The whole ordering process was very easy and done mostly over email, with the exception of calling them to pay the deposit and finalize some details. The flavors they offer for custom cakes are: strawberry filling, whipped cream with fresh strawberries, cherry filling, ganache, lemon, mango mousse, chocolate mousse, cookies and cream. I went with a 6 inch whipped cream with fresh strawberries cake, which cost $70. I placed the order 5 days before my pickup day, but they can generally accommodate requests within 2-3 days. They offer pre-made cakes and a variety of pastries and sweets on display as well. The prices were reasonable from what I saw. The cake was cute. It was maybe a tiny bit off from my inspo picture, but they were able to deliver what I wanted. Everyone in my family enjoyed the cake, but we did find it a bit sweet, especially the frosting. To be fair, we're used to less sweet Asian cakes and desserts. During the ordering process, I asked if they could make a less sugar cake, but it's either regular sweetness or no sugar, and no sugar sounded weird, so I went with a regular cake.
