Max makes the perfect scoops! So many flavors to choose from. These aren't Riteaid prices and they aren't Handel's either. They are some place in the middle. My little ones love ice cream and I treat them with rewards sometimes and ice cream is usually their chosen reward. We are always in this shopping plaza so we will be here often. Nice selection of chocolate dipped sprinkle cones too. read more

Baskin Robbins - My kids enjoying their ice cream. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - West Hills, California

I especially like this location because of the great customer service! Employees are always friendly here! Ice cream selection is great! Good milk shakes and floats too. Ambiance is chill and bright and the store is always clean. read more

This location is getting more stingy. From the scoops to the coupons. I've been coming here for many years and this was my last visit. Everytime I go in to use the app coupon the owner has an excuse on why it won't work. First and second time I dismissed it, the third time I was ridiculous. I permanently switched to Handles ice cream. The ice cream tastes fresh, scoops are way bigger it's like an equivalent to just over 2 scoops from baskin robins. read more

I got an ice cream cake here for my son's birthday and he was so happy with it. The cake looked really nice and tasted great too. I liked that they have cakes ready to go, so it was super easy to just grab one without waiting. It made the whole thing stress-free, and I'll definitely come back again for another cake or some treats. read more

They tell you one thing and then they call their customers liars. Tried to use my free birthday scoop, I was told I couldn't use any coupons because they're updating their system because the prices are going up because of what's going on. Then I was accused of trying to get a free scoop of ice cream. read more

I had to commend their employee Max. I come by here from malibu any time I can because I love the selection of cones they have. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being served by a very considerate hard working young man. He anticipated everything I could need before I even had to ask for it. And he had a great attitude!! It was so refreshing encountering an employee who actually acted like he was happy to be able to serve a customer. In this day and age that is shocking and such a pleasant surprise! Go by here and say hi to Max and give him a great tip!!! read more

Baskin Robbin's always has great ice cream and their employees are always helpful and friendly!

All of the 31 flavors in a nice clean store. The friendly fellow who helped me let me sample a couple of different flavors before I made a choice. The price is totally reasonable, especially in today's economy and the ice cream is delicious Definitely recommended and I would go back read more

Really kind and friendly staff which I appreciate. They let you sample some flavors since their ice cream menu is constantly changing. I appreciate that they let you sample the flavors since I can be choosy with what ice cream flavor I want. During the last visit, there was an issue with the gift card we had and the staff member was kind enough to see what the issue was and called (over the phone) the manager/owner in order to fix the issue. The store is small inside but there is plenty of seating outside. Also plenty of parking as it is located in the central part of the shopping center. Definitely recommend if you are looking for ice cream around the West Hills area. read more

Staff are polite and efficient. I was just there ordering my usual Chocolate w/ Peanut butter and I believe it was the owner or manager who was helping me. He made it a point to scoop up as much peanut butter as possible after I told him it was my favorite part of the ice cream. :). read more

what a wonderful Baskin Robbins! Upon entering i was greeted first by a nice young lady and i could help but notice how delicious the store smelled ! It smelled like fresh baked waffles and cookies. This is the BR to order a cake from. They do know what they are doing here. They also had every flavor imaginable and weren't lacking any flavors. Services was terrific with a smile . Not all Baskin Robbins are the same. Ownership and their employees matter and make a huge difference. If you need a cake or any of the sort, go here. I haven't been to any Baskin-Robbins in a while, but my experience yesterday convinced me to be a repeat visitor to this location more often. The gentleman who helped me was so polite and welcoming. He was patient as I perused the array of flavors. Eventually settled on a cup with 2 generous scoops, 1 each of: CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM = a classic flavor that never disappoints. Large dough balls and plenty of them! HONEY ALMOND GREEK FROZEN YOGURT = this was even better than I expected! Ribbons of marzipan with roasted almonds in honey frozen yogurt that could've fooled me as regular ice cream. Location is near the corner of Victory & Platt, between Rite Aid and Pavilions. read more

Baskin Robbins - 2 scoops = Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream + Honey almond greek frozen yogurt - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - West Hills, California

Just went to BR on Platt (Friday night, 8/30). First, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Then, I was helped by another employee who cheerfully offered to write a message on my son's bday cake, helped choose a frosting color - and she then SAVED THE DAY when she suggested candles - I had totally forgotten them! I was so impressed with the employees' friendly and helpful demeanors which is so rare these days. I made sure to tip them too :) Definitely glad this is my neighborhood Baskin's :) read more

