I order this way too often off of uber eats and have been to all the og locations to not enjoy a night here myself. The food is incredible, we've done catering orders, take out, uber but the in dining was tremendous. I loved it. It's a quiet small restaurant with a nice bar. Great homey feel. Not a fan of the bartender Jose, complaining openly about other people's tips made it quite uncomfortable. I'm all for anger in the workplace and taking care of yourself and your family I just don't need that aired out to me about a 200$ tab from another table leaving 15%, to me that's not professional. Aside from that really enjoyed my food will continue to order OUT and delivery but won't be coming to dine in here.

Now I'm going to make myself clear here, I've ordered from here, I've ordered from the other location but I originally started eating cactus cafe in 2011 when I worked in the glen cove area. Since then, they have been one of the most amazing spots ever. Great food, a variety of options, so many specials and amazing service. Every person that works at all these locations has always been friendly. I haven't dined in at the new one yet but from what I see they have a full bar and the ambience looks great. Their steak is always perfectly cooked, medium rare, juicy most and packed with flavor. All of their meat options are absolutely delicious. They are limited on the sauces they provide but I am so happy they are consistent throughout. I've had their burritos, their wings, their enchiladas their chicken you name it. You will always see me here as this will remain one of my consistent places to dine in or for take out.

Warm friendly welcoming restaurant/staff. Affordable , accessible and delicious. Great music playing A few tips: I need some napkins, a little more sauce, refill my drinks and your food. Centrally located off 25/25a/northern st and lie. A must visit.

A mushy surf and turf burrito!

The burritos are fresh and the surf and turf is my favorite. New location staff is very pleasant. I have ordered two times since 3/4/25. Second time the burrito was mushy and had to try to eat with a fork. The first time burritos were firm easy to grab and eat. Yesterday was soft cheesy but loose not compacted.

Came here with a friend for a quick bite and everything was great. The young man at the front was very helpful and friendly. Loved sitting at the bar. The fries were hot and fresh, and the tacos were delicious..my friend couldn't stop raving about hers too. Will definitely be back soon!

There were toddlers and preschoolers in the restaurant with their families, so I asked the waitress to please change the channel. She looked at me like I was crazy and told me that she didn't understand what my problem was. I explained that there were graphic photos of people and crime scenes that aren't suitable for children, or really anyone else trying to enjoy their meal. That issue non-withstanding, I still don't think Over Easy is worth choosing over Hatch or Munday's. The wait for us was 20 minutes, which is the same for pretty much every other place in Huntington. It's also very small, so as a result the tables are extremely close together. We were seated in the middle of the floor, with waitstaff passing through very frequently on both sides. We had to constantly tuck ourselves in and watch our backs to avoid getting an elbow in the face. Our food tasted alright, but there were several issues. We both got variations of eggs benedict. I got the avocado BLT benedict, with avocado, tomato, arugula, bacon, and hollandaise on top of ciabatta. It tastes good, and I especially liked how orange and healthy the poached egg yolk was. However the ciabatta was pretty badly burnt. My boyfriend got the "classic" eggs benedict, which was served over toasted sourdough bread. This bread was ridiculous, over an inch thick and impossible to cut through without shaking the table and making a crummy mess. I would've thought the classic eggs benedict would be eggs with Canadian bacon over an English muffin; this one was just not the best.

We were seated within 20 seconds. It was a lovely day outside, so we decided to eat outside. First off, our server, I did not get his name, was absolutely incredible. Super chill dude. He took out orders, and it seemed like no time had passed before our orders arrived. One of us had the biscuits salmon. One of us had an omelette with a side of greens and I had the backyard burger. All 3 items were just wow. We all exclaimed that we had never had amazing food like this ever. The food was piping hot, fresh, and out of this world... Secondly, if you're an animal lover (specifically dogs), this place is amazing. We saw so many dogs (many of them service animals), and some of them were just household pets, so we got to pet them. Absolutely amazing place and we've all agreed and vowed that we'll go back there soon. A solid 100/100 review.

