This shop is my happy place! What I love about Yogurtland is that they offer so many different toppings, compared to other yogurt shops. I always have great experiences at this location with friendly servers, late hours, and a welcoming vibe. The yogurt is always top-tier here and the toppings never waiver. I especially enjoy the rotating toppings based on season. I love when they bring out the gingerbread man crackers. We definitely recommend 10 out of 10! read more

RUDE!! UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION!!! I visited Yogurtland in Reseda and had one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful customer experiences I've ever had. The ONLY professional employee there was Oscar, who was cleaning, helping customers, and still remained kind and respectful throughout everything. As soon as we walked in, we grabbed our bowls and started looking at the yogurt flavors. Since I had NEVER been there before, I grabbed a spoon while deciding what flavor I wanted. I had ZERO intentions of stealing anything or using the spoon without paying. I was clearly getting yogurt and planned on paying for everything at the register like every normal customer does. Victoria approached me first and very rudely said I could not have a spoon. I calmly asked why because I was still getting yogurt and intended to pay. Instead of explaining politely, she continued speaking to me with attitude. Then Jasmine came out from the back VERY aggressively. She approached me in front of a store full of customers and immediately started escalating the situation. She got in my face, "beefed up" aggressively like someone trying to start a fight in high school, and demanded the spoon back saying, "Give me the spoon." I explained multiple times that I was literally getting yogurt and was going to pay for everything. I even asked, "Do you want me to pay for the spoon too?" and she still continued acting aggressive, rude, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. I was honestly shocked at how I was being treated over a SPOON. What made the situation even worse was the fact that this entire confrontation happened IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. I felt extremely embarrassed, intimidated, uncomfortable, and honestly unsafe. My PTSD was triggered because of how aggressive Jasmine's behavior was toward me. No employee should EVER approach a customer that way. After Jasmine took the spoon from me and walked away to the back, I asked for the manager's name and phone number. They made us wait several minutes just to give us basic information. Victoria eventually gave her name, but Jasmine REFUSED to come out and identify herself for about 20-30 minutes. She literally stayed hidden in the back while employees avoided giving me her name. That behavior alone was extremely strange and unprofessional. I then asked for the corporate number and email so I could report the incident properly, and they refused to provide it, repeatedly saying they "couldn't give it out." They barely even provided the store number, which was NOT printed clearly on the receipt, so I had to look it up myself. This location seriously needs better management and TRAINING FOR RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION! Customers should NEVER be treated aggressively, embarrassed publicly, or made to feel unsafe over something this minor. Plain tart all the way with toppings of mochi, fresh fruit (mango), and granola crumbs. It's self-service. The staff does a good job of maintaining the yogurt machines, and they do a good job during checkout. The one suggestion, some of the fruits are cut too big. This is consistent with all their locations. Wish Yogurt land would cut some friends in slightly smaller sizes making more easily edible. read more

I love yogurtland but don't actually go that often. when I saw they had a bogo deal for one day, my brother and I decided to go! there was a pretty long line out the door and they had a max capacity of 15 people in the store at once so we ended up waiting about 15 mins to get in they had a milk & honey flavor which I've never seen before and had to try! i thought it was really good and tasted exactly like how'd you imagine. another new flavor i tried was the spicy strawberry watermelon. this one was interesting bc I've never had a spicy froyo flavor before and it actually did have a kick to it! it reminded me of watermelon w tajin. I didn't taste much strawberry but I thought it was a unique summer flavor (I wouldnt eat a whole bowl of it tho) it was about 7:45 pm and a good amount of flavors weren't there. I feel like the variety of flavors was not as much as I was used to, but I still got some that I enjoyed. one of my go-to's is the pistachio one, but I didn't see it so I'm not sure if they ran out that day or they actually discontinued it the toppings bar was stocked up which I was glad to see and I almost always get the cheesecake bites & cookie dough pieces! I am a regular at this location. I love all the workers there. Especially Denise and Jocelyn. The front door(near parking lot) glass has been cracked/broken for over two weeks. It's very dangerous. Any child could push on the cracked glass and it will break all over them. At least tape it up until you replace the glass. This is an avoidable situation which can only have a bad outcome. read more

The location was clean inside, but I wasn't too impressed with their flavors, and they don't offer any samples, so I wasn't even sure which ones I would like. They have a decent selection of toppings, including fruits, gummy candies, chocolates, sprinkles, and more. The pricing was a bit higher than what I've seen at other local places, and I probably wouldn't return for that reason alone. This location is popular because it's open until 1 a.m. and is near multiple colleges, so I'm sure they get plenty of business because of that. read more

