Banh Mi & Bubble Tea has been on my to go list for a while now. I stopped by on Sunday around 11:00am. There is plenty of parking spots right in front. The menu consists of banh mi sandwiches, bubble tea, and some small bites. A fridge full of drinks is by the order counter. There are only 3 tables with 4 seats inside. I ordered the Roasted Pork Sandwich ($7.50) Level 1 which comes with jalapeños. Level 0 is mild and Level 2 is Thai chili. I really enjoyed the roasted pork sandwich. It was very fresh and flavorful. The bread was crispy and it held everything really well together. My husband had the Special Combo Sandwich ($7.50), ube latte with tapioca pearls boba ($5.00), and crab rangoon ($1.00). The Special Combo Sandwich is a classic Banh Mi with cold cut ham, pork, chicken liver pate, mayonnaise, pickled daikon and carrots, fresh cucumber, black pepper, green chili and cilantro. The crab rangoon was bigger than other crab rangoons we've seen before. The ube latte came in a really cute cat cup. He enjoyed everything. Staff were very friendly and our food took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready. There is a 3.0% credit card surcharge. Prices are definitely affordable. I really enjoy having banh mi so I am very happy that Banh Mi & Bubble Tea is in Cranston, RI.

I took another (two) visits to the shop last week. The first day, I had a delicious thai tea with boba + jelly of some sort. Great treat. Tried the roasted pork sandwich and took it to Roger Williams Park to eat. This was a truly incredible dinner... I was so satisfied and happy to appreciate such a great meal. So delicious... it healed me haha. The next day I tried the pork floss. So good! A little fishy tasting, so if that turns you off, I'd stick to a different preparation of your sandwich.

A recurring favorite of ours. The pickled veggies are fresh, and the meats are well seasoned. We enjoy the grilled shredded chicken, grilled pork strips, and vegetarian banh mis. The vegetarian banh mi isn't the typically slice of tofu - they have a mix of crispy tofu skin and bean curds that add some nice texture and crunch to the sandwich. The place is clean and service is nice. If you have a big party or are exceptionally hungry, then they usually have the promo of buy 5 sandwiches, get 1 free! It's already affordable as is, but why not get an additional deal to satisfy your cravings?! Highly recommend!

Solid banh mi. My favorite is the grilled chicken and the Vietnamese meatball. The bread is really crunchy yet soft inside. The vegetables are fresh but not the traditional pickled kind which is a bit disappointing. I also think they could be a bit more generous with the fillings. That said it's very affordable! Sandwiches are between 6 and 8 dollars. Pro tip: Avoid going around 2pm on weekdays as you will be inundated with high school students from the school next door ordering bubble tea.

Great banh mi place. Best in RI. Found this place when I was craving for banh mi since I missed banh mi at Ba Le, in Dorchester, MA. Not many options for authentic banh mi place in RI and i've tried them all but came to conclusion that this is the best so far in RI. Have been here many times and tried almost all of their menu except different types of bubble tea. My favorite is white ham and pate banh mi and Vietnamese style egg rolls. Their grilled pork or beef are also great if you do not prefer pate or cold cuts. They also provide options for spicy if you like spicy. Their bubble tea is okay I've had better ones from places that specialize in bubble tea only. Downside is that sometimes their sides have inconsistencies. Their egg rolls may be crispy and sometimes not and their pork bun is not fully cooked sometimes and can feel the dough still soft. Place is also pretty small so usually it's best to pick up. It can get crowded sometimes when a-lot of people come in. Overall it's a solid place and I do come back here time to time if I want banh mi. Side note: they offer stamp card for ordering and will give you a free bubble tea after 10 orders.

We stopped by here since we were already around Cranston and were craving boba. I ended up actually getting an avocado smoothie, since not many places make it. The smoothie was delicious and tasted just like avocado smoothies I've had when I was a child. If you haven't tried one before, it's creamy and rich, and would definitely recommend trying! My friend also got a banh mi, which she said she enjoyed a lot!

