We ordered the crispy rice sushi, takata, Moroccan cigarettes, and chicken tenders which were all pretty small portions from what you're expecting. We all definitely went home a little hungry still. We really liked the chicken tenders--- although an awfully small serving. And another favorite from our table was the Mexican flatbread. I was really excited to try this place for my friends bachelorette dinner. From the start things were a little off. We made a reservation for 8:45, the website said they open at 8:30 and when we got there they said they only open at 9pm. Why have a reservation for 8:45 available? Ambience was nice and service started off good. Besides the music being loud which I knew going in would be the case. The appetizers were tasty and the drinks were great. I liked mine and ordered another of the same, and it tasted so different. Very inconsistent in drinks. We ordered mains, half our table got theirs first and my half only got ours 30-40 min later! Our steak was overcooked and dry, while the other side of the table had a perfect one. Again inconsistent. We ordered the shawarma and it was raw chicken!! The whole vibe is off. Super loud music all night with an Israeli singer that was way too loud and not enjoyable at all. You literally can't even talk to the person sitting next to you. The crowd made it even worse. Guests acting obnoxious, yelling, noses in the air like they're at some elite club... but the place itself doesn't come close to that level. Just a really weird, uncomfortable energy overall. Food was terrible. Nothing tasted good, and it felt like zero attention to quality. The cocktails were even worse $22 for a mixed drink that tasted awful is insane. Total rip-off. And then they automatically add a 22% service charge... for what exactly? Definitely not for the experience you're getting. Bathroom situation is a disaster too. Only two single-person bathrooms, so expect to wait 15-20 minutes in line. Completely unacceptable. I needed my husband to come into the restroom with me to help with my dress and the security there refused to let us go in together. We had already waited a good 15+ minutes for the bathroom and i had seen a male and a female come out of the other restroom and no one said anything to them. This man raised his voice and was scolding us and saying these are the rules only one person. I repeated myself multiple times saying I need help with my dress. Can I have one of my girlfriends come in with me and my husband asked the same questions multiple times and he had to raise his voice because this man was being disrespectful . We had to cut him short and say you're not listening to me listen to what I'm saying can I have a girlfriend come and help me if you're not allowing a man in there. This back-and-forth went on for at least four minutes until I was finally able to have a friend come and help me Another situation, we were smoking outside in front of the restaurant, and we were told to move further away from the restaurant, however a group of people that happened to be Israeli came out right after and stood right in front and we're smoking and no one said anything to them. Spoke to the manager and our server. Both were really nice and said they would bring it up to their attention. I hope something was done about it. Not only was it uncalled for , inappropriate to scold and raise your voice to a customer but it also took away from the night and we ended up leaving shortly after that. Who would've thought there'd be lines for the restroom at a restaurant? The restroom line was absolutely crazy -- and to make things worse, we were seated right next to it. The city of Los Angeles has an ordinance of smoking near public entrances and thus establish does not care about it. So much though, that their own security guard does it. One of the BEST restaurant experiences I've had! Food was incredible, every single thing we ordered was delicious. Drinks were yummy and perfectly crafted. Service- wonderful! Our waiter Radu was awesome and so attentive, we barely had a wait on anything and everything came out super fast! I recently visited this restaurant with a group of my friends. We made the unfortunate decision to have our get together, at this place. The food was incredibly disappointing very greasy overall salty lacking any real flavor or quality for the prices they charge we expected much much better. To make it worse we were celebrating my friends birthday and a spider fell onto his neck mid meal, causing him to get up and leave in distress. It was an embarrassing upsetting situation that completely ruined the evening. The waiter and the management could care less if they are spiders falling onto their diners they did not try to resolve the issue whatsoever. To start, this seems like a place that gets "lit" at night. They had dancers, music, and the lighting was dark. The staff was nice, our waitress seemed sweet. Now for the bad part- music was way to loud, I could barely hear my friend who was next to me. I was also confused at the menu and whole vibe- they had latin music playing mixed with middle eastern.
