I've been going to Patriots for around 8 years now and they have never disappointed me. The services i've received are; lobe piercings, nostril piercing, industrial piercing, shin tattoo, inner forearm tattoo, hip bone tattoo, and a front thigh tattoo. In addition, Patriots is my first to recommend when someone mentions seeking tattoos or piercings. I have numerous friends who also have tattoos from this shop. Following given care instructions, I've had great healing experiences with my tattoos and piercings. I've been to various tattoo artists and piercers here, my personal favorite has been Mauricio, tattoo artist. Curt is the shop manager and he's great, friendly and always welcoming. Got my first tattoo done by Nathan back in October. My friend and I got matching tattoos. He was very nice. We gave him our design and he gave us suggestions in addition to what we drew. We got fine line tattoos. I would recommend this place. I paid $100 and my friend paid a little more. Overall great experience and nice environment with catchy music. Very clean and professional! read more

March 2022 - COVID Review: For my second tattoo, I came to Patriot's and worked with Kinsey Miller, after doing a ton of research. I loved the scheduling and tattoo process through Patriot's the best. You can either call or send an email to the shop (email takes 2-7 days for an answer) and you'll work with the owner, Curt, to schedule everything. My initial appointment was to come in for a consultation, which took less than 30 minutes. Make sure you come prepared with reference photos and have a decent idea of what you want. Then I was able to come back a week later so that Kinsey could should me the designs that she came up with from my references. Once I agreed to move forward, Curt does the pricing and schedules the tattoo date! My tattoo (maybe the size of my palm/hand) took a little over an hour but they usually schedule you for longer in case you wanted any additional design changes. Which did happen to be the case for me, but I loved and appreciated how patient Kinsey was with me so that I knew it was something I would want on me permanently! You also sign the consent/waiver form and pay before you are brought back for your tattoo. I definitely recommend Kinsey because her line work is impeccable! read more

Love going here for piercings! I had come here 5 years ago for a cartilage piercing and remembered loving it so much that I came back for more. The reasons why I love this shop so much are their communication, efficiently, and care. Both times I went, pre-covid and now, have been consistent with the great experience. I got a double pierce in my ear last month with Lauren and had a great experience. The place on my ear I had initially thought I wanted didn't really work for my anatomy and Lauren took her time to suggest other ideas and places for it. I felt that she really cared how it looked (she backed up and checked how it would look from other angles) and was excited about it as I was. Lauren did an amazing job at doing my conch piercing. She made it a breeze and it didn't really hurt much in the process but then again different people have different pain tolerance. She was very nice and patient as she went through the aftercare and even gave me a sticker!!! Walk-ins are not welcome. When I told them Yelp said walk ins r welcome...apparently they don't own Yelp! shitty attitude when I said I am coming from far and can't come back. Being a good tattoo artist does not matter it is how u treat people which matters. I called 3 times before driving up there and got a busy signal...I believe people r calling! They have not heard of technology where it rolls to voice mail when busy...smh. read more

Excellent. The staff was very respectful and professional. Called to see if they could piercing that same day and happily accommodated me! Very clean space and I absolutely adored the piercer I wish I remembered her name (memory sucks) but she was very kind, patient and gave great advice and insight on the process of piercing, types of jewelry and how to take care of it properly. My nose piercing was actually quite painless and didn't tear up one bit! She was very gentle. Love my new nose piercing I would definitely come back if I wanted a new tattoo or piecing. RACHEL IS A GEM!!! Best piercer I've ever had! Super chill and down to earth/easy to talk to! She is very thorough in her explanations and walks you through everything that is going going to happen. She is also very patient in answering any/all questions you may have. I highly recommend her for anyone who gets nervous. The piercing is done in a private room and she makes sure your comfortable. We came here today as walk-ins (which they don't usually take) and Ty was able to squeeze the both of us in! We knew what we wanted. I went to patriots and I really loved it! My friend and I were trying to schedule an appointment thru this week and they were really open w the times and were very flexible. I got 2 cartilages done here, my first cartilage piercings and Lauren, my piercer, was super kind and gave us the debriefing on the types of earrings we could get. The first time i got my nose pierced with them it was great. a week after i got my nose pierced my stud fell out abt 2 months ago so i decided to get my nose repierced again today via appointment (which was today). Since i'm still a minor i needed guardian consent so my grandma came with me. after giving them her ID thinking not much of it (because the previous time i came here it wasn't a problem), they refused to pierce my nose because our last names weren't the same?. they literally pierced my nose in the past with the same information provided so i don't get what was different this time. they then told me that they could only pierce me if i brought in court documents that proved my grandma is actually my grandma (but they didn't ask for that last time). idk man if you're an orphan don't come here lol they won't believe u. read more

