It was completely wrapped in poison ivy vines that were 2" thick. Funny part here is Scott said he had passed by my shop many times and seen the tree with broken branches around it and knew it was a problem before I even called him. It was a battle getting it down but Scotts experienced crew knocked it out. Best tree service I have ever had. Highly recommend them if you need tree work. Price was great as well. Called Nelson and he said that they had ran out of the barrier cloth while doing the job and he went to the store to get more and his helper must have finished without putting the rest of the barrier on. No problem! (I had already paid him) He agreed to come and put more barrier down. He texted me and said he had came by and still no barrier on one whole end of the bed. I texted him and he said that that was all he was going to do. He was done. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I am now moving the mulch and putting the barrier down myself. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

I needed several trees removed from my property, and I was told it would take two weeks. Unfortunately it ended up taking just over FOUR weeks! I never knew when the crew was going to show up for the day, which was actually a pretty big deal (not to mention a major inconvenience) because I have significantly moderate ptsd, and when people just randomly show up at my house/on my property, I can actually get wildly triggered. I had asked, very nicely, and explained in detail, why I was requesting, to be informed via call or text whenever the crew was on their way for the day, if wasn't going to be the same time every day. It wasn't, and they didn't. I'm also fairly certain that Ken, the owner, is a narcissist. I'm no psychiatrist, but every time I spoke with him over the 4 weeks of dealing with him, he refused to take ANY accountability, shifted ALL blame to literally anyone but himself, but then when the job was completed took all the credit, and whenever I took issue with something, he literally tried to gaslight me!!! Would absolutely NOT recommend! Never. Again!
