I will get to my experience in a minute, I was there with a friend who also wanted her helix pierced. I'm really happy with my experiences here- I've been here twice within the past month for my daith & forward helix piercings. For both occasions, I've walked in around 5 PM & they were available to take me without an appointment. I was out of the shop with a new piercing within an hour. The service was great! The front counter girl (I'm so sorry, I never asked for your name!) & Georgie are both super chill & friendly. I was nervous when getting my daith pierced, but Georgie was calming & professional throughout the entire process. The pain was negligible! I also really appreciated that he took the time to explain all the prices of the jewelry beforehand. The shop has a good number of jewelry available as well- I'll definitely be back for any future piercings or jewelry needs, especially for those beautiful BVLA pieces. I got my first couple of tattoos with Flash a little while back. I liked everything about the experience initially, but I am now realizing it was me being naive. I was getting a tattoo a little lower than my bikini line, and he kept mentioning how I had a cute stomach and this tattoo would look really really nice on me. He made a couple of other comments that I brushed off, but looking back made me wildly uncomfortable. I think comments about a client's body are not appropriate in any situation, especially considering he tattooed me on my 18th birthday and in the several months following. Not only that, but the tattoos are very poorly done. There are double lines where he made noticeable mistakes, and most of the lines are very uneven. I am not one to criticize an artist's art, but I am already looking to get them cleaned up/covered. read more

Did a walk in nose piercing! It was a really quick procedure. Granted it was a walk in with a few people ahead but all in all it was about a 30 min wait but a 5 min procedure. Clean, safe, friendly. It was more on the expensive side ONLY because I chose the more expensive jewelry otherwise it's very affordable. I love that they take card as well very convenient! Visited here twice in the last week.. the first time I didn't read the online schedules for the piercer ( they are only there wed-sat) . The man who was there told me he would be back Wednesday if I could wait to get one of my piercings fixed .. he told me to put a piece of tape over it in the meantime so it wouldn't fall out?? I didn't get a good vibe and left after a rude comment ... I came back today (Wednesday ) and was told the piercer was still out till tomorrow .. at this point I give up . I've made two trips out of the way did nothing .. why have a piercer that works 55% of the time. Lack of communication among their staff ... don't waste your time coming here . It's been a few years since I've got my tattoo from this location. As you can see, it looks like it's bruised. The dude who did my tattoo few years ago is still there to ruin people's life like mine. It took him 3 minutes to do mine without any hesitation. I truly hate it. I wish I did more research on this location than just going after few good reviews. I've seen the work done by the artists here, and it's amazing, however, my experience was not so great. My first tattoo artist was super busy as the time so I decided to try someone new, and went with Fin. I really liked his work and he did my friends tattoo, which wasn't too bad. (Later I noticed it seemed to turn into a black blob) So I went with him. I emailed what I wanted and he said great I can do this. When I went in to get my tattoo he was still working on someone so I sat patiently for about 45 minutes, maybe a bit longer, which I didn't mind. My only issue was when he got to me he seemed a bit flustered and then I felt like he rushed through my idea and did not refer to my original pictures I sent. His idea was totally different but I liked the stencil and went for it. When I first looked at the tattoo it was nice, different and not at all what I wanted but I knew I couldn't change that and I agreed to it, so that was my bad. The tattoo healed nicely (I got a butterfly) but when I looked closer the wings were not even at all, one side was bigger than the other and some of the lines were uneven. I've seen his work online and none of his other work looked as uneven as mine was, so I felt like he rushed on me which is unfortunate because I do truly like his work. It's actually been almost a year since I've even decided to write this review but I'm looking to get this piece covered by someone else. Luckily it's on my back so I forget about it all the time. I recommend if you come here, make sure the artist actually takes his time and looks at your idea before putting it on you. Also don't go late at night because I feel like he was just rushing to get it done before it got too late. read more

I've come here for multiple tattoos and piercings. Lindsay did my helix piercing and she was amazing! She was very patient while I picked out my jewelry and explained what she thought would look best in that spot. During the piercing process she explained everything that she was going to do and the piercing itself was a breeze! Lindsay is very personable and I felt at ease because she was easy to talk to and we had fun joking around and laughing. I've had to follow up with her a few times about random questions and she is always very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend getting pierced by Lindsay! I've also been tattooed by Flash and Rodrigo a few times. Flash is very easy to work with and he always made sure that the design was what I wanted. The tattoo process was very easy and he has a very light touch and tries to make the process as relaxing as possible. Rodrigo also does a great job and he was very patient when I changed my design a few times. I was nervous about the spot I was getting my tattoo on and he was very comforting and was happy to take breaks when I needed them. The shop itself is very clean and there is tons of parking. They have a lot of free swag that you can take home with you. I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone who works here is awesome and I've been happy with all my visits! read more

I had my nose pierced at a very reputable place downtown many years ago, and will say my sister had a much better experience than I. George was amazing. If I could leave a 0 star, I would. First Lindsay was unwelcoming and awkward to work with but I still wanted the piercing that day so I kind of had no choice but to stay there. Then, tried charging me almost $600 for 2 tiny gold studs for my cartilage piercings. I switched from gold to titanium. After waiting about 2 hours in total, I get pierced and it was time to pay. I did not choose to leave a tip because your service is already very expensive & I wasn't the happiest there. About 20 minutes after I left, I received a call from Lindsay asking me why I didn't leave a tip, that she had a family to feed & threatened that I do not come back again. First of all you're operating a BUSINESS.. it is not mandatory for me to tip.. you're already making a huge profit just off of the jewelry costs. Second of all, don't worry I won't be returning ever again. Very rude & disrespectful. This is exactly why you didn't get a tip to begin with. read more

Had a feather tattoo done by Johnny Jr. and it's beautiful. I walked in, showed him my reference picture. He said that the tattoo looked fake and if he did it that small, it would soon fade together and look like a blob of ink. So instead, he offered to sketch me a feather. He went to the back, sketched a beautiful feather, and asked me if I liked it. It was perfect! I went to the back and he asked about placement, colors, etc. By the end of our session I had a beautiful feather tattoo on my wrist for $100. I'm so happy he was honest about the smaller tattoo instead of just letting me get it. Otherwise, I'd have something unrecognizable by now. He was honest and told me it was not a good idea because the two holes could merge together, and having the piercings up high would probably not look right aesthetically. This place is a must for tattoos and piercings. They take walk-ins, and can do call-a heads on both piercings and tattoos so it's time friendly. The two pierce artists are really nice and actually talk to you. The jewelry there is great but some can be pretty pricy. All worth it though. They do most body piercings so no worries there. Got my first tattoo here, done by Fin and laid back. He's fun to talk to and his original artwork is incredible, so if you're looking for creativity he's your guy. Everything is very clean, super sanitary. One of the piercers put the wrong nose jewelry in, and when I said something he was really nice about it and gave the one to me for free that he accidentally put in. They always open new needles in front of you and never reuse jewelry. This place overall is just fantastic, people friendly, and a great atmosphere. Idk he was rude, yelled at my friend for distracting me but really there was a living breathing dog in the parlor that caught my eye because it was running around (sanitary who). And I even stated I was startled that some white little blob flew by before he snapped at us. The tattoo healed horribly and is missing ink in some places. I scheduled an appointment to re-pierce my nostril that fell out 2+ years ago. Lindsay and I believe her name was Christy, were amazing, funny, and very precise. Normally my piercings hurt for MONTHS after being pierced; my nostril stopped hurting after (less than) a week. No bleeding (last nostril piercing bled TERRIBLY) and no crust around my piercing.
