This is a nice cute warm cafe with very cute decor. It is welcoming and has limited seating. The place does get packed and I saw lot of take outs as well. We were here on a weekday for lunch. Seat was available and so we sat immediately. Limited food menu was good and easy to select from. We placed our lunch order. It was cold outside and every time someone opened the door it would get very chilly inside. So may be they can have a cover so that it does not get very cold. In terms of food, it was delicious. Portions were perfect sized i.e. not too large or small. My main complaint is the long wait time. It took over 40 mins for our food to come out. Looked like the food was ready in the kitchen and just not got to us. I could see food being brought to multiple tables together. Which meant some of the food got cold sitting out there. Hence I deducted one star. Else food was good. I do recommend this cafe for coffee or lunch.

Cute cafe. We came here on a cold Monday afternoon and it was packed. There was a small line to place an order with people waiting for their takeout orders as well. We were able to place our order in about 5 mins but did not expect the wait of 35+ mins to get our food. The table next to ours got their coffee and avocado toast 30 mins after placing the order. I wish they would have told us they're running behind when we ordered. Now for the food, it was delicious!! We lapped it up within 5 mins. I want to give them a second chance because food was good but I'll probably skip if it looks too crowded when I go back.

An absolute gem of a breakfast/lunch spot. My husband and I were looking for something a little different, and were stoked when we found Saigon Grace. The entire menu looked amazing (and reasonably priced!) and it was so hard for us to choose, but we settled on the breakfast burrito and pork banh mi. Both really filling and delicious. We will definitely return next time we visit Philly.

I saw a post about Saigon Grace on TikTok and decided to scoot over for a solo lunch. The staff/owner was so friendly and accommodating; it really made my visit wonderful. The inside was very peaceful and quiet, even when guests came in to eat or pick up take out orders. The vibe I got was that it's a nice local spot, perfect for the community. Now the food: I went with the Coconut Ube drink special and I was blown away! It was my first time trying anything with ube so I was a bit skeptical but wanted to try something new and I wasn't disappointed. I also ordered the beef bulgogi bowl and it was delicious! It was a good amount of food, so much so, that I couldn't even finish. I'll definitely be back!

Did a quick brunch with my daughter! And happened to stop by this adorable cafe. Vietnamese owned, relatively new place, about 4-5months since it opened. Loved the viet-Mexican-Korean influenced menu. We asked for recommendations and tried the salted foam coffee, Thai Thea cream cheese, mango pancakes and the bulgogi banh mi Drinks were great! The wall drink menu has a few more options we missed, like the matcha coconut drink. So check that too! Mango pancakes used dried mangos, since it's in season now, fresh mangoes with a chantilly cream or mango syrup drizzle would have taken this dish to the next level. The banh mi was delish, loved the Kim chi in it as well. The taro fries were a little too oily for me. service was great. Got to chat with the owner and his wife for a bit. Definitely give this place a try!

Omg the coffee was so strong and delicious. The fusion cuisine was so unique and yummy. I went to Mexico and had lots of chilaquiles and these were on point.

I love this place way too much. I keep going and I keep getting more and more impressed. Their food is good. Their drinks are fantastic. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and wonderful. It's a great ambience. It's a wonderful little hidden gem on South Street right across the street from Bob and Barbara's. You really should visit them and enjoy the same experience that I've been having.

Came to this casual spot for a weekend lunch, and it's a good place if you're looking for a mix of Vietnamese, Korean, and Mexican food! When I went, there was probably a half hour wait, as it was pretty popular. You order at the front, and then they'll bring you the food. My friend and I ordered the pork vermicelli bowl and the birria ramen, along with their pina colada iced tea. The tea was super refreshing, and I've also heard good things about their vietnamese coffee! The vermicelli bowl was well balanced, but I wished the birria ramen had more flavor. It's pretty small inside with limited seats, but the service is very fast and friendly. Overall, would come back here again!

I found this spot after returning from a trip to Vietnam, desperately trying to cope with my Vietnamese coffee withdrawal--and Saigon Grace did not disappoint! In my first few weeks back, I tried their Salted Vietnamese Coffee, Traditional Vietnamese Coffee, and the Ube. All were delicious, but the Ube was definitely my favorite. They really nailed the bold, rich flavors that reminded me of what I had in Vietnam. If you're looking to try a new type of coffee or just want to indulge in a Vietnamese treat, I highly recommend Saigon Grace.

Cozy, unassuming spot with great food and bevs. I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh taro chips which had a lemon-y flavor that was super refreshing. Little bit far from my place to be a repeat spot but definitely a place worth stopping by. I'm not sure if they have central air or not but it was warm out when we went and they had the windows open and ceiling fans on and it was quite hot inside.

Amazing (Saigon) Grace! The menu is a mix of Vietnamese, Korean and Mexican and everything my friends and I got was great! Banh mis, bulgogi vermicelli bowl, spring rolls, fun dalgona iced viet coffee drinks. You order at the front and they bring it your food. There isn't that much seating so you may have to wait a bit, but the food came out super fast! Service was very friendly. Recommend for a casual breakfast or just a fun drink.

Viet coffee with salt foam top

Stumbled upon this new Vietnamese restaurant on South Street on the way to the gym. They have new twists to the classic Viet coffee. The salt foam top being one of them. The coffee is strong, not too sweet, and the salt foam was a nice touch. Chatted with the staff a bit. This place opened three months ago. The owners are not new to the food industry so they knew what they were doing with this. The menu looked to have some classic Vietnamese dishes but also some fusion items. I'll be back to try the food

Saw this on my insta feed and had to try! A blend of various Asian cuisines like Korean and Vietnamese. Items: ~Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk and salted foam- strong coffee taste but balanced well with the additions! Not too sweet or salty ~Dalgona coffee- takes me back to COVID days where I would make this drink at home! ~grilled chicken banh mi: amazing!! Cucumber, carrots, grilled chicken (seasoned very well),jalapeños, and sauces

The biggest surprise was the tái (eye-round steak), yet still retaining that pleasantly chewy texture of undercooked beef; the gầu (fat brisket) was thick and crisp, fragrant but not greasy--who would have thought I'd find brisket fat here? This showed the restaurant's precise control over the broth temperature and the thickness of the beef. Almost all phở restaurants claim to offer authentic raw beef or various cuts of beef, but very few can truly make customers feel the difference. The restaurant's decor is simple but spacious and clean; the service is average, but very efficient. Efficiency is essential for phở, otherwise the beef would be overcooked in the hot broth. After all, the essence of a restaurant is food, and for such affordable ones, it's gratifying to see them spend most of their costs on the food itself.

Their Bún Riêu, Duck Soup (served with a unique ginger sauce and bamboo shoots) and Bún bò Huế all hit the mark. Pho Today gives you two choices for the classic Fish In Pottery Pot, bone-off and bone-on. Many Vietnamese restaurants don't carry this anymore. One thing I should tell y'all is that, when you order your meal, ask for the homemade chilli oil.....they won't give it to you unless you ask: it's made with garlic and is really special. If I were to nitpick I'd suggest upping the ante on the spring rolls which are more of a footnote here. I much prefer the larger spring rolls, cut into 4 sections served with basil, veggies and lettuce for wrapping. But, yea, this place does a really good job and seems to be the go-to for both Vietnamese food and serious eaters.
