I went back to explain to the guy and was like I didn't even drink it, I was just leaving the lot. And he just says it was intact when I gave you, maybe you need a plastic bag next time?? It looked like a cup defect to me which has never happened. He was rude and unhelpful; didn't really want to talk. Common courtesy would be to just replace the drink even if a smaller size. I sent the picture to Shivon and she sounded like she was going to have a heart attack! She profusely apologized and told me she was going to make this better. She went overboard!! I supposed knowing that there were 3 birthday people she made 3 separate different flavored small round cakes (not that little I might add!), a dozen cupcakes .
