The matcha at Re Coffee tends to have a rich, earthy taste as opposed to a sweeter, artificial flavor, which really demonstrates the quality of the ingredients they use. You could also choose to add on syrups to sweeten your beverage, so if you aren't a huge fan of earthy matcha, you can customize your drink. They also provide milk alternatives (oat milk, almond milk, etc.) for those who prefer non-dairy drinks, however, this will cost $1 extra. The space itself is on the smaller side and has a very industrial, contemporary design. You can definitely sit down to do some work or have a chat with friends, but most people tend to order and pick up their drinks. The seating is concrete benches with small tables, which isn't the most comfortable but looks very aesthetic.

Not only is Jaren a coffee expert with years of experience, but he was so flexible and accomodating to ensure our wedding day was perfect. His passion truly shows in the quality of his drinks and that's something that you can taste for sure! He uses only the best beans and even offered a tasting to ensure it was exactly what we envisioned for our special day. As stressful as wedding and event planning can get, we did have issues with our venue and went through a few changes and Jaren was so patient and supportive throughout the entire process, offering support where ever he could. We appreciated his professionalism, quick communication, mad barista skills, and visual aesthetic of his coffee bar cart! The coffee was a hit and all of our guests enjoyed every sip.
