However, the croissant is absolutely spot on with how flaky yet soft it is. The freshest croissant I've had and the pistachio flavor is present. I was hoping for a more forward flavor or some extra crushed pistachios on top. Regardless, It looked amazing and was a crowd pleaser for the entire table.
