The manager came out and apologized saying that it's her best bartender and he would never do such thing. And you know what, he might be and it could've been an innocent mistake, but accusing us of not paying and then taking the money out of the tip jar while he looks shakey and shitting his pants...I would say it wasn't and that he did it on purpose.
