I interrupted and stated I did not ask for when but who. Chris then hung up the phone. I gave it a minute just in case it was some kind of glitch, he did not call.back. I called the store and asked for Chris by name and was placed on hold. Chris never came to the phone. Bad employee behavior starts at the top and considering Chris' behavior, I see why the line staff seemed more preoccupied with each other than with the voluminous orders coming in. This is the second negative interaction I've had with this particular location. I let the last one slide because I was headed out of town. But today definitely reminded me why I stopped visiting this location in general. I don't believe any remediation will take place. Let's pray I don't get sick.

Food was good. In particular, I thought the chicken was and cooked to perfection. Catfish is supposed to be farm raised but I'm not sure about that. Wife and I wanted Dr Pepper drinks but the soda machine was empty. We shifted to sweet tea but there was none - just unsweetened tea. So we took the unsweetened tea and added our own sweetener to it.