Friendly staff. Ty did my Tattoo. It was a lot of line work. His lines were clean and he did an excellent job. Ty was very good about explaining aftercare and the healing process, which seems to vary between shops. I would highly recommend him for the type of Tattoo that I got (symmetrical black ink line work). Update: 5/31/19. I had Ty add some more designs to the tattoo that he did on my right shoulder. Ty jokingly said that this was like an Ink Master Challenge, referring to the show. It was a challenging piece of work and he did an absolutely perfect job. His work is absolutely amazing. read more

I got my second set of lobe piercings done by Lora and she was great! She was so nice and meticulous from sanitizing all of the jewelry (including the ones I was wearing) to the placement of my piercings (my OCD very much appreciated this). She really took the time to make sure the piercings were symmetrical and looked good from the front and side profile. Would definitely recommend! read more

First off, I was a walk-in and didn't know if they had time for me but they did! I was also very nervous about getting my first piercing that wasn't on my ear (got a navel piercing). However, the very nice lady (didn't catch her name but she had pretty blue hair) reassured me that it was going to mostly be painless. She held a conversation with me throughout the whole process which made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. The absolute sweetest worker who seems to love what she does. UPDATE: Rachel is just as awesome as ever. I've now seen her 5 times to work on various microdermals and I will definitely keep coming back as long as I live in the area. In my last few recent visits (since late 2020) they've gotten much better about greeting customers quickly after they enter. I like the ability to schedule time with Rachel vs competing with all her other walk-ins. I hope they continue having appointments post-Covid. read more

Great experience here. I was a walk-in. Just wanted to see how much a small tattoo would cost. Walked out about 80 mins later with the tattoo. The girl who helped with the paper work was very friendly, professional and all round nice. Nate did my tattoo. He is very friendly, easy to chat with, took his time and got it just write. I recently had a tattoo done by Kinsey & I couldn't be happier. The appt did take a couple of weeks to schedule (apparently it's a very popular time to get ink). The correspondence to make the appt was easy & efficient- Curt was very good with prompt responses. The price was higher than other places when i checked around, but with tattoos, I think you get what you pay for. This was my first tattoo in awhile & Kinsey was great- she made me feel relaxed and talked to me to distract me the whole time. The place is safe & clean. They did have an artist test positive for covid shortly after my appt and they called to notify me & closed for a period after that- I appreciate that they do everything they can to keep people safe. The location is in a small strip mall & has free parking. Definitely check out Kinsey's work if you are thinking about getting a tattoo! read more

I knew I wasn't going to take her to Claire's & I was worried about piercing her ears while they would still be growing. in comes Rachel, who came highly recommend on the Google and reddit. I booked the appointment for the end of November for Rachel since I figured this would give my daughter enough time to back out if she changed her mind. she did not. so the day after Thanksgiving, we went over to Mosaic to get her ears pierced. they let her pick out her earrings first and were so great. they let her hold the earrings up to her ear to give her a visual and gave her plenty of time to pick. Rachel sanitized everything and took her into the piercing room once she was ready. Rachel marked her ears a little higher up so when she grows, it'll be more centered as she got older. then came the first piercing, which my sensitive soul daughter took very personally. she refused to get her second ear pierced claiming she couldn't go through with it. with Rachel, my SIL, my husband and I trying to provide positive encouragement to continue on. Rachel ended up giving her the option to go grab some lunch to relax after the first piercing and to come back after. after our ramen lunch, we went back to get her second piercing. obviously it wasn't an easy task getting her to go through with it. I ended up having her sit down on my lap with Katseye playing just so Rachel could finish it. so to the amazing Rachel (who just came back from maternity leave!!), thank you! my daughter loves her piercings now and can't/won't stop looking at them. Rachel honestly has the patience of a saint even after my kid screamed bloody murder in her piercing room. if you're looking for a fantastic piercer for your child, I'd go to Rachel. she's a mother herself and understands children. she's soft spoken and really strives to make sure your child is comfortable and ready. not related, but there's free parking in the garage across the street. don't be an idiot like me who paid for parking in front.
