A small suggestion would be to take an extra moment to clarify customer questions, especially around ingredients, so guests feel fully heard and acknowledged. Delivery via DoorDash: Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken. Added extra beef and paid for it. Instead of adding the beef to the chicken which should have been more food, they replaced part of the chicken with the extra beef I paid extra for. This restaurant already serves small portions compared to when you eat in the restaurant and we are paying more. Now they don't add the extra food you pay for. It was empty when we first arrived, so we weren't sure what to expect. It quickly filled shortly after we placed our orders, which was reassuring! The lady who greeted and seated us was very friendly and had a comforting energy around her. She kept our drinks refilled, though she was the only one working the floor. Most everything we had was really tasty. My only complaint was the chicken in my dish was very spongy/chewy. I couldn't eat most of it. Again, love this place! I always get the Pad Thai, they have really mastered this one. The noodles are a little crispy and soft, a great combo. So flavorful and my favorite Pad Thai! The Pad Khing is also SO delicious. We made it very spicy and it was perfect, but definitely a lot of spice. Sadly, I'm allergic to coconut so I can't have the curry but the people I was with LOVED the green curry. We ordered the vegetable dumplings as well and were very impressed. This was quiete the e prince! I was at Kenwood and I was looking for nearby places to eat and that's how I found this place. I honestly had no expectations since I never heard of it or saw it before. It seems to be like a small family business, and I loved it. The service was outstanding! There was only one lady do it all ( waiting on tables, welcoming, etc) and she had it all under control. Very sweet and attentive. The place is clean, neat, and very small but comfortable and well decorated. More importantly, the food is delicious!! Met a friend here for lunch one time back in the old times, and I just realized I never left a review! They had small sized portions, but a small lunch price, and an incredibly robust flavor in their curries. The owner was very friendly and accommodating with substitutions, questions, and suggestions about what sat her restaurant apart from other Thai places. I ordered a curry with a fish substitution and it was fantastic, with layers of flavor that complimented the fish rather than overwhelmed it. I had a small salad to start the meal and what came out wasn't that small - in fact it would be a lunch "entrée" salad at some other places! My friend enjoyed her dish, and a few weeks later she placed a doordash order from here and they delivered a much larger (and suitably more expensive) dinner. I wish I had more experiences to share, but I'm happy to see them still sending out food and look forward to returning soon! read more

This is the best Thai restaurant in the city by leaps and bounds. There isn't a bad thing on the menu and I've tried well over half of it. Their Pad Thai is a gift every single time I eat it. I crave it most days... it's insane. That good! I also dig their blue ginger soup, hot n sour soup, fried rice, and regular stir fry sauce! This is one of the only Thai restaurants that knows how to do spicy! My dad can never seem to get enough, but at Bangkok St. he has met his match. He's basically sobbing every single time, but with a huge smile on his face. They do a 1-5 scale. Extremely wonderful service! Great food and presentation. The apps are on the smaller side (we had the lady's purse and spring rolls) and not the stars of the night. The pad Thai was very good, we ordered it specifically not sweet. It did not come with many veggies, which I didn't mind but most others I've had do have some carrots or mushrooms. I had a pork dish which was very flavorful and served with my fav bean thread noodles - yum! We ordered the mango ice cream and cheesecake for dessert. The cheesecake was very good and actually was especially tasty with the mango ice cream. If you haven't. You should. Driving around Cincinnati on our way back to Louisville and found this little hidden gem on yelp. It was the pork soup with the fried dumplings that really caught my attention. I am so glad I stopped in here for a bite to eat before heading home... It was amazing. Owner/hostess/waitress seemed to be from Thailand and was so sweet, nice and helpful. After ordering and receiving our food, it was very authentic! One of the best Thai restaurants in the area. Hands down. It has been a long hard search for good Thai food, and I have finally found someone to make pad Thai the way it should be made. I came to pick up some lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the lunch specials. The portions are pretty good sized for lunch. I will be coming back to try other dishes, but so far I am happy with the pad Thai here. I got level 5 spicy...prob should dial it down to level 3. I knew I'd like this place when I saw the cashier. She used to work at one of my favorite Thai spots on the west side. The decor was appetite priming and I liked the "shotgun" set up of the seating. Having visited Thailand a little over a month prior to dining in this establishment I felt like Americans are really missing out on the authentic stuff. After I told the cashier I went she smiled and commented on how I had the "authentic" stuff. In Thailand they use red chilies for EVERYTHING! Here they used a chili powder that I could see in my meal. For taste it was definitely convincing but did not measure up to all of the eats I had while in Thailand. With that said the food was still good and I'd go back. I've driven past this place dozens of times and I'm not sure what made me stop this time but I'm glad I did! I liked that there were fresh veggies in both the panang and the fried rice. This a small cute restaurant good for a couple but not large enough for big groups i think. Our neighbor said that his family loves Bagkok Street, so we decided to give it a go. It was fabulous! Very simple and small restaurant, but clean and attractive. Excellent stylized mural of Bangkok across from a huge wall of mirrors. We started with the gyo tod (fried wonton), then kao pad (chicken fried rice), gyo moo (pork wonton), and finally, the coconut ice cream with jackfruit. Everything was wonderful. I came here with a Thai friend who highly recommends the restaurant. I tried the crispy salad as an appetizer. It is good but it's essentially tempura vegetables with a light sauce on it, not quite what I was expecting when ordering from the "salad" section of the menu. My friend ordered the papaya salad as her appetizer. I tried a little bit and it was so good. I would definitely order that if I go back. I had the Mor Din for my dinner and I loved it. The sauce came on the side so you could add as much or as little as you like. For dessert we shared coconut ice cream and sticky rice with jackfruit. I absolutely loved the ice cream and I would go back just for that! The service was a little slow because there was only one person to wait all the tables, answer the phone, and run the cash register. I think there was only one cook as well. The waitress was very nice and she answered all of our questions we had when ordering. As long as you're not in a hurry, this is definitely a place to try! read more

This little strip mall location could be easily overlooked. The giant Buffalo Wild Wings across the street sucks up a lot of business in this area. The parking around this place is weird as well, only a tiny bit in front and a much larger amount in back. Only about 40 seats inside, and one server taking care of an almost full house on a Friday night. Oh, and yet another Asian restaurant that feels obliged to serve sushi (please don't order it, and maybe they'll stop this nonsense). We like the fried shrimp cakes, moo deang and fried rice, nothing too unusual for a Thai place but satisfying. What put it over the top was a terrific chili sauce, not stuff out of a bottle but something they concocted themselves. You have to request it on the side, but definitely do it. It makes everything that touches it so much better. It's also a good bargain, $20 per person including appetizer and alcohol. read more
