We had dinner here, while visiting Concord for a concert. They offer Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and are located in the Vineyard Shopping Center. I had made dinner reservations ahead of time. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and seated right away. The inside had a nice bar and tablecloth covered tables giving off a classy yet cozy atmosphere. We were seated by the window in a cozy and more private space. It was a lovely spot. Our server brought us cold water and menus to look at. While we were looking at the menu, we were brought warm bread and butter. My husband decided to order the Moroccan Beef Tagine and I ordered the pescatore with fettuccine. I don't care too much for salmon and asked if they could please omit it. They offered to give me more shrimp and mussels, which was very nice. I really appreciated that. I'm so glad we made reservations, because the restaurant filled up fast. I definitely recommend reservations when coming here. It's a popular place for the locals. Our food arrived quickly. I was offered freshly grated Parmesan cheese for my pasta. My husband loved his Moroccan beef. I tried it and it was delicious and had so much flavor. My pasta wasn't the best, but just okay. The sauce was very bland, and I had to add a lot of salt to make it taste more flavorful. The pasta was overcooked and not al dente. The worst part was the shrimp. The shrimp were overly cooked and hard to chew. The mussels and clams were very good, though. I would have mentioned this to our waiter but I didn't want to be late to our concert. We didn't heave a lot of time to waste so I ate about half of my dish and made sure to eat all the mussels and clams. If we had more time, I would have asked if I could try something else and I'm sure they would have accommodated me. The staff were very friendly and kind. I would definitely come back and try one of their Moroccan dishes. When I read the review for this restaurant, prior to coming, many people commented on how good the Moroccan dishes were. I can see why, because my husband Moroccan beef Tagine was so flavorful. If we are ever in the area again, we will give Fiore another try. read more

Fiore is very solid. The menu is interesting. It's a mix of Italian and Mediterranean. I ordered an Aperol Spritz which was quite good. My wife ordered an Italian soda. It was not sweet at all, which is not our preference. The chicken piccata was very good, but creamier than expected. The Moroccan chicken was delicious. We also ordered an olive oil dip for the complimentary bread for an extra $5. Otherwise it comes with butter. We ordered a watermelon salad to share, which was a special. It was quite tasty. The polenta was pretty good, but we prefer "La Strada" in Richmond, CA and La Veranda in Pittsburg, CA when it comes to polenta. The ambience inside is fairly nice; causal with classy vibes. We ate outdoors because they were booked up inside. The weather was beautiful. The service was quite good. It did take a while for our check to come, but other than that it was not slow at all despite them being busy. I plan to come back and try out some other items. read more

This was my first time at Fiore(: very lovely Italian restaurant. It was quiet environment not busy on a Thursday afternoon. Were greeted & were able to pick our own sitting. The waiter brought us water & menus right away(: the owner checked in on us & took our order. I ordered a peach Italian soda, a turkey sandwich with a Caesar salad, very delicious lunch. Went here for dinner on Valentine's Day and was a bit disappointed. The staff were friendly and seated us quickly which was great and they were attentive. The food however was overcooked, bland and basic. I'm not sure since it was a prix fixe menu if they cooked everything in advanced and reheated the food (which it seemed like they did). Our starter should have been a red flag with the soggy bread and mush smoked salmon. The chicken with Marsala sauce was ultra dry and so overcooked that the knife was having difficulty cutting it. The short rib was lukewarm and the sauce had no flavor. The veggies on both entrees were so salty that they were not edible. The only part of the dinner that was enjoyable to eat was the dessert and the lobster bisque soup. For a $200 dinner we were underwhelmed and a bit annoyed but didn't complain (maybe I should have though). This was our first time here so a little bummed this spot didn't live up to the reviews but maybe you'll have better luck. Not worth $200 in my opinion. read more

We randomly decided to drop by at fiore after doing a family and friends bowling day up the street. We have never been here before but after looking up reviews we had some high expectations. The service staff were awesome and have absolutely no complaints on that! The food on the other hand was just okay. The Caesar salad was a little too fishy for me. It was compelling overpowering the rest of the salad that I ended up leaving the entire salad. We also ordered the lasagna which oddly had a sweet flavor and was a little thick? The carbonara pasta was good but did lack in the flavor department. We added some pepper and made it work. Now what I will rave about is the bread and olive oil they bring out! I could have sat there and eaten a whole basket of it but unfortunately had to share with the family lol. read more

