I don't want my experience to be reflective of the every day happenings at this place but here's what happened. We went on a Sunday afternoon kind of late in the day. Place was packed and they were evidently very shorthanded we were seated and had to track down a waiter. Drinks didn't come out had to chase the waiter again Who by the way did his best and was very nice The meals came out but only three out of four. I'll never understand have a venue can keep seating people when they don't have enough help to handle the tables that are already being served. It's a shame because the food is delicious but Service is important too and sitting there while waiting. My wife's dish to come out is not a pleasant experience Having to wait so long for it.. I'll give the place a Another try even though it was so noisy in there. A recommendation would be to add some live music it's great on a Sunday afternoon and adds to the atmosphere. read more

Awful place! The first time my mother and I walked in, we asked for a both. The girl at the front said hold on and then went and sat the people who were waiting behind us. We were so mad, we left and I called and spoke to the owner. He said he would make it up to us if we came back in. I thought, Ok...maybe this will be better. NO it wasn't. He said hello, we sat down, not in a booth like we wanted and never came around to say how is everything, was this a better experience? Nothing. He spoke to all the other tables. He was so rude and then I reminded him at the end he said he would take care of us. Annoyed he picked up the check and took care of it. WIll not be back. Wonderful place to stop & grab a bite to eat! The employees were all very friendly & helpful. I found the laid back atmosphere to be very comfortable and liked the worn-yet-modern style of the place. The food was phenomenal, I had the Sunny Dayz salad & my sister had the La Havana sandwich with perfect fries - I know because I stole a few! With items on the menu such as duck, wild boar, and bison, as well as regular burgers and salads, it's probably the most diverse menu I've seen in a long time! I've been going to bareburger for a decade. Their new policy asking for personal medical information and segregating based on the answer, is something that will stop my going there cold. Kohl's, Home Depot, CVS, Target etc etc... national businesses that have not adopted "show me your papers" policies. And in these places... people don't just walk from the door to a table in a mask... they were asked to wear them the whole time! Bareburger, rethink this absurd policy. Would highly recommend eating at Bareburger! I had the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and my wife had the California BLT sandwich, fries with both, and let me tell you, it was delicious! I really like that they offer vegan and gluten free options, as my brother is a vegan and eating out can be challenging for us at times. The feel of the place is very laid back and modern. Bareburger is very different than the other trendy burger establishments I've been to. I've taken food out twice before but this past Friday was my first time dining in. They have a full bar with excellent cocktails. I really liked Brooklyn Cup drink, so refreshing. I had initially wanted a bison burger but the restaurant was out but I tried the Blue Elk and it was amazing! The fig jam, blue cheese, and onions blended real well. The onion rings were dangerous. I've been to other bare burgers and to be honest wasn't impressed in those as well. Hey listen I no food critic so take my opinion as my personal opinion. Food is nothing special and definitely didn't knock my socks off. For the price we paid, I should have had my socks blown off and feet massaged. The bareburger concept is incredibly cool! I have been going here for several years. Over time I feel like they simplified the menu and cut down on some of the different meats they carry which is disappointing as I used to love their Quack (duck) burger. Their menu is still great however! The food and cocktails quality has been consistently good.
