They didn't show up at all on days they asked to come, leaving us waiting around for them all day. The owner ran into a beautiful old oak tree in my front yard with his truck after I told him I didn't want vehicles driving on my yard. The owner left tree pieces he was supposed to haul away. I saw him add them to a pile of cut trees we already had. They just ran over things that were in their way instead of asking us to move them, breaking things like yard stakes where I didn't want vehicles to park anyway. They damaged a lot of smaller trees that I asked them to avoid just running into them with their equipment. I do not recommend this company. The only good thing about it was the price. read more

Terrible! Called the owner he gave me an estimate! He gave me a date of Sunday the 20th of October! I never heard from him, that morning! I called in the early afternoon and he said he texted me! I didn't get any text that he wasn't coming! He lied and said let me check my texts! I ask when he will do the work he says not until a well or so later! Unacceptable and totally unprofessional! These guys are unreal. First off, they beat their competitions' prices by hundreds. Took a quick look at the 8 trees we needed removed in our backyard and blew me away with his pricing. We had SIX companies come out for estimates and only one was within a couple hundred (the rest were close to doubled). Then they showed up for the work. My little boys were in awe of these men that could climb trees and use heavy equipment and they stayed glued to the windows watching the whole time. The workers took time to wave to the boys and show them different things through the window, all while working safely and efficiently. That meant the world to all of us. Then our neighbor came by to see if they could remove a large tree and trim back some others in her yard. She had gotten several estimates as well and, yet again, Wayne's World blew those out of the water! Between our house and our neighbor's they were done in about two hours. And barely left a speck of sawdust in our yard. I will refer them to anyone that has trees or bushes they need out or trimmed. Honestly we were so very impressed. read more

I had a fantastic experience with this team. Called on a Friday to discuss a cracked tree hanging over my house. Wayne came by to give me an estimate and was there Sunday morning to take it down. Just paid $220 dollars for a cord of "seasoned oak". The wood has got to be the absolute most UNseasoned wood I've ever purchased. Won't burn even with 20 fire starters. You can see the moisture pouring out of the logs as they try to burn. The wood is not wet and has been inside my dry house for 10 days and still will not burn. Sucks that we paid such a high price for "seasoned" only to be disappointed. I did not contact them to see if the would rectify the situation. Prior wood from this same company burned well and was actually cheaper. Not sure why this time it was so expensive and poor quality. read more

So, this is the way business should be done. Emailed Wayne's World over the weekend to get an estimate for some tree pruning, some BIG trees. He called back on Monday, gave me an estimate on Tuesday ($250 less than his next closest bidder!), and today (Friday) the trees are pruned, and no one would ever know they were here. We had 2 trees split into a 'V', making 4 full grown trees to cut up. One had bees in it. Wayne prices were very fair and they were prompt when arriving to take care of them. Wayne's World did some tree work for our neighbor and her yard was left neat. After seeing this, we called for an estimate and was quoted a very reasonable price for removing 6 trees. We were very pleased with the work! A team of several men worked to carefully remove the trees, a few of which were close to our house and deck.
