I visited here for the second time tonight... had such a delightful experience (on Ladies Night,…read morewhich happens to be every Wednesday...) I don't smoke, & sensitive to all types of smoke...so I'd thought I'd have issues here... but their state of the art air purification system really works! I came as I appreciate quality & creativity when a full bar is present, being the Foodie that I am! Every staff member (as well as patrons) I met were all genuinely friendly, & full of ideas of drinks to try. (& fun info on cigars avail too of course... sounds like they have a great selection on that front too of course!)... As I'm a very light drinker, I qonly got to enjoy one delish drink this time , but I got to try another drink the 1st time I came, & I had a sip of my friend's drink ... all 3 drinks were fantastic... in quality spirits, in presentation, in atmosphere the drinks were enjoyed in... I highly recommend this as another downtown Eagle destination, even if u don't smoke, or u smoke but don't want to drink...as the cozy yet ample enviro lends itself to both intimate as well as group gatherings. I appreciate that I can bring my own food in, & that there is both indoor as well as outdoor seating. I rate it as very accessible, as multi seat types, multi entrances, spacious interior & exterior. Honestly it was nice to not feel rushed... & it was fairly quiet yet lively while I was there both times... so u can actually hear who u are talking to, unlike many restaurants (& coffee shops). Shout out to the great new GM & both bartenders who were very patient with this self proclaimed high interest low liquor knowledge gal

The OF was solid, but not the best of our lives. The complimentary rolls & honey-sage butter were absolutely divine!! The flautas were amazing- better than any flsutas we've ever had (Mexican restaurants included!) Our 2 entrees continued to please the palette! The short ribs were super tender! The mushrooms & shrimp were cooked to perfection! We couldn't resist & ordered dessert- the Churro Waffle & OMGoodness! This was ridiculously good!

My friend and I had such an attentive wait staff and answered any questions we had before ordering. Our drinks were absolutely delicious and there were so many great options. Usually it's hard to find a drink I might like, but at Coyne's it was hard because there were too many good options. Everything on the menu sounded so creative and new. But I decided to try the spasta pesto and my friend tried the halibut. Both tasted so fresh and flavorful. Also the prices were very reasonable and the portions contained the perfect amount of food. Unfortunately, our bellies were so full after our main course that we didn't get try any of their amazing dessert options. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my time at Coyne's and will definitely be back to try more items. If your thinking our trying it out I would definitely recommend!

I was stopping by Boise to visit my dear family members ;)…read moreWe stopped by here... and the food was great. It's actually better then most places i've had in Boise ;x Only complaint was the price.. it was about what I pay here in OC - Cali I ordered the "NASHVILLE CHICKEN BENEDICT", which was very big in size and very good. And since it was very big, it meant that I had some leftover to take home. The chicken was located in the center of the stack that was very tender and juicy, which most places would overcook the breaded chicken. So breaking/cutting the egg/chicken/biscuit together was so easy which i was able to take a nice big bite that tasted was excellent. I really like my order... yummy My sister ordered "STEAK AND MUSHROOM PASTA" and "Chicken alfredo" for her boy, which looked pretty good. I sneaked a taste of the noodle w/ alfredo and it was good. Overall, the food and service was awesome. I would most likely visit again to try other things on the menu... probably try the Dinner menu next time.

Walking from the waiting area to the seating down that tunnel is pitch black. Both me and the wife were bumping into the walls. Maybe a little more light? Had to turn on cell phone light. Once you get into the restaurant it's better and your eyes start to adjust. The music was great and perfect for the scene, but too loud and needed to be turned down. When you're with family and friends and want to chat and keep saying "what?" the entire time, too loud. We aren't there to listen to music. The drinks were incredible. The Brown Butter Old Fashioned....crazy good. One of best Old Fashioned I've had and that's my go to. Apps. were really good. Expand your menu just a little. Street tacos! If you can do tostadas then you can do street tacos, not that big of an adjustment. The apps are a little pricey, but good. Biggest complaint and it made me torn between 4 or 5 stars was something so small but annoying just the same. The wife and I ended up paying almost $150 bucks between drinks and food. Charging us $3.50 to use a credit card? Thats just crap! Your food and drinks are expensive, don't nickel and dime people. High end places don't do it...
