I don't understand why someone working in customer service would respond to a customer with that kind of attitude. I've been here many times before, and I have to say that some of the male employees I've interacted with have always been very sweet, polite, and friendly. To me, whether an item is sold out or still available isn't nearly as important as the attitude of the person serving customers. I always appreciate small businesses that provide warm and friendly customer service. Sometimes, people don't return to a business just because the food is delicious. Convenience, kindness, and the way customers are treated matter just as much, if not more. Good customer service costs nothing, but it can make all the difference in whether a customer decides to come back.

After trying a few of their drinks, I would rank Gong Cha as being around the same level as Kung Fu Tea. Overall, out of the drinks I've tried, there haven't been any standouts that result in me craving Gong Cha when that bubble tea craving hits. But, the drinks I have liked have been pleasant.
