Thank you for my son's first birthday cake! We asked for a quote on fairly short notice and the team were very responsive and friendly. And the Bluey themed cake turned out so good! My son loved it. Yummy. Will book again in the future!
Although I have lived near Cake Bash for years, I only recently tried them out to see if they might be a good choice for our wedding cake. We bought a couple cupcakes and we were BLOWN AWAY. Never had such a moist spongy cupcake in the Valley. We ran our design by them and they said they could do it. The finished project came out incredible looking and served everyone at the event and then some. Our guests were raving about the cake, asking where we got it, getting the name of the place. People were having two or three slices each. We couldn't have been happier with our choice and working with Cake Bash was so easy and professional.
The establishment is absolutely amazing. Everyone here is super patient and extremely talented. The owner is the most sweetest person , I'm so blessed that she was able to have this vision come true for the 2nd time in a row. The cake it's self was creamy and soft, the cake didn't last. Thank you to everyone from cake bash studio for making this possible. We'll be back pretty soon

I had a very disappointing experience with Cake Bash recently. I had booked a tasting over the phone and called twice to confirm the appointment. On the day of the tasting, I arrived with the birthday girl, excited to try their cakes. However, the visit started off poorly. The manager of the smoke shop next door came out and circled my car, demanding that I leave or I would be towed. Despite the limited parking spaces, I moved my car and went back into Cake Bash for our tasting. Upon entering, we were asked to sign in with our email, and the staff informed us about the prices, which start at $130 for a cake. I was fine with the pricing and ready to proceed. However, what happened next was truly shocking. The woman at the counter told us that if we wanted to taste anything, we would have to purchase it and eat it at home. I was taken aback by this policy. I had clearly communicated that we were coming in for a tasting, and I did not expect to have to explain what a tasting entails to the owner of the shop. This lack of clear communication and poor customer service left a bad impression. I had anticipated a professional and welcoming experience, especially after confirming our appointment twice. Instead, we were met with confusion and an unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, I would not recommend Cake Bash based on this experience. It was very disappointing and not at all what I expected from a professional cake shop. Following up on the reply below from the owner. IT WAS NOT clearly communicated that you had to buy cakes. Diana was NOT informed clearly. Please OWN up to your miscommunications.
Amazing! Cake was just right. The taste wasn't too sweet and the chocolates on the cake were delicious. They did a fabulous job getting the design I asked and I loved how they wrote on the plate happy birthday and not the cake. Great way in keeping the cake design intact.

They made an awesome cake for my Son's 3rd birthday. Exactly what my wife sent them from pictures on the Internet. In our budget and on time. Everyone loved it and many guests even asked for seconds. Few of our guests will be ordering cakes only from them. Definitely recommended !

Contacted them regarding a "Mary Jane" cake I wanted made for my bf for his birthday since he's an avid enjoyer of cannabis. The cake came out exactly how I wanted, how I envisioned it, & the taste was AMAZING! They were very communicative and got back to me always in a timely manner. Will be using them again!
Brittany is absolutely wonderful and made the most beautiful, delicious cake I ever had the pleasure of seeing and eating. My best friend was born in England and had a stunning collection of English tea cups, which were lost, along with her home in the Palisades fire. Cake Bash Studios created the most beautiful cake for my friend's birthday. It was so authentic that my friend thought it was an actual "extra large" tea cup with the cake baked inside. She was in awe when the restaurant cut into the tea cup. It was chocolate with strawberries and her husband described it as "luxuriuos". We all enjoyed after dinner, but they enjoyed as a special treat the next day for breakfast!!! Brittany was kind and communicative. We ordered a custom Alice in Wonderland cake for my nieces baby shower. We told her what we wanted and texted a picture to her of what we would like it to look like. I texted her the day before to make sure the cake was finished and we went to pick it up the next day. When she opened the box my sister and I were floored! I love Cake Bash Studio! Due to Covid, I had to put in my order online, and sent my payment through Paypal which made things much easier! No contact and payment in advance! I sent a picture of what kind of cake I had in mind for my son's 1st birthday and they responded quickly with details. At first, the pricing was too high for my budget but they were able to work around my price range with the similar detailing I originally wanted for my cake. For the cake base flavor I ordered marble with a chocolate base filling - and it was delicious! My family raved about how sweet and yummy the cake was, as I ate a few sliced myself. I needed a special cake for my Harry Potter themed Baby Shower and CAKE BASH did not disappoint! Not only was Murides friendly she was was also very knowledgeable. she walked me through the process and pricing and even suggested for me to take home sample cakes to make sure I had the perfect flavor for my cake. The Guava and cheese and Coconut flavors were our favorite, we ended up deciding on coconut. I ordered a Paw Patrol cake for my daughter's 4th birthday and aside from it being decorated so beautifully, hands down it was the most delicious birthday cake I have ever eaten in my life. The cake was moist and the frosting was so smooth and buttery. I normally don't like frosting either, but I was licking this frosting clean off my plate. I also ordered some doggie bone-shaped sugar cookies and I think what makes their treats so great is that they have just the right amount of sweetness. Nothing was overly sweet. The price for a small cake is comparable to Susie Cakes, but Cake Bash is way more delicious and I'll be going there for all my cake and cookie needs from now on! read more

