Love the Vietnamese sweets, Che,here! If you like boba drinks and desserts, you're at the right place. It's match in heaven. My husband and I order two drinks containing fruits, red beans, jellies, and shaved iced. It is perfect. I'm so glad we stumbled across this place from shopping nearby and decided to give it a try. As soon as we entered, there were a line of customers ordering to go. There are some tables and chairs but I noticed not many people stayed or sat down. Parking here is a bit crazy during weekends as it is shared amongst other businesses. This spot is definitely going to be my "must visit" for next visit in Philly.

    Bambu Favorite. Yum!

Wow. Just wow. I am floored by the speediness of the service here. Granted it wasn't busy when I walked in, this encounter was still by far the quickest I ever had in getting my drink order. Heck, I didn't even have time to sit before it was ready. If Jimmy John ever opens a che spot, this would be the equivalent of their speediness in service. I ordered the Bambu Favorite and Awesome Trio, and both were amazingly delicious. There's plenty of parking on the day I went, so I'm happy to say that I'll definitely be back gain soon.

I have been here many times but just realized I never left a review. They have some healthy, real fruit drinks. I like #1, 5, and 10 the most. #1 and #10 are mixed fruit drinks, and #5 is mostly avocado. Their coffee is also strong and good. The place always seems to be busy. I see people of all ages come here for a drink. It's nicely decorated with modern-designed decor. I recommend for a nice drink. Prices are higher, but it's fair for all the fruits inside the drinks.

Cute Vietnamese Chè dessert shop in a shopping plaza in Philly! These aren't your traditional Chinese/Taiwanese boba! They have many coconut based desserts with a variety of jellies!!! I had a coconut milk dessert with 3 types of jelly, including grass jelly, red boba and pandan jelly - The Bambu Favorite. The coconut milk was very sweet, especially with 3 different types of jelly. I liked the pandan jelly the best. The ice in the drink helped with the sweetness and diluted the sugar. Surprisingly, most of the menu is dairy free, which is great for my lactose intolerant friends!! The service was quick and friendly. I did not have to wait for a long time at all. I've never had this combination of dessert, but I'm looking to try more out!! Tldr food 3.5/5 service 4/5 ambiance 4/5

This is my must stop every time I am in South Philly and I always get the same two drinks, Bambu Special & the Mangonada. I can't be enough of these two. The Bambu special is light and refreshing, so perfect on a hot day. Meanwhile, the Mangonada is sweet and slightly spicy, such a great combo. The space is small, but has a few tables and service is always friendly.

2/5 ambiance. Not much seating inside; only a long couch on each wall. 3/5 flavor. I was not the biggest fan because there were too much toppings-- make sure you use both a spoon and straw! But I did like how it wasn't overly sweet

Large Thai milk teas soooo good 3

I found it! The most delicious, authentic Thai milk bubble tea! I've been ordering the large Thai milk tea with bubbles, and it always blows me away. The tea alone takes me back to Thailand. The taste of the Thai tea is so concentrated, in a good way, because I don't want that watered down stuff. The bubbles could use some improvement though. They tend to clump up together at the bottom, and I would really like servings of bubbles in my mouth with my tea at the same time, instead of being left with more bubble than tea at the end. Which would also help me not inhale the Thai milk tea every time. By the time I get home from my 15 minute car ride, I have nothing left to drink. Another thing is they do have a pretty high credit card minimum of $15, so make sure to bring cash!

I love bambu! The closest one to be use to be in ATL but they closed down. Every time I'm in philly I get this everyday ! Number 1 and the Vietnamese ice coffee are my favorite. The number one is refreshing and light to drink as a dessert. Their number 10 is also good when I want something with coconut milk.

My daughter introduced me to this Vietnamese jelly drink after we had lunch at Pho 75 in south Philly Chinatown area. It comes with shaved ice ball on top and you crush it with the long spoon to make it into a slurry. Then you drink it with the bubble tea straw to suck the jelly. I love the green Pandan jelly. It tastes like tapioca but is more chewy that you can enjoy the taste a little bit longer. The coconut milk is a great compliment to the jelly. The drink is a bit pricy ($5.09) but it is delicious!

I can't believe I never went to this place before! I've always been on the lookout for a che place that can compare to places in CA and here it is. I love all the coconut and the different types of jellies, agar agar and tapiocas that go into these Viet dessert drinks. The best part for me is that they're aren't super sweet (at least for me). I ordered the #10 which has a lovely combo of everything that I love. When I'm in the area, I'm either usually grocery shopping or grabbing banh mi's or probably both but now I have another stop to add onto the list!

First timer here. This is not ones typical bubble tea shop.. it's MUCH BETTER! However, no tables sit at/hangout are available. $15 minimum to pay with credit card. I ordered the durian smoothie (no toppings) and Awesome Trio, which consisted of red, white, mung beans; taro, pandan jelly, coconut milk. Both drinks were very delicious! The durian smoothie was mildly sweet and has a good amount of durian flavoring. Durian is definitely an acquired taste. You can customize your drinks to your liking (add bubbles, flavorings, etc). Would 100% recommend!

