I took another car in for a small issue and he basically kidnapped me to a bar - I was alone and afraid to say no to his insistence and put myself in any danger. This guy has serious issues. I don't know much about the area, but I ended up taking my vehicle here in a panic, after getting an estimate elsewhere, and after failing to pass state inspection because of the car's smashed front bumper. Everyone at WFM was immediately helpful. I just showed up (in a panic!) and a few folks came out to take a look at the damage to my front bumper/side door/hood/headlight and to talk me through their initial thoughts on repairs. They also cleaned up the bumper a little and made sure the sharp pieces where it had been smashed weren't exposed. They secured my loose headlight so it wouldn't fall off, until I could take it in for repairs. A couple days later, my partner dropped my car and estimate off at WFM while I was at work. When I picked it up 2.5 weeks later, it looked even better than when I first got it. The bumper, hood, door, and headlight were so meticulously repaired and detailed. Not only that, but the folks at Worcester Foreign Motors totally cleaned the outside and inside of my car as well, free of charge. This could not have been an easy task: the car had been a mess after moving all my stuff and two cats up the coast. It looks like a brand new car now. It was stressful to have the accident so soon after moving, but a blessing to find these folks. I highly recommend WFM to anyone, and I will be taking my car back there in the future.

It was also nice to see a clean parking lot not full of wrecked, totaled cars, but some vintage cars being brought in for refurbishment and TLC. This too is a sign of a first rate body and paint shop and not just an establishment to turnover repairs for the sake of creating constant cash flow. I brought my 2017 vehicle in for an estimate to repair small dents and paint damage through to the metal resulting from road debris from our wonderful highways that seem to be under constant construction. Dean was professional in reviewing the damaged areas, explaining how they would facilitate the repair, and providing an estimate for the work. Based on prior experiences at other shops for similar type work, Dean's estimate was not only reasonable, it was lower than my initial thoughts. Being a smaller job requiring the repainting of both left side doors, he reserved a spot for me on Monday morning with the hope to have it done by Wednesday or Thursday. The work was done on Thursday as planned and for the quoted price. I certainly appreciated their professionalism and experience in accounting for additional drying time due to some early week rain and humidity rather than rushing through the job just to get paid as many other shops would do. Most importantly, the repair looks factory fresh as you can't tell where the repair was performed while the manufacturer's paint matches perfectly too!! While I hope I will not require their services again (or at least anytime soon), it is comforting to know that I have found an auto body shop that is professional, trustworthy, highly skilled, and pleasant to deal with. The misogyny of this company is rampant and I am mortified by how I was treated by the owner and mechanic - especially when they called my partner to have a "discussion" about the "business relationship" due to my complaint about the service done on my car. I see that other women have had similar issues with the owner and mechanic. This company is the reason why women don't trust mechanics. He assumed I wanted a service and was frustrated when I called him and questioned why he did things without me knowing. He then told me the Honda dealership would charge $300 for an oil change - this is untrue as I called the dealership and they charge about $85 or so. Go find another mechanic!
