They charged us $250 to come out and show us a button that had stopped working and were pushing to try and get us to upgrade the entire unit. The heat stopped working the next day and we called to have them correct the issue. They said it would be another visit charge and that because the tech said it was liable to stop working again that they would still charge us for him to come out. $250 for one day of working heat just doesn't do it for me on the value side of things. I am a bit concerned about the integrity of this company and I'm worried that they intentionally didn't fix the issue in a way that would last longer so they could try and convince us to replace the entire unit. I'll be working with someone else moving forward. Pretty sorry we called this place in the first place and I wish I could get my $250 back to pay the next person.
