I had stopped the workers coming home from the store and asked if they could give me an estimate. They had me call the office and I talked to Jason who said he would be by in about 45 mins. Shortly after I got off the phone with Jason the workers stopped by to follow up with me on their way to lunch. Jason showed up about 15 mins earlier than he said which is was awesome. Took a look at the work and gave me a great price - Schedule me the same day since they were already int he neighborhood and the crew came back a few hours later. The Crew. These guys were awesome! First, they have some crazy amazing skills at backing the chipper and dump truck into a very tight space. They were quick, thorough, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. What was really awesome is they really made minimal noise for what they were doing as well. I work from home and they really didn't disrupt me at all in the process. Overall. Great company from start to finish! Great Pricing! Staff is AMAZING and Professional! If I could give them 10 stars I totally would!!!

The owner left tree pieces he was supposed to haul away. I saw him add them to a pile of cut trees we already had. I initially got estimates from 3 places before settling with Ken Lamb Tree Services, and my…read moreintuition told me not to go with him... but they were the cheapest, so I did it anyway. I needed several trees removed from my property, and I was told it would take two weeks. Unfortunately it ended up taking just over FOUR weeks! I never knew when the crew was going to show up for the day, which was actually a pretty big deal (not to mention a major inconvenience) because I have significantly moderate ptsd, and when people just randomly show up at my house/on my property, I can actually get wildly triggered. I had asked, very nicely, and explained in detail, why I was requesting, to be informed via call or text whenever the crew was on their way for the day, if wasn't going to be the same time every day. It wasn't, and they didn't. I'm also fairly certain that Ken, the owner, is a narcissist. I'm no psychiatrist, but every time I spoke with him over the 4 weeks of dealing with him, he refused to take ANY accountability, shifted ALL blame to literally anyone but himself, but then when the job was completed took all the credit, and whenever I took issue with something, he literally tried to gaslight me!!! Would absolutely NOT recommend! Never. Again!

They were quick to respond to our inquiry and were out the next day to give an estimate that beat everybody else. Upon agreeing to hire them, they called the next morning and said they could have a crew out here within the hour. After showing up, they removed both trees, hauled off the wood, dumped it into their chipper, and conducted a thorough clean up of the area within 2.5 hours.
