The fact that there is a parking garage was a huge plus for me. The fee to park here is $3/day within the hours of 4am-3pm. Any time outside of those hours is free. Payment can be done through the BART app, where you will need to link your Clipper Card number and license plate number. This is to ensure that you actually entered BART and aren't abusing the parking spaces reserved for BART riders. When paying for your spot, you input the number you parked in (located on the ground of your parking space), add your payment info, and you're good to go! It should be a pretty smooth and speedy process. I parked on the far end of the parking garage, so walking to and from the BART entrance was a bit far, but it was definitely doable. Like all BART stations, this location is equipped with kiosks to add value to your Clipper Card. There are escalators that take you to the upper level which is where you enter the train car. The train car had a frequency of 15 minutes during the time we were there, so it came pretty fast. Once we got in we were on our way!

Picking up somebody at this bart station was pretty easy on a Friday (still during pandemic…read morethough). There weren't too many cars, which I know won't be the case once the pandemic is over. And there were plenty parking stalls available as well. I also liked the close proximity of this Bart station to Downtown Concord. It made it super convenient for us to pick up foods or boba drinks on my way back from this Bart station. The train ride from Pleasant Hill Bart to this one was a bit long though with a few stops here and there. But other than that, everything seemed pretty good with this station. No complaints.

We used the GPS to get here to the North parking lot and ended up parking in the overflow lot with a select amount of other people so we weren't alone. We were unaware it was the overflow lot till we walked to the BART station taking the little path and saw closer parking spaces. Oh well we were already parked and the walk wasn't that far. There is a parking FEE from 4am-3pm Monday - Friday. You need to remember your stall number so you can pay for your parking spot inside the station. When we arrived at the station we didn't see the pay station so we asked the station manager and she informed us it was free. If you need to pay you have to pay your fair and inside the station is the machines to pay your parking. It's only $3.40 a day. Not bad if you're comparing it to street metered parking or a parking garage. Still I'm not used to paying for parking at a BART Station. When we arrived at the BART station we looked at the machines and didn't see a way to put money on our BART tickets so we went to the station manage and asked how we do this. She informed us that they no longer use the old school paper tickets and now the new form of payment is a clipper card or a credit card. She said we could mail in our tickets and we'll get a check for the remaining balance. We asked where we ship them to and she said we can do it in station. We then asked if we can do it in this station and she said no she was out of the forms, then she looked and it turns out she still had a booklet of the forms so we were able to turn them tickets into her. She filled out a form for us. We signed our name to the bottom of the form after showing her our ID and she said it should only take 2 weeks and if we don't get the check in the mail by then to call them. Good thing we arrived early. We were able to enter the BART station by using our credit card. It worked like a charm. You just use a credit card to enter and the same one to exist and it automatically charges your card. It costed us $5.95 to travel from the Orinda BART Station to the Montgomery Station. That is the cost each way using a credit card. If you purchase a plastic Clipper card there is a $3 charge. If you load the Clipper app to your phone there is no charge to use your Clipper App. I'm not sure of the advantage of using the Clipper card versus using a credit card. Bathroom. They actually have 2 unisex bathrooms that have that great red and green tab on the door so you know if it's occupied or not. They don't have roll toilet paper, but the old school little square sheets that dispense like hand towels do. We were shocked in a good way at how clean and fresh smelling the bathrooms are. And I was just shocked that they have bathrooms that we were allowed to use. My husband was shocked that you didn't have to get an agent to open it for you. So overall we were thrilled beyond belief about the bathroom situation. We used it before and after the trip and it was just as clean if not cleaner at the end of the day. Safety. The station seems safe. There was no one loitering around the station. No homeless people camped out, ect. The station and the parking lot were relatively clean. There was a six pack of used or half used Corona in the parking lot next to a tree, but other than that it was pretty clean. Our car was safe. No damage happened to our car. There is always a fear that your car may be vandalized while you are gone or it 's broken into and all your stuff is stolen. It's happened before to my Husband and his friends at another Bart Station and that's why we didn't park at that station.

It's the same at every BART station (as in, less than cleanly and probably an environment best suited to enter when you're fully masked and engulfed in full hazmat gear), so I don't think I should even bother weighing in here... That's a bit unfair, frankly. The Pleasant Hill/Contra Costa Centre BART station benefits mostly from its easily accessible location and the fact that it sits squarely between the Dub Creek and Concord, making it just a bit closer to a lot of restaurants, shops, and residences. Overall, it's just another train station, but it does offer a lot more options to folks nearby.

Mostly working professionals and visitors seem to be the crowd here during the heavy traffic hours. You can visit the shopping district that's downstairs, with lots of different things you can check out. Station is clean and there's also parking available for any direction you're traveling to or from. As this station is still part of the Oakland corridor, though a well-traveled location, would still recommend to stay aware of surroundings.

From the day we started working with Biagi to handle our logistics, I never had an issue getting my account rep on the phone to help make changes to our order or reschedule our appointment. This is a large logistics and warehousing company with people running everywhere, forklifts hauling pallets in every direction and the phones constantly ringing at the will call desk. And still every time I walked in I was greeted and promptly helped. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their job and it shows. Thank you Biagi. Also a big shoutout to Nick Biagi for making it happen. We were lost in our ways in 2016 and he reached out a helping hand. I met Nick through some suspect friends in the wine industry and to my surprise he was a classy gentleman with a go get 'em attitude. When problems came up Nick and his team always found a solution. Just like when my cat Pippen (like Scottie Pippen) jumped out of my Classic Subaru that just got an upgraded Alpine system. And not like a new CD player but like the WHOLE system. I got three 12" subs in the hatch and this thing rattles so hard my sparkling gets riddled in the car. This thing is amazing! Any who, I'm at will call to pick up wine and Pippen jumps out and runs inside the warehouse through the open door, he scales up one of the storage racks all the way to the ceiling. Even though I was in shock that this just happen and my mouth was wide open somehow I felt my lips still saying WTF! Luckily nobody could see my rude lips since I always wear a mask and of course I'm dub vax n boosted. Right then you can see it in Pippen's eyes that he was going to jump across to the next storage rack. He does, because he's a beast, but the bag he lands on has no traction and he comes flying towards the ground. I'm frozen in complete shock. There's no way that my best friend is going to survive this. Pippen is about to become Popped. Right then, here comes Nick running and lays out to catch him like he's trying to be Najee Harris leaping through the air into the end zone. Not sure why I chose Najee their but for some reason, I'd put money on it that Nick play fantasy football and would have Najee Harris on his team. This dude catches my cat, busts his elbow, cuts his light brown corduroy pants, stands up and says, "Here at Biagi, we are the solution." My. Mind. Was. Blown. Five stars homie. Thanks for saving Pippen, storing my wine and always keeping it surprisingly simple yet awkwardly amazing.

The driver was friendly, the passengers were civilized, and I didn't have to circle Broadway Plaza like a stressed-out hawk looking for parking. Oh wait, I don't have a car, so scratch that (but many of EastBayers do!.) How is this not advertised everywhere? If you're heading between BART and downtown, this is the move. Ten out of ten, would absolutely ride again... especially for the unbeatable price of $0.