I was overheated from being in the sun for 20 minutes, so that poster was very appealing to me. I kept thinking about it throughout my meal at Sky Café. Therefore, my friend and I truly trotted over afterwards. When we were deciding what drink to get, we noticed a young guy with an elderly grandma who bought many snacks from their shelves and fridge, so my friend and I went to browse too. We don't go to Vietnamese cafes and markets much, so many things we saw there looked interesting to us. Unfortunately we couldn't try everything, so we just window shopped. My friend ordered the Kumquat Thai Tea. It tastes like what it sounds like but that actually bothered my friend lol. When I tried it, I was surprised by how it's not as refreshing as I expected. I think the Thai tea base could be more clear. The cup wasn't sealed properly, so tea kept spilling as we walked. I didn't want to get the wintermelon tea, because I saw prebatched bottles in the fridge, so I would question what's the difference ordering with them vs grabbing a bottle myself. Therefore I decided to order the cane juice hoping that it will be good for the summer heat. They said they ran out, so I got the citrus lemongrass tea instead. I'm amused they gave a slice of orange. My drink was more refreshing, and it's a more unique flavor than generic cafes out there so I'm pleased. It wasn't too sweet. The café has cute wooden benches and tables. The selection of Vietnamese snacks were intriguing and should be legit given the old grandma bought a lot. Even though I don't know how realistic it is for me to come again, but I'd want to!

The first sip was refreshing with the grapefruit flavor, but the Earl Grey and bergamot quickly took over and became incredibly strong. It ended up tasting a little too bitter, yet also a bit too sweet, even though I ordered it with half sugar. The shop was a little messy, though I couldn't tell if that was because of the Halloween decorations. There's a self-service ordering kiosk at the front, and the staff were fast and friendly. The space is brightly lit with a cute backdrop for taking pictures with your drink. I'm definitely coming back to try a different flavor. If the Earl Grey is this bold, I'm curious to see how their other teas compare.

It's not my go to spot but it's always a safe option when that boba craving hits. And they have a good variety when it comes to milky and fruiter options. For additional context, I usually prefer fruit teas and adjust the sugar level (typically one level below 100% sweetness.). After trying a handful of their drinks, I would rank Sharetea as being around the same level as Kung Fu Tea. Overall, the drinks are similarly artificial with no distinct tea or fresh fruit flavor. The drinks at Sharetea are also too sweet even with an adjustment to the sugar level; even after reducing the sugar level to 80% or 50%, the drink is sometimes still too sweet. Additionally, the pearls are mediocre at best because they lack flavor and sometimes aren't fully cooked. Drink Ordered: * worth trying - [Wintermelon Lemonade with 50% Sweetness]: I didn't personally like this. The wintermelon flavor tasted a bit off. - [Passionfruit, Orange, and Grapefruit Tea with Pearls and 50% Sweetness]: Even with the sugar adjustment, I thought this was too sweet. The flavor of the drink is similar to the German Shepard, which I would choose over this drink. - [Lime Mojito with 80% Sweetness*]: My favorite drink here. Some may say the drink is too sour with the sugar adjustment but I think it's just right. -[Mango Mojito with 80% Sweetness]: Too sweet. It might taste better if I lower the sugar level further but it still isn't as good as the Lime Mojito. -[Golden Retriever with Black Tea and 80% Sweetness*]: Part of the Chubby Puppies Series. This is a milk tea with pearls, mini pearls, pudding, herb jelly, and lychee jelly. Be prepared for the large amount of toppings. -[German Shepard with 80% Sweetness*]: Part of the Chubby Puppies Series. This is a grapefruit green tea with pearls, mini pearls, aiyu jelly, aloe vera, and lychee jelly. This is probably my second go to drink. Be prepared for the large amount of toppings. I've had some of the other drinks like the Honey Lemonade with Aloe Vera and Thai Tea Ice Blended with Pearl but I felt like they were too unmemorable to mention in the list above. Would I go back? : Yes but it's mainly out of convenience. Sharetea is not my top choice when it comes to bubble tea but it's proximity to where I live, the Asian grocery store I frequent, and Ba Le make this a bubble tea place I usually find myself at. Also, certain drinks that they have like the Lime Mojito and the German Shepard and Golden Retriever give Sharetea that extra edge that results in me choosing Sharetea over Kung Fu Tea every time.

Overall, out of the drinks I've tried, there haven't been any standouts that result in me craving Gong Cha when that bubble tea craving hits. But, the drinks I have liked have been pleasant. Drink Ordered: * worth trying - [Lemon Ai-Yu White Pearl]: I think the lemon tastes too artificial but it's less noticeable at the 70% sugar level. I like the ai-yu jelly and white pearl combination though. - [Lemon Wintermelon Basil Seeds*]: I really liked the lemon and wintermelon combination. - [Grapefruit Yogurt Drink with Aloe Vera*]: I liked that this drink was more grapefruit forward compared to other similar drinks from other bubble tea shops. I've also ordered this drink with the white pearl topping, which is an equally good topping option. - [Wintermelon Milk Tea with Aloe Vera*]: There was a small sign on the counter recommending the aloe vera topping with the Wintermelon Milk Tea but I would not personally recommend that combination. I feel like aloe vera pairs better with non-milky drinks. The wintermelon milk tea drink itself was good though and had a really pleasant, fragrant wintermelon aftertaste. It probably would have tasted better with the pearl topping. - [Thai Mango Smoothie]: This is a seasonal summer drink. The mango flavor was light and tasted artificial and had more of a slushy consistency. It comes with passion fruit jelly as the topping.
