There is literally only one place I frequent for weekend breakfast and that is Barnaby's Heights location. I live in Montrose/Museum and drive here to eat most every weekend (sometimes on Saturdays AND Sundays) vs either of the locations nearer me for many reasons, not the least of which is the service. The staff is always cheerful and super courteous to new customers and regulars alike. The primary reason I come is that the food here is NEVER a miss. N-E-V-E-R!!! This is sad news. Came here to treat my pup to some food on his bday. They advertise as if they are "pet friendly" and have paw prints in their logo. When I walked in I was told I would have to sit outside unless it's a service animal (it's hot as balls but okay I did) after my meal I needed to use the restroom and tried to walk to the bathroom with my dog (granted I'm alone) I was told no dogs inside even though I explained i just need to use the restroom and where else am I supposed to leave my animal. I just adore this place! I have 2 young kids and they love Barnaby's as well! Someone is usually at the front and they tell us to sit wherever we like. The server comes over with regular menus and kids menus with crayons that are designed where they do not roll off the table - yes, thank goodness for that! Food here is simple yet really delicious. My regular order is always the Spinach Dip, the bacon cheeseburger or the Swiss mushroom burger, French dip sandwich and chicken tenders kids plate. I love their fries and the hubby loves the sweet potato fries. Food comes out at a decent time and service is good. I always order a burger from here! So good, so big and filling and always cooked correct. I like the blue cheese and bacon burger with spinach instead of lettuce. This location in the heights is pretty small but parking is easy. Friendly service and great food. Can't complain! read more

Barnaby's is consistently fantastic across all locations. The Asian wings are AMAZING (even with the new sauce due to the sriracha shortage) and the slaw that comes with them is so good that I order an extra side of it. Their Caesar dressing is fantastic and if you get the Caesar salad with chicken, it will be some of the best grilled chicken you've ever eaten! The pesto chicken salad was a good alternative. GRASS-FED BUFFALO BURGER $18 - bf got this based off the reviews, but honestly we both didn't care for it. Thought it wasn't that flavorful; much prefer an all-beef patty! Got sweet potato fries, which were really good (and huge!) [7oz Free range grass-fed buffalo patty. Went to Barnaby's this evening. Burger was supposed to be medium, but was WELL DONE. Dried and crusty. Meatloaf was served cold. The only thing that was good were the salads. We ate outside. The fan was fine, but the FLYS were HORRIBLE. Why don't you put up fly strips or sugar water to keep them away from our food. The experience was TERRIBLE. I won't be going back unless I want a salad. I ordered from here on Uber Eats. I had the Chipotle Black Bean Burger and it was great. It came with a lot of fries and the sauce it came with gave the burger a nice spice. All of the veggies for fresh,l and the avocado was perfectly ripe. I also ordered the kids pasta with butter and Parmesan and it looked pretty ok to me. I forgot to request utensils and ketchup, but everything was good. It all came in a tamper resistant bag that I had to cut open, which was a nice touch! Tried this location for the first time tonight and loved the cheeseburger. The fries were crispy and well seasoned, and the outdoor seating was perfect for you to bring your dog. Great new location after their move from just north of I-10. Parking lot was full, but restaurant was only about half occupied. Restaurant is set up for the age of covid with plexiglass guards at the register and between the booths. Staff was responsive and quick to refill drinks, take orders, etc. Will definitely be back to this location, overall GREAT! read more

The cheeseburger with the cranberry mayonnaise was different in a good way. The food was extremely fresh. It's actually nestled in the end of a strip center. The parking was plentiful and it's handicap friendly. It's a family friendly restaurant so of ur looking for a family friendly spot, then this is definitely a wonderful place to visit. And last but not least it's a pet friendly place to bring the pooch with you. I even think they have a pet friendly menu for the love of ur life (meaning the dog). So if you want the sidewalk experience or the actual dine inside experience. This would be ur place home away from home. Now I do know they have all of the mobile app's to get a good. Especially if ur not ready to join in the social experience. So this is my experience with this restaurant and I'll keep'em coming. read more

Great value and large portions. I enjoyed lunch here per a friend's recommendation. It was great. The food was tasty and portions were plentiful. I ordered the smoked chicken tostadas. For $10.95, diners receive 2 corn tortillas layered with black beans, shredded chicken, lettuce, onion slices, and tomatoes. I was delightfully shocked at the amount of guacamole and sour cream on top. It was literally so much sour cream that I had to scrap over half of it off. On the other hand, I devoured the guacamole. I can tell it was not the same chicken I usually received. It was dry, rubbery and stringy. I couldn't eat it. Then they got rid of breakfast, another one of my favorites. There was literally one parking spot left and the street parking is not ideal. We were brought a coffee thermal and a water pitcher which was great. This is a great breakfast diner and the perfect stop for a laid back breakfast! They are open early and we were immediately seated! Their menu is fun and have wide variety of options so you are sure to find something you love! We ordered the green eggs and chipotle bbq pulled pork and both were delicious! The potatoes here are perfectly crispy while not being too greasy. The chicken sausage with the green eggs was delicious and the side biscuit was super fluffy and flaky so make sure you save room! My first visit to this restaurant was for a rare eating out breakfast for me a few months ago. I ordered the blueberry pancakes on a Sunday morning with a glas of OJ. They were very good with an ample amount of berrys in the flapjacks. I enjoyed the meal. Last week I visited again for dinner and on this occasion I asked for the grilled salmon with black beans substituted for zucchini. Again, I enjoyed this meal too. The serving size of salmon was generous and taste was very good. I really liked their black beans too. The meal also came with grain rice that was ok. Overall I would give both meals a 4. Table service also was very good on both trips (4). I have always liked eating at the different Barnaby's around town. They are always a solid bet for a good meal. The menu is wide and varied so you can always find something that fits your mood. This location has both an attractive exterior and interior decor and also offers outdoor seating. They also has its own parking lot with additional parking across the street. However parking here with the other bars and restaurants nearby can still be tight so the street might have to be an option. read more

At this location there is a lot of trash spilling from the dumpsters in the parking lot with noticeable odors, the strip mall location is generally not clean as there is a lot of trash everywhere. Their chocolate cake which was **literallly** the best cake you could buy that wasn't homemade, has been changed and isn't anywhere near as good. All of that makes one wish they could just reach out to them and ask what is going on? Give polite feedback? Sadly, their website doesn't have any option whatsoever to provide them feedback.
