His team tore out the wet drywall and trim, set up fans and dehumidifier in the affected areas, and returned after several days to check the progress. He was responsive via text and able to schedule a team to come out the next day, which is exactly what you want to hear when you encounter water + mold damage in your home. He also helped answer questions related to reimbursement from a 3rd party (i.e., builder or insurance), which relieved some uncertainty and anxiety. His experienced crew lead also asked me at the start of the job if I would need to work with insurance, then took extra photos in case we needed them for reimbursement documentation. While on-site, his team was professional, communicative, and got an extensive job done in just 1 day. I appreciated that they set up a containment, showed me pictures as the work unfolded, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They sent someone to pick up the industrial fans + de-humidifier on day 4 or 5. The final invoice clearly laid out all items and their costs.

RestoPros was the team that did this for us. I cannot begin to express how professional, exact, thorough, and quiet they were - they dismantled the entire closet while I was in a conference call in the next room and I never heard a thing. And then, miracle of miracles, after they had finished all of their mold remediation work, the house tested completely clear of black mold. Amazing! We were so impressed with the quality of everything they did for us that we brought them in again to make some other drywall repairs that were far less urgent, but working with RestoPros was such a pleasure that we finally took care of a lot of little things we'd been postponing for a while. When you find contractors who do this high level of work, and who are absolutely trustworthy and ethical in every way as well, you don't want to let them go!