Even though it was a weekday, we decided to treat it like brunch. I ordered their unbelievable Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich, and my friend got the BLT. The portions here are huge, and the food is always crisp, clean, and delicious--you could easily split a meal. On a previous visit, I got their Chef Salad (which is massive and great for sharing), and their burgers are fantastic as well. We didn't even order drinks, but sitting at the bar for a relaxed lunch was wonderful. Everything on the menu is solid. Absolutely worth coming back!

The hostess asked if we were celebrating anything, and when we told her it was our anniversary, she surprised us with a handwritten card waiting at our table that read, "Happy Anniversary! Thank you for celebrating your milestone with us." It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel genuinely welcomed. The waterfront setting is absolutely stunning. We timed our reservation perfectly for sunset, and between the sailboats, glowing sky, and beautifully lit trees, it felt like something out of a movie. The outdoor patio is one of the most beautiful dining settings I've experienced on Long Island. We started with the crab cake, which was packed with fresh lump crab and lightly seasoned so the quality of the seafood really shined. The crispy exterior paired perfectly with the creamy remoulade. Every bite was delicious. The service was attentive, friendly, and never rushed. Our server made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening, and every staff member we encountered helped make our celebration feel special. It's rare to find a restaurant that combines exceptional food, incredible views, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. Prime Steakhouse delivered on all of it. We'll absolutely be back, and I can't recommend it enough for a date night, anniversary, or any special occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable. It's the little touches--like that handwritten card--that turn a great meal into an unforgettable experience.

It was incredibly chewy, with no intramuscular fat, a light sear, and absolutely zero of the beefy intensity you'd expect from dry-aged steak. I cooked better shit as a 24-year-old bachelor buying $4 steaks from King Kullen. With almost no effort and $20, I would have destroyed this. Do better, especially if you're going to charge what you do. See the attached photo. It looks like tuna, but that's the steak. Also yea I ate it all bc I'm fat and it cost 80 bucks, not because it was good.

Pricing is reasonable, shop has an upstate or even Vermont feeling. Staff is kind and patient. Polite. Lemme talk about the food for a second. Got the Feeling Tot burrito. Subbed cheddar for smoke Gouda and added bacon. HOLY HELL. This burrito brought up emotions I haven't felt for a breakfast in centuries. Warm and melty, it wasn't like any of these greasy, wet, fat covered offerings from other delis or breakfast shops around the island. Or that I've had in NY in general. They chopped the bacon, which let's be serious here, is the only way to do it. Eggs were fluffy, light. Cheese was nothing short of smoked magnificence. But the pièce de résistance, the glue that brings your taste buds to their knees, the tots. If you don't like tots, you're wrong. And these tots were somehow crispy and soft. No oil, no sog. The chipotle sauce brings it all home and then they grill the whole damn thing and serve it to you on a platter of gold and diamonds. At least that's how it felt. Do I recommend this? We got the butternut squash which sounded very fancy on the menu but was just butternut squash with a piece of fried prosciutto stuck in each portion on top of cacio e pepe sauce which by the way was broken. We also got what we thought was going to be artichokes on a bed of arugula but was mostly arugula with a few small pieces of artichoke and some pistachios. It was bland, definitely needed some vinegar or lemon or something. Not worth the price, I could have thrown that together myself at home. We also had the spinach/pear salad. Again, I could have made that at home. I got the lemon shrimp linguine. I liked the pasta, I liked the sauce, I did not like the shrimp that came with it. They were tiny and maybe boiled, just not great. We also had the ravioli. One big extremely dense ravioli, raviolo or whatever a singular one is technically called. It was ok but so dense and rich. We also had the bolognese. Not the best. For the prices we paid we expected greatness. We each had dessert. So for the 3 of us the bill came to almost $300 with tip. I personally felt like the service did not warrant the tip but we left it anyway. We weren't checked on, we had to wait a long time to get the bill and we paid by phone app. The service wasn't great. I think the best part of the entire night was the little bucket of candy that we got with the check. The gummy butterfly was delicious! No, we won't be back.
