I think this place deserves more stars. This location in particular is clean, has plenty of seating, and works fast at getting through the long lines they always have. Parking is in the back, and when you walk in and look to the right, you will see all their soup specials. They have every single day. When you get in line you'll see the fridge section which has various Takeaway soups, desserts and etc.. They have lots of pen and desserts on the tables, pastries, bows, hot, take away foods like Com tắm, chả giò, Patê sô and more. They do the buy two get one free for milk, cheese, and certain bánh mìs. The Vietnamese coffee is top-notch. And uncertain days they will have deep-fried wontons, which are so yummy. The service is fast and Vietnamese owned and operated. They have people who can speak Cantonese, Vietnamese, and English. This was my first time coming to this location, so this review is solely based on my experience for the Super Bowl weekend. My partner, I came here thinking that it wouldn't be so packed, but it was packed packed. I'm giving them five stars because I was really impressed with how they handled the chaos. They had so many catering orders. And none of them were small. And I mean, eggrolls on top of eggrolls, and sandwiches in front of top of sandwiches. It was pretty crazy. My friend treated us to some Thai teas and banh mis, and they weren't very good. This place seems to be on the lower end when it comes to the quality of food and drinks. The space is bright, clean, and super organized. Walking in, I was already mesmerized by the ready-made Vietnamese meals from plates of rice or noodles and desserts. My boyfriend and I had to do a walk through over all the food before we could make a decision. My boyfriend and I never leave without taking advantage of their buy 2, get 1 free Bánh Mì sandwich deal. It's a steal! Out go-to is the Ham and Meatloaf Bánh Mì with everything in it - pickled veggies, cilantro, jalapenos, in that great baguette. Quite a lot of people at 8:15am on a Sunday. This is the biggest Banh Mi Che Restaurant I've been to which were in Westminster. Tasty Banh Mi Sandwiches. Got the #21. All the sandwiches are BUY 2 GET 1 FREE. There isn't much vegetables in the sandwich. I felt there should be more cilantro and I think there used to be cucumbers and more jalapeños. I really like this one in Rosemead. The one in Monterey Park gave me diarrhea and food poisoning a few times so I regularly visit here. I have been a guest for possibly 10+ years since they released the $4.00 chicken pho deals. The people here know me as a regular as I used to visit every single week, 2-4+ times while we would eat out 2+ times a day on busy days so the family would never have to cook at home. When I asked the cashier about the fried noodles instead of fried rice, she just slapped the receipt on the table. So rude. The food overall was fortunately fine and tasted okay. We came by on a Saturday around 5:15 pm. It wasn't too busy but there was a line of about 5 people deep. After looking over the menu, we ended up ordering the following to go: #25 BBQ Pork, $5 prior to tax- My husband ordered two of these, one for him and one for my mom. My husband liked his sandwich and thought the bread was good. My mom ate her sandwich the next day and reheated it in the microwave with a damp paper towel. She liked her sandwich. I didn't have any so I can't comment. #29 Chicken sandwich, $5 prior to tax- I opted for a chicken sandwich. The chicken is a little fatty with the skin still on and the mayonnaise is heavy handed. If you aren't a fan of too much mayonnaise, you may want to remove some before eating. I thought it was tasty but not sure I would order this again. Vermicelli with Curry Chicken, $8.68 prior to tax- This dish was already bagged up and placed on the table, ready to purchase. We decided to grab this for a meal for dinner another night. I ended up eating this over 2 meals and thought it was pretty good. I really liked the curry flavor. The chicken used was mostly dark meat. Definitely a good size for the price. Would consider ordering this again. Pandan Waffle- This was another item just wrapped and ready for purchase on the counter so I decided to get this. I like pandan so I thought this was good and not too sweet. I broke this up in quarters and heated it in the microwave before heading off to work every day. ------------------------ (Total= $20.25 after tax and special buy 2 get 1 free sandwich deal) I think we waited about 15 minutes for our sandwiches after ordering at the register and paying.
