I've tried many of the wings, I prefer bone in regardless of where I go. All are good here, but I can't get away from the Thai Curry! My fingers are yellow by the time I finish them. Great spot to drink cold beer and watch sports. They don't rush you off. read more

Employees (servers and hosts) are incredible. On the other hand, there is a what looks like manager. Im not sure of her name but she wears a ponytail a lot, has brownish-black hair. It seems as if shes picking favorites/being rude to most employees and being nice to specific employees. I wish i could've got her name. Okay. So... we all know the history of this specific BDubz... it.. was BAD. Avoided it for 5 years. On a whim, I went the other night. COMPLETE 180° TURNAROUND. The service was great, Loco (our waiter) was great. The food was just what you'd expect. Based on the other night? I'd absolutely go back. Happy to see the local BDubz is back on the up-and-up. I stopped in this Buffalo Wild Wings to have a drink and some wings until my wife could join me. It was well before supper, so getting seated was a snap. I sat at the bar, since that was why I was there, and ordered a house margarita and an order of 6 Jammin Jalapeno (limited time flavor) wings. The bartender mixed my margarita well with plenty of drink vs ice. The wings were served promptly and were delicious and well prepared. The wings were a little on the crispy side, which I liked, and the Jammin Jalapeno sauce was spicy but not overwhelming, though a delicate palate might think otherwise. I don't know what all the negative reviews are about but I had an excellent experience. read more

A little blonde headed girl I believe her name was Taylor was extremely rude to us while we were waiting to be seated. When my wife turned to her and asked her how she was, she mouthed off "I don't want to be here". We can understand having bad days, but this was the start to more disrespect towards me and my family when trying to eat on this afternoon. Not only did she make me repeat myself 3x but after showing my ID didn't even make a motion to serve me. I am an absolute wing fanatic. I love Buffalo Wild Wings most of the time. Overall the food here has been good on four previous visits here, but the service is disappointing. After my first visit I thought they may have just been busy. Each visit has proved that the service is predictably and consistently bad. There were six empty tables around us today, so being busy couldn't have been the reason. From the time we ordered, which was 12:25, the wait began. I have to admit that based on prior visits and reviews, I was expecting it. BWW didn't disappoint! Well, 45 minutes later we received one of our three deliveries of food. Those served first were close to finished by the time the third delivery arrived. Based on multiple reviews dating back and being documented for more than two years now, the Benton location has the worst service of any BWW I have ever visited. I also cannot recall a worse service restaurant in Arkansas and I travel within the state a lot and eat out at least 5 meals a week. I also notice on many of the negative reviews, someone in management posts a redundant cut and paste apology with a phone number to call. Why? Free fries? Instead of apologizing on yelp or wherever the reviews are posted, why not do something about it? I've eaten at 8 or 9 BWW in other areas and the service is good and even great! Imitation is the highest form of flattery. Contact some other stores and learn from them. What you are doing is not working. Hope this helps! Please change, I love your wings, I just don't want to wait for chickens to be raised to get my meal. read more

I've been in literally over 100 BWW locations across the country as an independent truck driver. I've written 1 review on BWW until tonight. This is the absolute worst run BWW I've ever seen. Where do I begin....... few few guests here at 7:20 pm on a Tuesday yet tons of un-bussed, wet, messy tables abound. I walked in with nary a greeting. Made my way to bar area where I sat down, cleaned the table myself, waited ....... walked to bar to order my Cabernet ( bartender did seem to be nice), she put my glass on bar and a server brought it me, placed it down and said nothing. It's 7:58 no one has even said hello. I asked bartender to put a game on for me when I ordered my wine.......Nothing at 8:00 pm There is shit loud rap on speakers clearly for the benefit of lazy ass do nothing staff. I just a staff member who I need to talk to to get a game on ( college football!) he looked bewildered ( wings-beer-sports?) He asked a server who looked beyond bewildered, possibly ohh never mind. Just staff, I counted 12 so far walking around, talking to each other..... talking to themselves (literally) looking disheveled. I don't believe any one of the staff here can operate a tv remote. Do not come here. I cannot believe this is now a corporation that allows this disgusting display of a service staff to exist. Unless you enjoy observing: filthy tables, inept workers, inattentive/non attentive servers, wanna be rap artists and 16 TVs all tuned to the same meaningless college basketball game, go elsewhere. It's 8:15 and no game, no server ever has come to my table asking if I wanted anything at all UN-BE-LIEVABLE Oh and I'm adding this to top off this experience .... they apparently ran out of Cabernet, Merlot and Miller Light. Yeah, this place has gone downhill since its opening. The food is subpar compared to the one in Hot Springs, and the service is pretty pathetic. Nearly every time I eat here, I get a new server that seems oblivious to how to get orders right. Enter at your own risk! By the way, the Woodchuck is an excellent drink! Went to watch the UFC and found out after driving 25 min they don't show the fights. I had to turn around and drive to the BWW in North Little Rock to watch them. Don't like the layout of the bar. When you sit at the bar you have to watch small TV's because the large big projectors are above your head. No where near the amount of TV's as the other BWW location either. read more

Well, let's start with my dinner. Ordered the all American burger with onion rings. About ten minutes after order was placed was told they were out of onion rings. Changed to the potato wedges. The all American, as listed on the menu, comes with two meat patties. Mine only had one. I asked for cheese, lettuce and onion only. I got that with about a quarter of a jar of mayonnaise as well. One bite and all you can taste is mayonnaise. Just gross. The bottom bun was straight up cold. The potato wedges had a strange burnt taste to them. My brother orders the BONELESS chicken wings. Care to guess what he got??? Service was just plain horrible. I could almost understand that part if the place was slammed with other customers, but it wasn't. The place wasn't even half full of patrons. Buffalo Wild Wings please just tell people that enter the building that you guys just don't give a damn. Now when you don't tip they think you are being cheap but when the service is crap, and asking for ranch feels like a damn task should you even tip??
