I came here for the first time ever, despite always driving past it. Only reason I came is because I was craving pizza and the night before a buddy of mine mentioned it in casual conversation. Here is what I tried: Bread and butter - this was def homemade. Flavor wise it's a 4/5, but the homemade part makes it a 5/5. Vegetarian Pizza - this is also a flavor thing for me, and I understand rating a pizza place on a vegetarian meal is pretty lame. I'll try a meat pizza next time. I'll give this a 4/5. Onion Rings - These were great, 5/5. Coors Light - Carbonation was perfect and so was temperature 5/5 Last, but not least, Service! This was a complete 5/5! Overall I give this place a 4.5/5! This is my neighborhood watering hole, meet up place and go to if you want really good casual Italian and pizza. My favorite pasta sauce is the basilico. Lot's of garlic, sundried tomatoes and basil with an EVOO base. It's my go to light summer pasta if you will. The chicken wings are incredible so be sure to take advantage of "Wing Wednesday". Pizza is great, calzones are huge but sharable and of course my all time favorite dish is the ravioli in marsala sauce. All meals are served with a smile and loads of garlic butter and fresh bread. Had a terrible experience at this restaurant today, walked in, was ignored, stood by bar, was ignored, asked for table cause no one asked me. I sat on a table still no attention or menu was given. I had waited over 15 min. A nice couple with their baby walked and they were immediately seated and given menu and utensils. Still no one helped me, so I walked out. Very poor customer service. Hopefully they improve the attention. Went to this place because we didn't want go to Rocco's. Glad we did! We ordered the mini pizza combo no olives. EXCELLENT! The owner recommended the calamari and usually I won't order because it's usually over fried and chewy. They fry their calamari in small steak pieces and boy oh boy was it great! Even though it was a light meal it was so flavorful and AMAZING! I think they put crack in their pizza dough because I couldn't stop eating it! So light and airy like a cloud but crispy and crusty. Where's Sarah? First off, don't get me wrong, we enjoy going to this place. Good food, good atmosphere. Prices are getting up there but that's kinda the way everywhere. But where oh where is our favorite server Sarah? The last few times we've been there she's no where to be found Everybody there is cool but Sarah was like the glue that held everything together! It's just not the same anymore without her smiling face, great and sometimes goofy attitude and definitely her attention to detail!! She's surely missed. I used to like this place but it has gone downhill lately. The servers are all very nice but the cashier lady is just plain rude and the last couple times I have eaten here , my stomach is all messed up for a day or two. We came in Friday night 02/28 and our server Junior was the best server we've ever had, even considering the fine dining servers we've had at other places. He is the front of house manager on weekends and he deserves it plus more. Me and hubby have worked food service our whole life and he is a great manager. He handles his tables with professionalism and charisma while also perfectly managing his staff and directing what to do so the night goes smooth. I've never seen a young manager so charismatic yet such a talented manager and LEADER. As for food, it was ok, the new chef/kitchen manager is not it. Aside from one very nice server (forgot her name) this place is garbage when it comes to service either that the servers are very racist. Their pizza is good other items like pasta is very watery. My wife and I've been there about 6 times since moving to the area. We were lucky to have meet one very nice server who waited on us twice. other times the servers/bartenders would tell us to seat ourselves without giving us menus. Then never to come by to take our order. I understand it if it was a pack full of customers but all they had was table filled with 10 or 12. But this family has their food and waiting on other dishes. After sitting for awhile and two server walking around they never bothered to stop to take our order nor offered any water or other beverages. I noticed all the server were Caucasian women who couldn't seem to bothered. Now if this happened only once I call it a fluke but 3 time ‍‍‍. So we stopped going. Instead we ordered for pick up. Bring it home and our order is incomplete. I call to talk to a manager name I believe was Julie or Julia. She says to me come back in and she will give the missing. Well little problem with that. I'm handicap and it's very hard for me to travel outside of my house. I'm not looking for anything special treatment but what I do expect for them to do is ac knowledge their customers. Bambino's on a rainy Wednesday night at 7pm was on the slower side of busy but had easy parking still. I really love going to Bambino's - it's my FAVORITE Italian restaurant. The staff is casual and experienced. The ambiance is warm and friendly, inviting everyone from date nighters to little league after-gamers to everyone in between. While the price is no different than your basic neighborhood restaurant Bambino's is anything but basic. I rarely have the same thing twice because when everything is so flavorful and tasty why would you? But no judgement if that's how you roll. Speaking of rolls, they don't have those. Bambino's does have little bread things (equiv. to rolls) that they serve while you wait for dinner. They are so good the first time I had them I went to sleep dreaming about them. True story! The food genuinely speaks for itself. Words just don't do it justice. Everything here looks as good as it tastes - amazing! I've literally just about licked my plate clean everytime I've been here - cuuuute am I right? To hell with cute. I'm satisfied. When was the last time you could say that? The dessert menu is small but what they do offer is simple and yummy. I had the chocolate cake but honestly I'm always too full from dinner here to enjoy dessert like I typically do and tonight was no different. I don't think I could go here were I on a diet. I bet the damn menu even tastes good - don't try to eat it. I'm just saying you could throw a dart at the menu and at no time would it land on anything you'd be sad about. Our go to pizza spot in town! The wings & pizza are so good every time! We have been ordering takeout for the past few months due to Covid & have never been disappointed.
