That makes it more challenging to split the wood. He said he would have expected the cuts to be straight. The second is the length of the pieces. You would expect the tree to be cut in to pieces that are around 20" or a multiple of that because 20" is about the length of firewood. Instead they seem to be about 30". Too short to cut in half and too long to split as is. So my husband is having to cut 10" or so off the end. I went with this company because I wanted to go with someone who had a quality reputation and they are local to my area. I am very disappointed. Would NOT recommend.

They not only took down the 4 trees but also pruned another tree in the backyard, grounded up branch debris, hauled off numerous tree logs, and grinded the stumps into sawdust. It has maintained this look without much maintenance. I was so pleased that I have referred them to neighbors and friends in the area.