I've been coming to this banh mi place for almost four years, and the taste has never changed! They have three tables for seating. Their banh mi and mango slush are consistently excellent. I get banh mi from here about once a month, and the prices are great. They only increased their banh mi prices by a dollar this year, which is very reasonable. I love the service here. It gets really busy around lunchtime on weekends, but even then, my longest wait has only been 10-15 minutes.

I've been meaning to write a review for this place for a while now. I usually give five stars to businesses that I visit multiple times and that I want to keep succeeding! Anyways, it's a sort of hole in the wall shop. There are few tables to sit inside. It has a homely vibe which is a good thing. The bubble tea/boba drinks are good! Basic, not super fancy, which is good because it's not wholly a boba shop. The tastes of the milk tea and Thai tea bobas are what they should taste like and the tapioca balls are generally good. If you like coffee and haven't tried it, you definitely should get the Vietnamese iced coffee. I might be biased because I grew up with it, but no coffee in life tastes as strong and yet deliciously sweet as Vietnamese coffee. This place nails it. We also got the special (dac biet) banh mi (with jalapeños because I am a spicy girl). It tastes great, and as expected! All in all it's reminiscent of all the banh mi shops I've spent a chunk of my childhood in.

This is a nice lil spot hidden in Cranston. I've driven by it so many times and didn't even notice it. So glad I finally did! This place is a hidden gem with great sandwiches and apps and iced coffee and tea! The sandwiches are made with care and the flavors are on point. I had the grilled steak and it was delicious the pickled veg goes so well with the meat and the bread is the perfect vessel for it all. The iced coffee was delicious! And the prices are very reasonable for an affordable delicious meal you should check this place out!

I think it's time to update my review. The food has improved since their opening. I used to not be too enthralled with their pork bun because of the ratio of ingredients being off but now, it's something I would definitely buy again. The texture of the bread for the banh mi has improved. It has a little more chew to it while maintaining the light crispness. Try the Vietnamese iced coffee. So good! I called in and ordered ahead. They said it would take 15 minutes which is how long it takes me to get there. Food was ready when I arrived. Very nice staff. Most importantly, I love the convenient location. One of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch.

For example, the banh mi was $11, which is expensive considering many well known banh mi shops in Boston charge $7-8. We ordered the pork banh mi. It had good flavor, but it wasn't the traditional lemongrass pork banh mi I'm accustomed to. The pork was plainer than expected, and it was missing the scallion oil that often gives pork banh mis more flavor and authenticity. Come on ... how much does it cost you to actually throw in a tiny cup of hot mustard? I mean, who doesn't eat hot mustard with Chinese food? It used to be that Chinese food was a fast and cheap dinner ... a combo meal here is $18, after substitution. I want to know ... who the fuck has ever actually eaten a shitty chicken wing from a Chinese restaurant without substituting it out? Probably nobody. You eat fresh BBQ chicken wings at a tailgate, not from a dirty restaurant the size of a college dorm room. Of course they know any sane person with working taste buds will substitute nasty skimpy wings for something else ... so they include them in every combo meal knowing people will pony up the extra $1.50 - $2.50. A combo with 3 crab rangoon, 3 chicken fingers (substituted for wings) and an egg roll now costs almost $20. The quality here is on par with a mall food court ... which is to say, not great. Dry AF fried rice with fatty cubes of pork which have the consistency and taste of a pencil eraser. The rice was almost chewy it was so dry amd barely tasted like pencil shavings it was so bland. The crab rangoon was decent ... filled with fake cream cheese and almost no crab. If you are drunk, it's fine and filling. Nothing you couldn't throw in an air fryer from a frozen box. The chicken fingers were okay. Likeky frozen a year ago and thrown into a deep fat frier hours before you ordered and kept under a heat lamp. If you are drunk or high, you'll leave a 4/5 star review. If you are unfortunately sober when you eat this, it will remind you of the dsys you'd scrape your lawn mowing money together and splurge on Chinese food from the mall food court when you were in middle school.
