Omg this place is so cute and so good! We went here for some late night dessert and shared an affogato - the hazelnut gelato with a shot of espresso sent me back to Italy! It was the perfect combination, the strong flavor of espresso and sweetness of the gelato was so so good (drooling while typing this). I am now obsessed with this place and can't wait to try more flavors! Happy eating! read more

I stopped by Bacio di Latte recently and had such a great experience thanks to Rose. From the moment I walked in, she had the most welcoming energy and genuinely positive attitude . Customer service like that is rare. She was patient, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable while deciding what to order. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does, and that kind of vibe makes all the difference. It's always nice when the product is good, but it's the people who really make you want to come back. After dinner we wanted to get some gelato and we were so happy that we stopped in here! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted! They were a bit busy but the line moved quickly! They have some tables and chairs inside to enjoy your sweet treat! I loved all the flavors they provided and they also have a case with different types of desserts! They also have a menu above the gelato flavors! We decided to go with a small cup of cookies and cream and it was delicious! I want to come back and try more flavors! read more

Came here after a visit to the Commons for a cool sweet treat. I'd never tried nor heard of Bacio before but the friend I was with was very familiar with them so we decided on this spot for a dessert. Holiday Biscoff s'mores gelato 4/5, this was very good! I haven't had a good gelato like this in years and personally find ice cream too creamy so it was great to discover a sweet treat that was right up my alley. Portion sizing tries to be fair to smaller sizes as well (see; giant stack reaching over the cup edge) but this does remain a $$ treat. Service was polite and friendly and this place was super popular so do not expect to be able TJ's it down and easily snag a table. There are benches outside that we were able to sit on. read more

I really enjoyed the gelato here! We stopped by for a late-night dessert and it was so good. The staff was incredibly kind and generous he let us try several flavors so we could choose what we really liked. I usually feel a little shy asking to sample flavors, but he made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I don't remember all the flavors we tried, but every one of them was delicious. The ambiance and aesthetics are also super cute, which made the experience even better. I can't wait to come back again! read more

Ever since we went to the Yelp Elite Event for Bacio out in studio city, we've been craving it!! We were celebrating my mom's birthday in Calabasas and were very happy and surprised to see one in this plaza so we definitely had to drop in! My bf got a small cup of 3 flavors while I went for their iced pistachio latte. There was luckily no line but it was still very busy and packed inside, all tables/seating were filled. The young man who took our order was very patient and nice, also asked if we wanted free samples which they give an unlimited amount! I loved their iced pistachio latte! It wasn't too sweet and it was just right. The pistachio tasted very natural and not your usual artificial pistachio syrup. Overall great location with lots of parking. Delicious gelato! The gelato is creamy and the portions are quite generous. I ordered a small cup 2 flavors. I had the Fragola super latte flavor (sweet cream and strawberry jam mixed in) and the chocolate pistachio crunch. Both flavors complimented each other and I enjoyed every last bite. Our server Denise welcomed us with a warm hello and big smile! She was so sweet and patient while we tried some of the flavors. The store is super cute and very cozy. There's seating inside and lots of seating outdoors throughout the shopping plaza. I'm so happy to see that there are more Bacio di Latte's popping up throughout the SFV. The only suggestion I have is to get rid of the wood spoons and replace with plastic spoons. There's always a "wood" taste when using those spoons. read more

fariya, luka, nathan were AMAZING! This was my first time here and my friends and I came late but they were so patient with us and let my friends and I try a bunch of different flavors. I wish I could've gotten the entire selection, but I stuck with the strawberry shortcake and biscotti. they were all super sweet and very helpful in the selection. 10 out of 10 would return. read more

Decadence has graced the Thousand Oaks area and bringing Italian gelato to the 805. The samples were so good and each flavor were so rich and creamy but my favorite has to be the pistachio creme. Real pistachios and real flavor which doesn't taste artificial and it's unbelievable. The aesthetic is so nice and chic and if you can get a seat it's definitely worthwhile read more

Sweet tooth craving definitely satisfied and more! So many delicious flavors. My fav is pistachio and this time I got a split scoop with the maple syrup brittle. Wow it's was such a great combination. I got the pistachio cream with nuts waffle cone and it just made it 1000% much better. Staff is very friendly, they do not rush you as you taste and decide your flavors. If you want another treat on top of the gelato add an iced oatmeal cookie. read more

Took my nephews out to have some gelato. This location is new and we loved it, conveniently located at the Calabasas Commons. The service was great so was the ambiance. The gelato as always was perfection. We all ordered something different and enjoyed every drop. The quality is unbeatable, lots of flavors to choose from. There is indoor and outdoor seating at this location. I have a feeling we will be here many times throughout the summer. read more

