Absolutely love this place !! The bunt cakes are beautifully decorated and the service is amazing. The day I went in to pick up a last minute gift for my girlfriend's bday party. I called and let them know I didn't get a serving knife with my serving set and they went above and beyond to get it to me and threw in some freebies which I didn't expect. Her customer service and attentiveness was beyond exceptional compared to experiences I've had at other stores. She was extremely knowledgeable about all their bundlets and addressed some of the questions I had. Thank you Sydney for wrapping the bundlet tower with the pink ribbon (you can pay extra and they make it look so pretty - so many cute options to choose from). The service for this location is amazing! I had accidentally placed two orders for the same dozen bundlets online, and I hadn't realized it because the website was not showing my orders! They called me the day before ask if I wanted the two orders or if it was a mistake. They kindly refunded one of the orders, and the day of my order, someone called to ask if the pickup location was correct because the website somehow got a hold of an old address. The employees here really care about the customers and make sure all the details are correct before making each order. I'd definitely recommend this business, and the cakes are delicious!! Wow this place is sooooo good! I've been to a few different Nothing Bundt Cakes locations and have had them brought in for work gatherings and such, but this location tops everyone else! From the customer service to the actual cake, it's amazing! Also, their store is so cute! First off, the staff is TOP NOTCH. Customer service is important to me and they definitely care about their customers. I appreciate that. My favorite cake is the White Chocolate Raspberry. The flavor is so yummy and not too sweet. Warning To People With Food Allergies. All of these cakes contain Artificial Food Flavorings aka Lab created Chemicals. I called the West Hills store to ask what the artificial flavorings were and the employees had no idea. After making a post on a local Facebook group the owner created his own post essentially shaming me for asking about the ingredients in his cakes. When asked what the ingredients were, the owner of the store himself tried to dodge the question and was completely unaware of what the ingredients were. You can see our exchange in the screen shot I attached. Finally, the girl in the back of the shop preparing the cakes was not wearing a mask as required by law due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. I believe the owners of this location should try to do better and focus more on their business and be more transparent with their ingredients list with customers. Going on Facebook and trying to shame a customer for asking about ingredients to their cakes is not how a store owner should behave. read more

I thought okay I will try it one more time at the raving on friends. I just don't get it though! I do no not like an under baked heavy cake with frosting so sweet it makes your teeth hurt and it was put on with a trolling troth. I give up as a customer I keep wanting to like them but I want more of the Bundt cakes my mother took to her women's club meetings or to her bridge games. They are just squeezed out of a tube looking and the recipe is over died with the white frosting for contrast. Nothing Bundt Cakes offers moist, adorable cakes for a great price. If you have not tried a Bundt cake yet, stop by the store and indulge. They always have one flavor to sample, too. They have the standard Bundtlet, which is a smaller version of their larger, special occasion cakes. This seems to be the most popular option. I gift them every once in a while, and they are always a hit. If you're in need of a cute and uncommon gift, I definitely recommend their Bundtlet Towers! You can get one, or a "tower" of two or three. The towers are nicely decorated with a gift card. If you order a tower, it takes about 5-10 minutes to prepare. They also have Bundtinis, which are even smaller... think bite-sized. Unfortunately, you have to buy a dozen at a time, though you can mix and match your flavors. Sometimes, I am just in the mood for one or two Bundtinis, but I have to settle for a Bundtlet since I don't want a whole dozen. :( The store itself is rather cramped. It's full of merch like hand towels and statuettes. Surprisingly, they don't sell cupcake towers or cake displays. The staff are always friendly and eager to help. read more
