Staff clearly don't know what they're doing, and this manager can't handle even a simple situation. Extreme red flag. Avoid this place entirely unless you know exactly what you need and can deal with rude, incompetent staff.

I was referred here by my coworkers because they have a shuttle service and are close to my job. The guy who drives the shuttle is out sick so they cannot drive me back to work which sucks because I came here for that reason. I originally walked in asking if they can do a a battery/alternator test. He said yes, that he will be out in a few minutes and asked me to repark in front of the store. It took longer than 10 minutes for him to finally come outside. He did the battery test and said it's fine, but that it may not last much longer. I told him I would rather just have the battery changed and that I have one in the car. He was hesitant to install it in case it was the wrong battery, but I had purchased it from Costco and already knew it was the correct one. There is plenty of parking available, but they do share the lot with Gold's Gym and Dollar Tree (as well as other businesses), so I'm sure it can get busy. I'm giving 3 stars mostly because of the wait time. If I'd known I'd be waiting that long, I would've just gone to the other one on the way to my original destination.

The set up there was a bit different then we had found in other auto parts store, where there is a small computer you put in your make/mode/year of car and it tells you what fits. Unfortunately Car Quest lacked this, so up to the counter where the person at the counter didn't know who made the car much less could easily find what we needed. Eventually having to call a co-worker in to assist and they were able to find the wiper blades in the back area. Also the parking at this place is less than stellar, the time before I tried to go in but all of the spots in the front of the store were taken by their own parts delivery cars. So I ended up just rolling over to the other auto parts store nearby.