Came here yesterday and it was so good. All the flavors I tried were so good. The maple is such a nice holiday flavor. The chocolate is rich and strong in a good way. The other flavor was pistachio which was really fresh tasting. The service was good and fast. There is great seating inside and outside. Definitely will come back! read more

New gelato place in Calabasas - I can see why there is always a line forming out the doors. Wide variety of gelato flavors, you can sample as many flavors as you want, but you will have a hard time narrowing down your final selection because everything was so delicious! I got the sweet cream & hazelnut flavor. Sweet cream was light, creamy, & went really well with the richness of the hazelnut which tasted like the inside of a ferrero rocher. Came because I just found out they opened. They have a fairly good selection of flavors, and what's fun is that you get to watch them make their own waffle cones right in front of you. The line was quite long, but employees were actively making sure people got samples on demand and it was a smooth visit. We got a regular cup (3 flavors), and it looks small, but it's plenty of ice cream crammed into that tiny cup! I'm happy we have a dessert spot in the commons again and will be back often! read more

It was my first time trying this gelato place, and man it was so good! I spent time traveling in Italy and trying out many gelato joints. This one is the closest in flavors quality, and taste to the real thing! Everything is made in house. The pistachio gelato tasted like it came fresh out the shell, and omg THE RASPBERRY GELATO BLEW ME OUT THE PARK!!!??! Wtf I never had icecream taste identical to the fruit. How do they perfect that creamy texture. Amazing and next time I will get a large size hahaha 10/10 recommend read more

Niche gelato shop located in the Commons. Customer service was 10/10. They were so accommodating in letting us try whatever we wanted. Flavors were all pretty exotic and ranged from sweet, to tart, to salty. Definitely worth trying out. read more

First impression- this place is in the Calabasas Commons so already you know it's a beautiful place. The signage makes the place easily identifiable but if you missed the sign, the line out the door should be enough for you to know it's bacio! Parking - Ample because of the Commons Dessert - Ciocchino(they put pistachio cream and chopped pistachios on the bottom of the cup) Size - Piccolo -2 flavors 1. Pistachio 2. Belgian chocolate Incredible flavors and combination! Drink - Mocha Latte - incredible and the panna was beautiful. Setting- the line is quite large but there are some tables inside and some outdoor seating around the place Overall- I definitely recommend this place and I'm doing my best not to go every week now! read more

Always love stopping at Bacio for gelato! They have such great gelato at all their locations, and I'm so excited they've open a location in The Commons. We like to come here for dinner, and now we have a great dessert spot to stop at afterward. Their Strawberry Cheesecake will always be my favorite. It hits all the flavors so well with that rich cheesecake and thick strawberry complete with sweet chunks of strawberry inside. I love to bring home a pint of this to continue enjoy at home. And their new buttercream pretzel is absolutely delightful - creamy with that pretzel crunch. If you like espresso, they also do an incredible affogato with their sweet cream gelato. Highly recommend for some delicious gelato! read more

My mom and I came here thinking we were going to Jenni's. We were happily surprised to find Bacio Di Latte! It was a first for us and of course we had to try it. Authentic gelato from Italy brought to Calabasas. Sign me up! The staff was great. So friendly and allowed us to try as many flavors as we wanted. The person who helped us even gave us a sample of his favorite. My mom and I ordered the piccolo with two flavors each. I got the tiramisu and chocolate hazelnut. My mom got the tiramisu and chocolate peanut butter. So good! There is inside and outside seating. We opted to stay inside since it was such a hot day. Definitely an upgrade from Jenni's! read more

15/10 definitely would come back. The team for the night did amazing with the service and I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young man named Jaden. Him and the others did so well in not only maintaining a great atmosphere but also in providing all the knowledge needed to understand what the flavors had for ingredients and allergens to be aware of as well. When I heard about Bacio Di Latte in the Calabasas Commons of course I would brave 90 degree heat to get there! It's an adorable, clean and bright store with a huge window to their kitchen where you spot dairy bottles just waiting to make fresh gelato! Their selections are gorgeous as well as delicious! I always opt for coffee and it didn't disappoint! The service was amazing as well and I will say this...it brought me back to Italy when I first tried gelato! What a great treat Bacio Di Latte is! I have heard so many great things about this shop and wanted to come try it for myself. It gets super busy but the lines are worth it. There is also plenty to do in the shopping center after you get your ice cream. I tried a couple flavors including the tiramisu and the caramel coffee. I've never tried tiramisu ice cream before but they nailed it. It tasted exactly like tiramisu. I ultimately decided to go with the caramel coffee which was 10/10. I am excited to come back and try the other flavors! read more

