I wasn't sure if it could be restored. Steve and Randy did wonders and it looks brand new! They cleaned all the moss, staining and black lichen. It was very resistant and they went above and beyond pulling out all of the stops to get all the black spots removed. Then when they applied the normal two coats of color restorer and finish, our patio was still not looking great. They came back and did more work and and applied a third coat and now it looks like it did the day it was installed! I can't recommend Lamorinda Pavers highly enough. Quality work, integrity, and pride in a job well done. They won't stop until it is just right!

I've worked with the owner Jon Lago and his partner Jose on four separate stucco jobs on my residence in the last 14 years. All experiences were excellent. His work from 2007 looks as good as it did the day he finished, with no cracks or flaws of any kind. Jon replies quickly to inquiries and keeps his scheduling commitments. He remains the best value in quality stucco work over the years (and I regularly shop his prices). His texture and color matching are excellent. And Jon and Jose are both a pleasure to work with. Two of my jobs were small, including a front picture window replacement where texture matching was important, so Jon happily accepts small jobs. You'll get the same great experience that you would if he were doing a full house stucco job. See attached photos for our latest project, applying stucco to an existing brick wall. Notice he and Jose were able to do the work with almost no impact to our garden (the photos were taken a couple of days after the work was completed). They came out to do exposed aggregate concrete work at my home, and somehow managed to match my existing 20-year-old concrete almost perfectly. The finished work blends in beautifully, which I honestly didn't think would be possible given the age of the original concrete. What impressed me even more was their commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied. After part of the work had already been completed, I requested a change. Even though it meant additional work, David was incredibly accommodating. He came back, tore out a portion of the newly poured concrete and redid it for me -- at no additional charge. It looks great, and his team were professional and friendly. Everything was on time and early. The work and materials are high quality to last a long time, worth the value. They didn't try to cut corners. He gave me instructions to water the concrete to prevent cracks and included a stabilizer, which is something previous contractors did not do (one of our other concrete pads cracked all over pretty soon after). We used a Sierra base color with a Desert Tan release color and a sealer that gave it the brown / tan finish I was looking for. I will definitely be using their services again!
