The weight machine at her register was not working, and Stephanie was trying to figure out what was causing the problem. Despite the situation and the growing line of customers, she remained calm and professional. She did not allow her frustration to show or create any negative atmosphere for the customers. I want you to know that Stephanie's calm and positive demeanor made a real difference to me. Honestly, because of the way she handled the situation, I decided not to leave my shopping cart and take my business to another store. I also want to recognize Kyle who provided me with excellent help in the bulk section. I was looking for oat bran and some other ingredients, and this gentleman took the time to help me understand the labels on the bulk items. He also explained that I could have an item ordered by the case if I needed that quantity. He didn't have to go out of his way to help me, but because he was observant and attentive, he noticed that I needed assistance and helped me find what I was looking for--and even gave me additional information that was very helpful. The assistant store manager, Maria, messaged us that our order was going to be ready between 4pm-5pm. When it was around 4:22pm, I started to head to the store to pickup the order, after my mom received a message about the order # 1252926649812520701, being ready at 4pm. Then I received a call from Maria, and she said the order would not be ready until 6pm. I turned around after wasting my gas and headed back home after working 11-12 hours that day. Then we called to speak to the Store Manager, Rick, and they put us on hold for 10-15 mins. After the hold, we spoke to Maria, again. Maria kept giving excuses as to why our order # 1252926649812520701, was not ready. We then waited for 90 more mins, and still did not receive an email or text message from Fry's Marketplace about our order. Maria told us that the order would be discounted, but Maria never told us the price. After waiting, my mom had to contact Fry's Marketplace on Gilbert & Baseline, AGAIN, just to see what the status was of the order # 1252926649812520701. My mom is handicapped so she was very worried about this business being very unprofessional and disrespectful towards us and our order. I want to bring it to more people's attention that this is not how to treat handicapped people and that's not how you do business. We showed up this morning, 10/20 after being told our order would be ready and the order was put back on the shelves, after we had already paid for it through the online app. We will never ever be back at this place of business again.
