Jayd'n was such a chill presence when I was initially anxious to get my first piercings as an adult. He walked me through the whole process and made sure the placement worked to balance the slightly lopsided holes I already had from childhood. He handed me a little cupcake plushie to squeeze during the piercing and that's the kind of customer service I love. I'm so happy with how my new piercings look and I'll most likely be back with a friend in the near future to get another!

DO NOT, REPEAT, NOT ever take your $ or time to Inkladore Tattoo / Piercing Studio in Springfield -…read moreNOT EVER! I wish 0 was a rating option, but I'll have to settle with a 1. Kinda like getting the 13th place participation ribbon; fitting for Inkladore. Long story short, Inkladore made appointments only after receiving our deposits; then agreed to see three of us for a group tattoo session. But, 2 weeks later, we show up - not enough tattoo artists and they seemed to forget their commitment to us for the $150 we deposited. After 45-minute wait (with other customers being serviced), we were told there was only 1 tattoo artist, for 2 (not 3) of us, and she was currently busy; so we asked for our $'s back. Poor guy at the desk called the manager, who on speaker phone (for everyone in the store to hear) say, "tell that Bxxxx to Shut the Fxxx Up" when my wife asked for our $150 back.... (it gets better....). The person shouting at everyone then stated, "you aren't getting your $'s back, get out of my store". Finally, I asked for the owner's contact info (as required by the BBB) and was refused that info, then told by the poor guy at the desk, "leave the store now or I'm calling the police". The only silver lining of this tragic story, I finally found THE WORST run business on the planet in over six decades! If you're looking for a case study on how NOT to run a business - your search is over: Inkladore! If you're even remotely considering Inkladore - DON'T! Sebastian

I went to Rowan to get a second lobe piercing, and I was very surprised!! Their staff was very kind…read moreand welcoming, and the space was inviting and clean. The nurse who did my piercing gave me plenty of time to decide if the placement was to my liking, and she made sure it was straight and aligned perfectly to my ear shape. They had many hypoallergenic earring options, and two different methods of piercing, which were device and needle piercing. I chose device since I was on a budget, and I was a little skeptical since I had gotten a piercing done with a piercing gun before (which ended badly) and was very painful. However, the device was hand pressured instead of spring loaded, and was a lot easier and quicker! The pain was very minimal, and there was almost no difference in pain between needle and device piercing. The staff ensured everything was completely sterilized, and gave me lots of proper care instructions. I would recommend for all ages!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone who is interested to purchasing a Tiffany's piece.

Although I left empty-handed, it was a wonderful visit…read more The sales associate, Marie, was so warm and welcoming. She was able to point me in the general direction of what I was looking for. I came in search of a specific tea set that I have not been able to find for sale at any Tiffany store I've visited anywhere in the world. I've only seen it in videos of the Blue Box Cafe in New York City and I've been searching for it for well over a year. Marie showed me a few other tea sets while trying to help me find the one I was looking for. They were pretty, but not my taste and couldn't compare to they set I was looking for. After a bit of research, she informed me that the specific set I'm looking was created exclusively for the Tiffany Blue Box Cafe and is not for sale to the public. I resisted the urge to shed a tear, but I was grateful that I could now end my search. Personal disappointment aside, the store is absolutely beautiful. Aside from the jewelry, this location also has a small collection of dishes, flatware, miscellaneous decor items, a small collection of glassware, a few baby gifts, and a decent collection of bags and wallets. And of course, the staff is polite, professional, and very welcoming. Even though I didn't leave with the tea set I wanted, I still enjoyed my visit.

I came into Zales Springfield Mall (Virginia) for my 6-month diamond bond inspection. Prior to my…read morearrival, Marcus initially answered my phone call and suggested the best side of the mall to park on (by Maggiano's) and he gave perfect directions to the store (down the escalator to the 1st floor). He was pleasant and helpful. He even greeted me in the store a short while later. Felisha assisted me with my 5 pieces being inspected and cleaned. She not only greeted me upon entering the store but let me know I would be up next for service, once she finished with another customer. Felisha paid careful attention to the stones of each of my 5 rings. Her visual inspection was more robust than I recall ever receiving in past years at other Zales locations. Her ring cleaning and drying showed great attention to detail. Plus, her demeanor was engaging, professional, and so polite. She explained the diamond bond and warranties too, which helped me to better understand available services. Overall, the store is well located in a bright and easily accessible location. Plus, it is clean and has a very broad variety of diamonds, semi-precious stones, pearl and other necklaces, watches, and many varieties of yellow gold, white gold, platinum, and silver too. The store was busy during my entire visit but Felisha, Marcus, and Roxy kept every customer engaged or advised where they were in the queue. Definitely a five-star experience at Zales Springfield Mall.
