Such an incredible place, one of my favorites for a delicious bowl of ramen! Andre, I believe he is the manager, is amazing. He's funny and personable and loves chatting! Nice, clean interior and cozy ambiance. We ordered matcha and Thai teas. The matcha was not too sweet, my favorite! Appetizer we split the shrimp tempura. Crispy, crunchy, and cooked to perfection. I ordered the dry garlic ramen (no cucumber or nori) and it was a 10/10, seriously so flavorful and delicious. They give you three slices of chashu. You order up front and pay, then choose where you want to sit and they will bring the food out to your table. All items were packaged as to-go for sanitary measures and easy to pack if there are leftovers! Everything we ordered was phenomenal! Flavor was great! Highly recommend the crispy beef and orange chicken from here. They serve all entrees with a side of either white or fried rice. It looks like they do a lot of delivery and carry out business. There is no waitress. You order at the counter and seat yourself--no problem for me. I ordered Kung Pao Shrimp with fried rice.