We asked for mini cupcakes for a baby shower, included pictures for examples, asked for different colors, and were told that they could do this for us. The theme was supposed to be floral. These cupcakes look like they are for a 5 year olds birthday. They didn't tell us there would be these "disks" to put the design on top of and they look really lame. My pregnant wife was told that she could purchase more cupcakes rather than be accommodate for our dissatisfaction in anyway (ie discount, refund, reimbursement, or anything). These cupcakes aren't cheap. They taste basic, not bad but not $200 for 60 mini cupcakes. If you're looking for a higher end product, I'd go elsewhere. They seem to do kids stuff really well though! read more

Simply the best experience. I was even more excited that to learn that this is a woman own Latina business! We had no idea what the cost of a well decorated cake was and was quickly educated. So after a little back and forth, I told Miredys that our budget was about $300 and did they deliver-something not just beautiful, but also great tasting. Our little boy was over the moon with his cake. Thank you for making his third birthday cake so special. My husband has already told me that we'll never order a cake from anywhere else. Where do I start?? When I picked up my little one's 1st birthday cake I was almost brought to tears but I stopped myself because I didn't want to ruin my eye make-up! LOL The ladies over at Cake Bash Studio created such a cute, airplane theme 1st birthday cake for my baby boy! l placed my custom cake order about 2 weeks before the party and brought with me some pictures of what I had in mind. I told the cake designer there I was open to her creative ideas on what she thought would look good too! Like I said earlier, I was almost brought to tears picking up the cake because I loved it so much! Not only did I loved it, my guests did too! I got so many compliments about the cake and before we sang Happy Birthday and cut into the cake, one of our guests said, "Let's see how the cake will taste! Because you know, sometimes the cake looks great but the taste is not so great!" Well, you surely impressed all my guests! Not only was the cake absolutely adorable, it tasted amazing!! I was really reluctant to write a review on yelp and instead called the shop right after my son's birthday party. This shop misspelled my son's name on the cake when the paper I filled out said ALDEN and not AIDEN. How disappointing and embarrassing is it when you are about to cut the cake and everyone notices it said AIDEN instead of ALDEN. We paid over $240 for this cake and they couldn't get the name right. After looking st the cake image I sent her for replication, she didn't replicate the "Happy Birthday" or the black balls around the cake. As I spoke to the owner, she tried to argue with me that "my husband saw it and was okay with the cake". When the party starts in half an hour and he is rushing over to the venue, he wasn't looking at every single detail. For goodness sake, we would hope the baker would get the name right. In addition, she pursued to tell me that was the "Batman font" and the the letter "L" is like a lowercase when in fact it is not the Batman font. If you google Batman font, there's no lowercase "l" mixed with uppercase and this was definitely not a typical Batman font. I told her " why would everything else be capitalized and not the "L". Instead of apologizing, she was really trying to cover up the mistake. When we let our ego get the best of us, we forget to listen and I feel like she was failing to listen to me and take constructive criticism. Great food can't make up for bad service but great service can make up for bad food. In this example, I was more turned off by her lack of taking responsibility for a mistake and now that I have compared the images, I'm saddened that we spent so much money and to feel embarrassed at our son's birthday party with everyone noticing the name didn't read "Alden" but instead "Aiden". This was a little boy's birthday. I barely had cake the same night of the party and I'm not sure what the hard cream is made of but it was very hard!?! After finally asking me what could she do to better the situation, I told her I would like some kind of credit. She did tell me to let them know next time I wanted to order something and they would make it right by me but honestly, I won't be coming back to this business. I was extremely excited to hire her to design our cake after speaking to a few bakeries and instead, ended up quite disappointed. It shouldn't be that hard to apologize right away instead of a customer having to ask for an apology from a business owner. read more

I recently ordered my son's birthday cake from Cakebash studio and I have noting but good things to say about my experience. The first time I went in to the store to inquire, I couldn't resist but to try their cupcakes (churro flavor was our favorite) and the alcapurrias were huge and yummy. Ordering the custom cake was simple, and quick, I was able to order about a week prior to the pick-up date. The cake was beautiful and it was delicious! I highly recommend this bakery, and I will be back soon! read more

Absolutely satisfied with the execution and flavor of this beautiful cake they made for my mothers 60th birthday. The girls there made this process so easy. Amazing! I was surprised by the 70s Disco cakes for my 60th! The cake was the talk of the party. Unbelievable decoration and color coordination. Just wow! One chocolate and the other red velvet. Both were good. If I have to make one growth suggestion, i would prefer the cover fondant to be much thinner. Thank you for making it rush order. read more
