Needed a new car because of change in work circumstances so, at the recommendation of some family…read morefriends, I checked out some dealerships in the area. Normally don't write Yelp reviews for car dealerships, but making an exception because one of the car guys (Steven? Stephen?... sorry forgot his first name but Mr. Huang the Asian car salesmen) was exceptionally helpful. At the other locations, I felt intense but subtle pressure to walk away with a purchase as if it was a crime against humanity if I didn't buy something that day. Stephen acted completely differently and gave me honest and real advice. He made me realize I should keep my current car for a little bit and see if it meets my needs, and only then, should I consider purchasing a new one. I didn't buy a car that day from any dealerships, but if I needed to in the future, I'm definitely making Lithia my first (and likely final) stop.

As someone who bought a car from them, I felt completely disrespected by how I was treated…read more It took JR, the salesman, an entire week to get back to me with information for the service department. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, they had the wrong model of my truck on file. After waiting another 1-2 weeks for the appointment, I brought my truck in--only to be asked twice if I was there for (1) an oil change or (2) an engine light issue. Neither was correct. I was then sent to a different service advisor who didn't have any information about my truck at all. Why? Because when I originally made the appointment, no one even asked what I was bringing the vehicle in for--they just gave me a date and time and hung up. I have messages and call records if anyone wants proof. Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. I dropped my truck off at 7:40 AM and didn't receive a single update. The service link they provide showed no progress all day. I finally had to call at 3:13 PM, only to be told Justin was working on my truck but had another appointment he was focused on. When I asked if that meant my truck was done, I was told no--it simply wasn't being worked on. They said they would call me back, but I never heard from them. I had to call again at 4:22 PM because there were still no updates online and no communication from their team. That's when I was finally told what the issue was and that a part needed to be ordered, which would take about 14 days. I was also told I couldn't get a rental because the truck was "drivable"--even though it shakes worse than turbulence on a plane. To make matters worse, both Justin and the supervisor told me, "You've been driving it like that, so you might as well keep driving it like that." That response was completely unacceptable. There was also conflicting information about the part. One employee told me it would be overnight shipped, while the manager later seemed unaware of that and clarified it would take 2-3 days. Since when does "overnight" mean anything other than 24 hours? Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and basic professionalism was shocking. I was repeatedly called the wrong name, and they even got my truck's model and year wrong. On top of everything, I felt like I was treated differently and poorly as a woman. Very disappointing experience If the owner of this establishment would like to reach out I would be glade to have a chat with him.

I was and am still extremely impressed with the professionalism of this dealership. Drew worked with me from the beginning to make a fair offer on my trade and sell the new vehicle at a fair purchase price. He knew that I was driving several hours to meet and arranged to have all the paperwork ready at my arrival. There were no tricks, gimmicks, or surprises. They kept their word and honored all the agreements. Even the finance manager was understanding of my situation and made the process even easier. I have bought many cars over the years and recognize this is a top-notch operation. I will certainly return for my next purchase.

At this time the issue could not be found, but she suggested we take pictures of error message on dash if it reoccurred. Also, asked about the design issue with the rear hatch. Owners cannot open rear hatch if battery is dead. She followed up with my question and explained that was true. I feel the design should be reconsidered, it unsafe when you have to unload cargo and crawl into rear compartment to jump vehicle . When I left, I felt heard and reassured after talking to Shelby.

Unimpressed with my experience purchasing a vehicle here. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told…read moreby Francis that a complete inspection was done on the vehicle, however, when I asked to see this report, Francis claimed it didn't exist. Come to find out, the headlights weren't operational, and upon purchasing and replacing the headlights and fuses, we then discovered the entire relay needed replaced, which I also had to purchase and replace, again, 4 days after PURCHASING the car. I called the dealer, as when I asked about the inspection they said, and I quote, "Call us if there is anything wrong with the vehicle, we wouldn't want to put you in a vehicle with problems.", so I did just that. After speaking to a salesman, getting the voicemail for service, they then took down my name and said that a manager would reach out. It's been just under 24 hours, and I haven't heard a peep. Besides the shitty customer service, upon closer inspection of the vehicle after removing what felt like an inch thick layer of grease they used to clean the plastic parts of the vehicle, we discovered that the detailers not only scratched the vehicle in multiple places while polishing, but actually BURNED the paint. Had this not been the exact vehicle I was looking for with the right features and mileage, I would have never trusted this dealer, and looking back, I regret allowing them to earn my business.
