Better than Dominos, Pizza Hut...you name it! Anytime my family wants Pizza (and wings), we look no further than Barros. Their pepperoni pizza is always fresh and delicious! I typically order their honey hot boneless wings. My only complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that sometimes there is not enough sauce on the wings. It doesn't happen too often, but I would recommend just asking the gals who take your order to make sure they are saucy! Just a heads up, the crust can be a little thick, but I enjoy a thick crust, so it is fine by me. I've dined inside a few times, and it was always "chill". Never had any issues with tables not being bussed. I usually do carry-out. Mostly self-serve as far as drinks go (i believe Pepsi products?). I was at the restaurant that same evening as another patron mentioned, and my experience was completely different. I dined inside and personally witnessed an older man behaving in a very concerning way toward a young employee with black hair who appeared to be working alone. His behavior came across as inappropriate and unsettling, as he seemed to be watching and following her movements. After leaving the restaurant, I stopped at the nearby grocery store. When I drove back past the restaurant shortly after, I saw what appeared to be the same individual open his car door into the young woman, making contact with her after very loudly screaming obscenities at her. It looked intentional and was disturbing to witness. My son and I stopped to see if she needed help which she politely refused. At no point were there ever police present. I want to specifically mention that the employee, has served me multiple times before. She has always been exceptionally kind, professional, and composed--even during busy dinner rushes when the restaurant is clearly short-staffed. She consistently provides excellent service and deserves to feel safe in her workplace. Additionally, the food is always on point. My only complaint would be that sometimes we have to wait a long time for our fresh food. The environment is always family oriented and friendly. read more

My family has been going to Barro's for pizza for over 30 years. We think Barro's pizza is the best in the valley. Saturday after thanksgiving we went again. The place was almost empty, but the tables were dirty and full of dishes. We ordered a large special, like always. It came very quickly, and did not have the looks and smells we expected. The toppings were very sparse, the cheese non-existing. We took half of it home, to eat the next day. This led to an even bigger disappointment, the taste was gone, the cheese has turned into a runny mess. We did not finish it the next day either. On the third day I added cheese, but did end up giving it to the dog. What was I served? It was not Barro's product. This is a place that I've overlooked since it opened, though I've been to another location in the valley before. After a friend went last weekend and shared they loved the pizza, I knew I had to try it soon. The store is very clean, inviting, and had a great selection of items to choose from. The vegetarian pizza was amazing and the crust was phenomenal (what I'm always looking for in a pizza). Picked up, had it delivered and dined in. Decent and above average Hawaiian pizza. Pepperoni and mushroom was also good. Nice value. Toppings are always fresh tasting. I sat down to eat in the restaurant and was here for about an hour. During that entire hour the TWO cashiers on shift just sat on their phones the entire time. The entire restaurant is a mess, tables are super dirty, floor is dirty and they just sat on their phones. It was hard to even find a clean table to sit at. We had to clean off our own table. At one point a barefoot and half naked homeless man walked into the restaurant and started sampling sodas. He continued to try all the sodas and the two cashiers just watched him. This was my first time eating at a Barros and I had a great time! The premises is very clean and comfortable. There's a lot of super comfy booth seating. I met GM Blake who was very courteous and professional with outstanding communication skills. Server Montine was also outstanding. I really enjoyed all my food. Their Marinara sauce is top 5 best I ever had. The cheese raviolis are huge and so we're the delicious meatballs. Mega warm cookie with vanilla ice cream and choc sauce was super yummy. Have you switched to using pre-cooked veggies on your pizzas? Or has training how to make a decent pizza stopped cause of the pandemic? I managed a Venezia's Pizzeria and I would not have let this food go out. It was not ordered well done. Nor were the wings. Yet everything was well done and dry. I would like to know how I can please get the Baseline and Signal Butte to start delivering my orders again. As this store has never gotten my order correct. Even when I place it in person. Some mistakes are very minor. Like always giving me ranch when I've asked for blue cheese. It's on the receipt. Other orders are missing things. Some the food quality is absolutely shit and I regret spending the money. This time happens to be both. It's pizza, not rocket science. Customers don't care to hear who you don't like, what is going on this weekend, all a paying customer wants is a little attention to their order. For a customer to get a shitty pizza it's on everyone in that store. The cook didn't care when he made it. The person who took it out, cut it, and saw how bad it looked; obviously doesn't care. And the person handing it out or delivering it clearly doesn't. That's a minimum of 3 hands that let it happen. For those who read this and are not familiar w how the process goes. It's not as good as it used to be. The last two times were very disappointing. It's a bummer because it's so convenient.

I would like to start off by saying Lexi is an amazing customer service representative and made my call in order fun. The reason I put a 2 star is because when I tried to use the app to place my order it was frustrating and annoying that I couldn't select the options I wanted and continue so I was Forced to select the bare minimum on my wing order so then I choose not to use the app and call in my order and use up an employees valuable time away from other duties/customers. I really tired to give this Barros another chance cause it's new and I know that things can be difficult when you have new staff and everyone is learning. However it's beyond ridiculous at this point. The wait time was 85 minutes for delivery which was fine I didn't care about that. However I wasn't okay with the fact my food was sitting on my porch for no idea how long because no one called me to tell me that it was here. Then I look at the salad I ordered without cheese and behold there is cheese on it but they manage to add pepperoni to the salad which I wanted. This place really needs to get together. The staff at this location is horribly rude!!! We arrived at this location for dinner after a long day at a wrestling tournament. It started from when I ordered, the cashier was very rude! My bill was 44$, I went to give her a 50$ bill and she rudely told me they don't accept 50 or 100! There is no sign that I saw. Ok moving on. The crappy service didn't stop there. When any of our food was brought out, they didn't try to look at the numbers we had given us they just had attitude about where the pizza belonged, literally slamming food down on the table. Towards the end of our visit there was a family that was not with us. They (staff) confronted this family as they were walking out accusing them of stealing their tips.