Didn't realize there weren't sample cups. Anymore. Disappointing since my husband came in craving some, but his tastebuds are off due to his treatment for cancer. Asked for a spoon so maybe we could put some in the cup to see if he was able to taste the flavor. Cashier flat out said no. Husband explained his situation & she said she would ask the manager, who by the way never came out. She came back saying they would not accommodate his request. Disappointed that the manager didn't come out at all to even talk to us, but let what appeared to be a hs student tell us that. Bad enough that the condiment area was messy, but to have to listen to a child tell us that the store wouldn't accommodate someone with cancer. Surprised it's still even there with its surrounding businesses gone. I don't know if we'll be back. read more

Update! It is now been a few years since the last time I visited during Covid times and some changes have been made first off. You can now try your own free samples and you can serve yourself for your toppings. What makes this place different than my usual, go to Menchie's yogurt spot is that they have very unique and high-quality flavors take for example the Madagascar vanilla bean you can see the little flakes of real vanilla bean in them and then you salted caramel flavor is so decadent and really has a unique flavor. I will say that I would prefer to put on my own hot fudge, but the young man behind the counter informed me that someone had recently burned their hand pumping the hot fudge so only he could do it for me so I feel like the downside is that you can't really Have as much freedom as Menchie's but the flavor stand out because you can tell they really go out of their way to make the ingredients very wholesome and fresh. Ambience wise it's usually packed with children which I'm not crazy about but it's a pretty fast friendly service in the parking lot at this location is so spacious compared to other places yogurt is my addiction~~~ read more

5 Stars - Beyond Exceptional Service! I just had the most amazing experience at Yogurtland, and I have to shout out Oscar and Jocelyn for being absolute legends! I pulled into the parking lot literally right as they were closing--lights dimming, doors locking, that moment where you know you're pushing your luck. But instead of waving me off or pretending not to see me (like many places would), these two absolute angels opened the door with big smiles and welcomed me in. Not only did they let me in, they helped me with genuine kindness and patience--no attitude, no rush, just good people going above and beyond. They made sure I got my favorite yogurt and toppings, and even though I was technically "that last-minute customer," they treated me like royalty. It's rare these days to find people who truly care about customer service, especially after hours. Oscar and Jocelyn, thank you for being so warm, friendly, and generous with your time. Good place to come for frozen yogurt...especially on those hot days in the valley. The servers are always super nice and efficient. The ambiance is OK. My only complaint/observation would be for staff to regularly clean the nozzles if they don't already do that. I've seen a few "customers" put their fingers into the yogurt spouts and lick their fingers...it's gross and I don't know if staff don't see or don't have the capacity to tell people not to do that but it could become a bigger issue if people get sick/stop going here. I typically let the yogurt run instead of taking what's been sitting there exposed to who knows what... read more

Yogurtland, What can I say? What can I say? You're always there when I need you and you know just how to hit the spot when I have a craving for some yogurt. This location is located on the corner of Victory Blvd and Tampa in Reseda California. They have plenty of choices to choose from for the yogurts and they're always rotating the flavors on a weekly basis. They also have lots of options for toppings whether you want fruit or you want chocolate or you want crumbled candy bars they got it for you there. I personally chose pistachio frozen yogurt and I put some strawberries on the top. I don't really care for too many toppings personally. The place is well kept and clean and there's a bathroom if you need to use it which may or may not require a code that you could get from the person at the cash register. Most yogurtlands, including this one are always decorated with bright colors to make you feel happy and welcomed in their locations. I always appreciate that. If you ever in the area and you feel like some yogurt, stop on by at Yogurtland and get yourself some of that Yum Yum. read more

I barely ever go to other frozen yogurt places because I've had a favorite place for the past decade that's my go-to. Since they were closed, decided to come to Yogurtland around 11 pm on 12/27/23. The place was busyyy! Paid about $23 for both which is quite expensive for froyo. Can probably get 7 in n out cheeseburgers with $23! They also don't allow samples anymore which is a bit ridiculous. I went twice today for their new flavor pineapple mango sorbet, and both times, they were out. I did purchase a different flavor. They don't even ask for your phone number so that you can accumulate reward points. In addition, today is the only day to get a yellow spoon, but for that, they are strict on a minimum of 10.00 purchase. Had gone in to purchase some yogurt with a few friends 3 cups in total. When it came to paying for the yogurt is when things went completely and utterly downhill. The manager, Zvleinna Lortey (sp?) was beyond awful, unprofessional and wouldn't resolve the matter. Prior to arrival, I called corporate to see what could be done about the expired Yogurtland coupon book (Valid January 2020 - June 2020) -- I purchased the coupon savings book for $35.00 with the assumption I would be able to use and apply the coupons to my orders each month.... then Covid -19 hit... business shut down, limited hours, lock downs, restrictions.....Corporate said all stores were already aware of the matter and all locations will be happy to honor the expired coupons ... Did not accept the coupons/wanted to charge me full price. We ended up not purchasing anything and left unsatisfied and disappointed. This issue could have easily been resolved. read more

