The manager came out and apologized to us and comped the kids meal. Only problem now was, I was going to use a coupon code for 25.00 off 50.00. With the kids meal taken off our total was just under 50.00 by about 20 cents. I definitely wasn't prepared to pay 50.00 for our lunch. We'll give them another chance as the place was pretty cool. I had a terrible experience with Barro's Pizza, both in service and customer care. After receiving an incorrect order, I spoke with a staff member who was kind and willing to help. Since I live over an hour away, I simply asked if there was anything else they could do, as driving two hours round trip for a replacement wasn't reasonable. She went to speak with her manager, Jacob, who then got on the phone. Before I could even explain the situation, Jacob rudely interrupted me and outright denied that any mistake had been made. He refused to offer a refund or a remake and dismissed my concerns completely. When I told him that wasn't right, his response was, "I don't care, call my GM in the morning." This level of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way a business handles them speaks volumes. Based on how I was treated, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values good service. read more

This place has always been good for cheap but marginal food. Usually they're only tolerable at best, but last month there was a dirty old homeless guy who smelled like he hadn't had a bath in five years. We spoke to the server but she acted like it was no big deal, he's in there all the time. We canceled our order and got our money back. We will never set foot in this dirty place again, and urge anyone who values a healthy environment to STAY AWAY. With COVID still a threat on everyone's mind this place is a virus waiting to happen. read more
