Nothing else to speak of, which leaves me with where's the crab in the crab rangoon? The scallion pancake could be better. This one was dense not flaky, maybe undercooked, and definitely not providing much in the flavor category. The lo mein was most of the way there. Cook was good, noodles were slippery, ratio to noodles, pork, and vegetables were spot on. This is where the MSG could have come in. All the flavors were muted, and even with intentional eating they were tough to discern. Some seasoning could have popped them up. The dinner combinations are where the theme of the night, abundance, really showed itself. Here were full orders of the main (chicken fingers and lo mein) accompanied by a generous scoop of fried rice, and a spring roll. There were two beef teriyaki not a full order of five, but there was already so much food. The chicken fingers and teriyaki continued the trend of juicy and tender with good flavor. The spring rolls were oddly salty, and had an interior like you'd find in moo goo gai pan without the chicken. The lo mein had the same ups and downs as the separate order of lo mein. The fried rice was probably the only wholly negative thing all night. Too much wok hei led to a prominent propane flavor throughout. Are there some things that could be better? Yes, which is why this isn't five stars. Was the overall experience positive, would I 100% recommend people go here? Also yes. From an accessibility standpoint, wide aisles, large bathroom, and the mirror was even angled down. High marks for that.