We are so excited to have Bacio Di Latte close by, My daughter and I tried it out a couple weeks ago amazing service they gave us samples of however many we wanted picked a small cup. We got two different flavors. They have a small indoor seating , a couple tables outside and a couple benches, it definitely gets busy on the weekend. And I'm sure it's gonna be busy on these hot summer days. They have a freezer full of pints half pints to take home. It's definitely a fun treat to have. read more

Great gelato place to stop and rest after roaming around the commons, loved the way the store was set up and although the lines are long you're still greeted by great workers who know how to treat their customers well. The store was designed beautifully and after sampling a few flavors I can definitely say that quality is considered when making the gelato. The only ice cream I legitimately crave. Like all the time lol. And I'm not an ice cream, or this case gelato, person. I've been so many times since it's opened and it's always a great experience!! Wow, what an awesome new spot. We decided to stop by while charging our Tesla and while the line was a bit long, it was certainly worth it. We got tiramisu, chocolate peanut butter caramel and cookies and cream-- so good. The staff was great, especially Johnny. I swear it seemed like he'd been serving gelato his whole life. This place is so cutely done! They have tons of ice cream options. I always tend to gravitate to the coffee flavored ones. I like that they have an option to do 2 different flavors in the small size, because that is plenty. They also have cones that they can cover the inside with Nutella before putting the ice cream on the cone. Their ice cream is on the pricier side, but it is delicious. Also love that they let you sample before purchasing, because there are so many flavors to choose from. read more

2 brothers on a mission to bring Italian Gelato to California. What could go wrong -- Nothing!! I've been all over Italy and the quality of this Gelato reminded me of how good it can be. Fun flavors along with some traditional ones. I can warn you that the line might be long, but it's because it's great. And of course they let you sample the flavors, so be patient, you will be up at the front tasting before you know it. The inside is clean with several tables and if the weather is cooperating, there are tables and benches outside. We loved it so much we went 3 times in 2 days. So glad I was visiting but so sad that we don't have one (yet) in our home town. Can't wait to come back. read more

Having been there twice, I see how this worked for his campaign, because their ice cream is really solid! It's creamy, not too dense, and the flavors really standout. The seasonal Lemon Crinkle and the Wildberry Lavender are my favorites. Compared to other big ice cream chains in the LA area, it's not as good as Salt and Straw in terms of quality and uniqueness of flavors. Quality is pretty on par with Wanderlust Creamery, and originality of flavors is similar to that of McConnell's Fine Ice Cream.

Our most recent trip, we went on a Saturday around 5:15pm and there was one other group in there. However, when we left there were several groups in there. They were well staffed with at least five employees that I can remember taking orders. We ordered a banana split ($13.99) with vanilla, dulce de leche, and mud pie as our ice cream flavors. Our wet toppings were hot fudge x2 and marshmallow. My partner likes peanuts but I don't necessarily care for them, so he selected the crushed peanuts as our dry topping and requested that it only be put on top of the vanilla ice cream (his ice cream selection). Our server happily obliged. What I found to be really impressive was while we were waiting for our banana split to be created, we were approached at least three times asking if we had been helped yet. They are really on top of it here. In terms of the ice cream - it looks like a kid's dream, and tastes just as good as it looks. The banana split comes with two bananas, which tasted ripe, and it was definitely sharable between two people. Parking: We did end up having to pay $2 for parking. When we went up to the parking garage and scanned our ticket it said we were good, and once we drove to get out it told us we needed to pay $2. Turns out we were there for an hour and a minute - I guess that minute occurred between the two scans. In the past, I thought once we scanned we had 15 minutes to exit, but I guess things have changed. Just something to be aware of now.

It was the kind of place you envision when you think of ice cream and candy. Willie Wonka-esque even. They had SO many amazing flavors. Jesse was super patient while i figured my life out. I'm currently stuck on this McConnells flavor that is from their See's collab, I admit that I was trying to create my own version of it. I did great! I did the banana w cookie butter and topped it w heath pieces. I was so impressed with Jesse, he asked how I wanted my scoops layered! Never been asked that. Ever! Kudos! Before ordering my treat I used and admired the restroom as well as their novelty gifts. I can see getting gifts here easily. Jesse was a really nice guy and told me it was their only store in California! He said there's one in vague ass but that they're concentrated in Florida. I'm honored to have had the experience. I noticed they got rid of their fridges, that had the to go pints of ice creams and a variety of ice cream bars. In a way it's good because it makes more room for the people waiting in line.
