Once our consultant started helping us just kept us looking at one designer until I asked if we could see more options. She kept showing me things that didn't really fit what I was asking for. At one point another consultant got involved and tried to talk us into getting a smaller ring (we were looking in the 2.5ct. range, so not anything crazy) and was showing me options that were not what I was looking for. Our consultant just stood there and let him do this without stepping in and saying what he was showing was not what I was looking for. Ultimately, I was excited for our appointment based on the good reviews, but ended up with a really disappointing experience.
