it was the owner, but I'm pretty sure it was. Review of Baskin Robbins Knafeh Ice Cream Bar This Baskin Robbins location left me deeply disappointed, and frankly, I felt robbed. They're selling their knafeh ice cream bar for $13, while other Baskin Robbins locations offer the same product for $7. The price hike might have been forgivable if the quality matched the cost, but it was the complete opposite--the knafeh was burnt and almost inedible. To make matters worse, when I questioned the absurd price, the Middle Eastern employee repeatedly justified it by claiming the cost was due to the "labor." I have nothing against him personally, but if you're going to defend your product and the effort behind it, at least make sure the product lives up to your words. This was by far the worst knafeh ice cream bar I've ever had. Overpricing and poor quality don't make a good combination. Save your money and get a knafeh ice cream bar from another Baskin Robbins location--they cost less and are far better. This spot needs to focus less on empty talk and more on delivering a product that's worth the price. read more