I brought my 2 young children for an afternoon Sunday treat. They were out of the small cups and we were advised we had to use the large cups which would force the kids to add additional toppings to fill the cup. They were out of 4 ice cream flavors the kids wanted and the place was filthy. We spent $23 for the 2 large cups of ice cream. I was on an important phone call sitting with my 2 children eating their icecream when a very rude staffer started shouting mam, mam really loud and interrupted my phone call and family time to falsely advise that a customer reported my daughter added additional candy to her icecream. We paid $23 for our ice cream and there was no additional candy taken!! Shame on you!! I also wanted to mention there was no seating at first. We had to wait for someone to leave. There were tables but all the seats were being used. I advised the staff they need additional seats available for such times only to be treated rudely by staff. Very unpleasant experience. Went to this yogurtland location on Reseda and it was super clean, great service, workers so nice (Yolanda, Katherine, and Jasmine), and everything about it gave my family and I a wonderful time. Exquisite! And yes I will be back. Sunday: The two gals behind the counter stole the show! Lol. Their chemistry and sense of humor is what makes this place the bomb diggity. The Tangy is where it's at. This particular flavor reminds me of what frozen yogurt was back in the late '80s, early 90s. It has the most mildest of sweetness, and the most flavor in terms of Tangy and sour all at the same time. It's like taking Greek yogurt, adding a little bit of sweetener to it, freezing it, and then pumping it out like soft serve. Take some of that, and mix in some cheesecake flavor, and you're in business. Parking was really easy. The overall Vibe inside the place is a happy one. I think because everybody's happy to get that comfort food treat and dessert. It's nostalgic to say the least. If you're curious how the whole thing works, it's all based on weight. You grab the size of cup you think you want, or pint, and then go to each individual station and put in whichever flavor you like. Then you go to the counter, and ask for whatever toppings you'd like... or no toppings if you don't want any. Which is totally fine. If you're paying separately, like if you had eight people, no problem. Or, pay it forward, give a little, gather up all the yogurt from everyone in your group, put it on the scale, and just pay once for everyone. I'll be back for sure! I am extremely disappointed I went here and with my son we both got a cup of yogurt with toppings and my son added candies and tajin. Two spoonfuls in he found a bug in his yogurt and he showed it to me and squished it I told the girl at the register and instead of apologizing and seeing how we could resolve the issue she proceeded to tell me it couldn't have been in the yogurt because it would've been frozen and maybe it was in the tajin. It doesn't matter where it!! I asked for a refund for my son's yogurt as mine was perfectly fine and she refused to. I left both my cups with her and left after a very unpleasant verbal altercation. I use to live so close to this place, but never really though to go in until recently when I've been on a frozen dessert kick in the winter time... so LA right? So I strolled in after a crazy gym workout up the way and discovered the two double doors that face the intersection of Reseda and Victory are exit only... I walked all the way around the building and patio area and entered the door where I was greeted right away... I had no idea what kind of options they'd have for me as I can't do dairy for several reasons, but I was optimistic... the had one flavor out of over a dozen... which made me compare it to Menchie's.... It's no Menchie's (which has four options including swirl/fusion - that dispenser in the middle of two flavors), way less non-dairy items than a lot of other like places... I thought about a milkshake but was also shot down when there were only two flavors and neither was non-dairy... even nestle has non-dairy stuff now... chop chop Yogurtland you're falling behind. I did end up getting a yellow fruit based vegan friendly yogurt with a few toppings and the customer service was the best part of the experience. The shop was really clean and other than the lack of options and the confusing entrance exit situation it's a-okay... but I'd rather dine elsewhere. Definitely pricer too. read more

Stopped by earlier today. First off, most than half of the machines were out of order or didn't have any yogurt. Basically only 4-6 flavors available to chose from. After we gout our yogurt (I asked for mango and Oreos as toppings) the mango was bad, it tasted rotten. And to top it off I found a hair in the crushed Oreos. Don't recommend at all.