Came here Sunday night for their special! Who doesn't love sweets and a good deal? The girl working there that night was very sweet. She offered a sample and didn't give me a dirty look when I asked for another one! Sorry! 31 flavors and I have to choose one??! This is a big decision for me so I appreciate having another chance at a sample. :) Good location with plenty of parking and good seating. See you guys soon! read more

I ordered my birthday cake from here. It was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Owner was super friendly and made sure everything was as I had asked. The cake was exactly how I had pictured and tasted great! COVID-19 precautions were also taken in the store (no indoor eating, socially distancing stickers on the floor, masks on), which I really appreciated. My sister and I love this place! read more

Baskin Robbins is consistent and its the go-to place when you are in the mood for ice cream cake. Overall good tasting ice cream, and you can't really go wrong. I came here to pick up a birthday cake for work. The man who helped me was nice however he did not read very well because Happy Birthday Joey came out as Happy Birthday Joy. What!? I asked him to fix it and he did but I was crunched for time. The establishment was clean and the parking situation was a little rough but after a minute and a half I found parking. The writing on the cake looked rough as well, I have never seen such messy cake handwriting. Otherwise the service and attitude were great! I think I will order from a different Baskin Robbins next time to see what results I get! read more

Oh Baskin-Robbins.. who doesn't love a variety of different flavors to choose from that you offer. From Rainbow Sherbet to Strawberry cheesecake to butter pecan, you can't go wrong. I will do a pros and cons to make it easy Pros - One of the faster and more quality Baskin Robbins around. Some of the Workers are quick and give a good amount via scoops. - The variety in flavors are great. So many different choices. There's a reason they used to be called 31 flavors. - The shakes and malts here are really good. Definitely suggest getting one. - The toppings and waffle cone are really delicious. I like to get sundaes just because of how good it tastes. Cons - It's expensive... and should be a bit more affordable - Some of the workers are a bit slow and not kind. Had an issue where it took a minute to get there attention in the back. Other than that, Basking Robbins has some delicious ice cream but you will be paying some $$ read more

The staff was soo nice! I was immediately greeted by a very courteous lady with a warm smile and helped right away. I honestly did not expect much ordering online but I was taken in for a suprise when I saw they took their sweet time and effort to take my request into consideration! That's super duper sweet and so thoughtful! It made my cake all that much more special. You know the staff really cares and love their work when that amount of attention goes in to it. Then another friendly guy came out behind the counter to ask me if I liked my cake because he wanted to tell me he made it lol. I really dig this small business vibe they have going at this store and I'll definitely be back for my future cakes for them. read more

New owners. Giving very good personal service. Has improved the shop appearance and new products.

Strange reviews for this Baskin Robbins. It seems most people have an issue with the staff, which is often made up of high school kids. I've never had a problem, but I also strive to be polite and engage them when I go in. In return, they seem heavy-handed with their scoops, which is a nice change from other local 31 Flavors. The selection is much smaller than other stores in the chain nearby, however; this particular location only seems to have about 24 flavors at any given time, which is nothing to sneeze at, but may cause some folks distress if you're going in looking for that extra special flavor you've been craving. They tend to have the old stand-bys always available; stuff like Cookies 'n Cream, Mint Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Jamoca, and more. read more

Worst service and the most expensive ice cream in the area. Smallest scoops. The man there kept saying it's 4oz and that's all you get. Charged $6:45 for 2 tiny scoops. Didn't give me a receipts, didn't wear gloves and doesn't wash his hands. I will NEVER go there again. I remember when getting ice cream was an enjoyable moment. Now this guy who I think is the owner thinks he's doing me a favor. In these hard times during COVID you would think he cares about keeping customers. After 15 years I will never return. Shut the place down. Goodbye Baskin Robbins, Rest In Peace. read more

Called and asked for help about a delivery order. Though she couldn't help me, i thanked her and hung up the phone. She seemed annoyed at my question, but i thought nothing of it. This place has changed a lot, and closes at 9:30pm, which means if you show up at 9:15, to bad, the doors are locked. The girl that had served me twice so far in the last three weeks has been nothing but rude.
