He then proceeds to tell me he can't refund the order without me coming back to the store (which I know to be untrue) and then told me he can't refund online orders at all; that I must call catering in the morning. I then requested the name of the general manager for the store and instead of giving me the info, Chris proceeded told me tell me "she would be in tomorrow morning and I can just call..." I interrupted and stated I did not ask for when but who. Chris then hung up the phone. I gave it a minute just in case it was some kind of glitch, he did not call.back. I called the store and asked for Chris by name and was placed on hold. Chris never came to the phone. Bad employee behavior starts at the top and considering Chris' behavior, I see why the line staff seemed more preoccupied with each other than with the voluminous orders coming in. This is the second negative interaction I've had with this particular location. I let the last one slide because I was headed out of town. But today definitely reminded me why I stopped visiting this location in general. I don't believe any remediation will take place. Let's pray I don't get sick.

She took it upon herself to get me some okra and paid for it out of her own pocket, as the manager did not approve of me getting some more okra. The world needs more Zeahs!!!
