I don't know about calling it Rudisio-type but it's something in line of that & a buffet and you have your stuff onto a plate, they weigh it & that's the method they use. Ambulances are interesting because it's got seating but if you're not familiar you might be thrown a curve but it's pretty decent & for what it's worth I basically got 3-5 lbs. of stuff & overall might have paid a decent amount but it's worth it plus I have leftovers.

My sister had been here before and knowing that we love a more intimate setting, this was perfect. There were 12 of us. We each did the buffet. They serve beer by the bottle and wine by the glass. Juice is very reasonable. A regular is $3 and the large $6 (giant cup). I had Mango, sis had cashew, brother had guava. All were delicious! Check out my pictures for the food selection on the buffet. The pork was moist and juicy, the yellow rice with beans was favorite by everyone! There was fresh fruit cut up and even rice pudding. I'm very pleased. The meat was actually seasoned. They have the specialty meats that you can get also for an additional price. My granddaughter was THRILLED! Good food, good atmosphere, friendly staff. I'll definitely be back. (Plus its super close to my parents house...I can grab food, no waiting, and bring it over! Win-win!)

Somehow, every time I've come here, the experience has been excellent. I honestly cannot remember a single bad meal. This isn't a place I visit every week or even every month. It's more of a special occasion destination every few months. Part of the reason is that every visit turns into an event. We always go for the full experience, and by the time we leave, we're completely stuffed, happy, and already talking about when we'll come back. The quality of the food is outstanding. Everything arrives hot, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Whether it's one of the signature cuts of beef, lamb, chicken, pork, or something from the Market Table, I've yet to find an item that disappointed me. Usually, by the end of the meal, I've lost track of how many different things I've tried because I'm too busy enjoying all of it. One thing that always makes me laugh is the famous red and green card system. In theory, you flip the card to green when you want more food and red when you need a break. In reality, after a few visits, the staff seems to remember what you like. I've had servers and gauchos walk by with cuts they know I enjoy and offer them before I even have a chance to flip the card. That's not a complaint. It's actually one of the reasons the experience feels so personal. The service deserves just as much praise as the food. From the moment you walk through the door, you're welcomed warmly. Throughout the meal, someone is always checking to make sure you're enjoying yourself, asking if you need anything, and making sure the experience lives up to expectations. It never feels forced or scripted. The staff genuinely seems to care that you're having a great time. We usually arrive around 5:00 or 5:30, before the dinner rush really gets going. That timing has always worked well for us and allows for a relaxed, enjoyable meal without feeling crowded or rushed. Fogo de Chão isn't inexpensive, but that's because you're getting an experience, not just a meal. Between the quality of the food, the attention from the staff, and the overall atmosphere, I've always felt like I got my money's worth. At this point, if someone asks me where to go in Providence for a memorable dinner, Fogo de Chão is always near the top of my list. Fantastic food, exceptional service, and a level of consistency that is surprisingly rare these days. Five stars without hesitation.

Between the 3 of us, we selected a vide variety of charcuterie, salads and sides. The salmon was tender, the taboleh was fresh, it was all wonderful. The staff could not have been more accommodating, especially our server, Thomas. He paid special attention to my nibling, which was so appreciated. All of the meats were tasty, especially the picanha. The lamb was epic as well.

They had all the usual Thanksgiving foods along with the regular Texas de Brazil selections, so there was no shortage of options. The cranberry sauce wasn't my favorite, but the overall food and vibe made up for it. The servers *would not stop* coming by the table with meat selections, we could barely catch our breath before another skewer appeared. Not exactly a complaint, just impressive dedication. Our waiter, however, was perfect and kept everything running smoothly. The floors were extremely slippery, which was a little alarming, but guest services were excellent. We also made a last-minute reservation, and it was surprisingly easy. Overall, it was a fun, memorable meal and a great way to spend my Thanksgiving.
