Went with Goat to replace the furnace as well as an aging air conditioner with a new heat pump and furnace. Great service, got it installed quickly once Andrey received it. Price was great and very competitive with the other ones. House is warm and toasty, and energy bills are lower with the heat pump providing heating when it's not cold enough for the furnace. I told them that my system never kept up on hot days. They offered a bid and I thought they were totally fair on price. So we pulled the trigger. Especially helped to make my mind up as it was around 78 degrees outside the next day and the old system still didn't keep up. They gave me 2 bids and I opted for the more high efficiency bid. Jacob and Aaron arrived at the house to complete the job. My house being 100 years old, it wasn't the easiest and Jacob had to put in the O.T. to get it done. I was still skeptical that it would keep up. But this new system is actually amazing. We've already hit 90 degrees since the install and my thermostat never varied from 72 degrees where I set it. Im 100% satisfied with this company and would absolutely recommend them. Also when Aaron did the electrical, we had a light start blinking. I wasn't sure if it was from the work they did and so I called the company. Aaron came out and fixed my light and it just happened to be a random occurrence not caused by the work being done. This was THEIR error, not discovered at install or six months, and now I'm out $1500. They never acknowledged their install error. To boot, their GM basically harassed me on text, super unprofessional, berating my husband for hanging up on him after he completely ignored my information on text. He mentioned he would share our text thread on reviews. Cool. Question if it is all there if they do post. Buyer BEWARE. Don't let the sell job catch you...they're slick on the sell and absent on accountability. :-( UPDATE: Another company identified a different problem as the culprit, and identified installation flaws from this company. And their estimates all came in higher than Bo's. I chose to go with Bo for 2 reasons, first I liked him and I got the feeling right away that he was the right guy for the job. Second, he's local to Gig Harbor and I would prefer to support businesses local to me. Then on top of those reasons, he gave me the best estimate. He was able to schedule me the next week. That included him getting the electricians in followed by him arriving to install and connect my new mini-split. Both he and the electricians did a great job. I had AAA installed a central AC unit back in July 2023 and my bill was almost $14k…read more My overall experience along with the quality of work as well as the AC size installed were DEFINITELY NOT AAA grade!!! Shortly after installation, I expressed concerns that the AC is not cool/cold for my house and my bedroom upstairs reach's 80F+ even with AC on. AAA came back and said nothing was wrong and even said oh maybe your builder should have installed 2 HVAC systems. I actually questioned their experience as the crew came out for an assessment based on my house sq footage and recommended this unit for my house and I was later told by another tech that the is AC unit is a bit small for my house.. unsure whether they were trying to sell some other unpopular units to their clients. Fast fwd, I hired another company for maintenance today and was told and shown that there were rust and water in my unit and the Inducer has a crack due to POOR gas pipe installation by AAA. Also, the tech told me AAA should have put in a bigger AC unit for my house instead of blaming I need another HVAC. Hence, AAA did not have experience staff to do initial assessment to determine AC BTU/Ton size and their installation was POORLY done!
