We sat at the bar were Lee was our server. Let me start with Lee then I will get onto the plates. Lee was one of the most attentive bartender/servers I have met. Simply delightful to talk to. He started to bring out our dining selections. First up was the fried calamari. I forgot to take a picture but the crunchiness first hit your bite but then the tenderness of the calamari took over. The dipping sauce had a pleasant bite to it. Excellent pairing. Never got to the bed of greens. He then served the salmon ravioli. It may be football season but Chef Canales hit it outta da park ! The dough was light, the filling was divine, and the sauce was velvety to the palate. Next came the meatballs over garlic mashed potatoes embedded in a tomato basil sauce. Cut them in three to enjoy the subtlety of sliding your fork through all the flavors! There is a thing in the restaurant business called the Wow factor! Right there, right there, right there. Finally the two slices pork sausage came out over garlic mashed times three with streaming balsamic glaze! Again I sliced the sausage in half to drag the fork across those flavors mixing them together before putting them to the palate test. When I go Oh Yeah you know it's an experience. The breakfast meal that another person got also was not up to par. Sadly, I want to take the chance of coming back again. The cook and the waiter should be told about this issue by owner not the manager and if the manager was actually there, he should brought up before the owner as well because you lost at least four customers.

It kind of ruined the platter for me but given the price, I ate everything lol. After finishing up I ordered some hush puppies intended for later but they barely made it into the box. I highly recommend giving them a try. They're moist with pieces of corn and come with a honey cinnamon whipped butter. A nice sweet snack or dessert even. Those were $8. They were seasoned to perfection and super fresh. The table includes brown paper cover, a bucket with our fixings - hammer, silverware, knife and paper towels. I requested a bib because I was wearing a white top! Loved the service and the entire staff was helpful when my Uncle had a health episode.