Had a wonderful experience here! We actually had intended to make reservations for the owner's other restaurant in Concord, Luna. We were somehow able to make the reservation online but they were actually booked. To make up for the tech mishap, Habib offered us a table at Fiore and even threw in an appetizer for us. The customer service at Fiore was excellent from start to finish. The appetizer we were given was the goat cheese garlic bread. It was delicious! Warm, crispy, garlicky. Can't go wrong. They also provide baskets of bread and butter. I ordered the penne pesto which was lovely too. I like the sun dried tomatoes they add. Everyone else in our party was also very happy with their meals. The portions are generous, everyone's meal came out nice and hot, and prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area. Fiore has a nice cozy feel which was emphasized by the cute holiday lights and decor for the season. Would recommend and look forward to coming back! read more

My wife and I were greeted warmly at the door by Hafed and the night got better from there. We started with the melon caprese which was so refreshing on a warm night. I had the dinner special of gnocchi and sausage in a rich cream sauce and I'm telling you it was the best gnocchi I've ever tasted! My wife enjoyed her dish with shrimp in a tasty dill cream sauce. She nearly licked the plate clean! We finished with the tiramisu which was not too filling and just the thing we needed to complete our meal. The atmosphere and ambience in Fiore is nice. The service is friendly, fast and efficient. and the gnocchi mushroom appetizer is excellent. However, the entrées, we had the lasagna and the chicken piccata I would not go back for. The chicken piccata I think was chicken thighs and not breast, it also seemed like they were boiled and not grilled. It had very few capers and the sauce was watery. Over all it was very bland and plain. The lasagna had very little meat and very little cheese about half of it was just layers of pasta. The lasagna was also very bland tasting. read more

We enjoyed a really nice meal here on a Friday. We arrived on the earlier end and there were only a few tables occupied. By the time we left ~6:30 PM, the place was packed, so a reservation may be a good idea. Service was great-- warm and friendly throughout our time there. We got started with wine and a large caesar salad to share. The salad portion is generous--we both ate our fill and even took some home with us. The complimentary bread was warm and delicious. For our mains, my honey got the Moroccan beef tagine and I got one of the specials--a calamari steak, served with potatoes and veggies (carrot/zucchini/squash). My honey really enjoyed his tagine and already has an idea of what he wants to try next time-- the Moroccan chicken or the lamb shank... it may be a tough choice. I appreciated that the calamari steak wasn't breaded and fried, which is how many other places choose to prepare it. It was served with a tasty, creamy sauce with capers. The potatoes and veggies were well cooked and seasoned. We wrapped up our meal with an order of spumoni gelato. I rarely pass up spumoni and this one was definitely a shareable portion. read more

We had an amazing meal at this local, very cute, Italian restaurant. We were celebrating my kids' birthday (twins) and and were greeted warmly upon arrival. I had made a reservation through Yelp. From beginning to end service was excellent and the food was delicious. The only minor thing was that I did not like the (sweet) vinegrette sauce on the goat cheese garlic bread. Other than that everything was amazing, including my Scampi Risotto special, for which I asked for no onions. The appetizer stuffed mushrooms was probably the most surprising and best tasting thing we ordered. We ordered dessert and they remembered to bring it with candles on top . We will definitely be back for another family dinner, bday or no bday. P.S. I left my purse at the restaurant and was headed out of town the next day. I did not realize it until they closed so I left a voicemail. The next day when they opened my kids called and went to pick up my purse with all of my money still in it. A small quaint restaurant with nice Italian decor. A friendly atmosphere. I noticed several customers greeted as regulars which was comforting. I ordered the chicken picatta that came with some sweet and regular potatoes, zuccini and carrots. I'm not big on cooked carrots and the zucchini had a little to much fennel for my taste. The chicken was sliced on the thinner side just the way I like it. It was moist and tender without any dryness. The sauce, well I could have licked my plate it was so yummy! The complementary bread was fresh and soft. My partner had the lasagna which I tasted, it was very good, the pasta was nice and thin and the sauce was perfect. The staff were friendly and efficient, the establishment is clean with a peaceful ambiance. Prices are average to below some other local Italian places. We will return. read more

My friends and I decided to try out Fiore, we've been putting our cars in the parking lot of this area for car shows and decided it was time to try out the restaurant. This is a cool restaurant almost a throwback from the 70s or 80s. The service was very good, even when we gave them grief about the first table choice they offered us, they quickly moved us to another table to suit our wishes. Staff was all very accommodating, and the service was very good. They have a full bar and I have to say their drinks were also very good not everybody makes a great martini. We started off with a carpaccio appetizer with our drinks, I have to give this a solid 9. As for the entrées, everybody was extremely happy with their meal, while they do not make homemade pasta, and to be fair most Italian restaurants do not, we all thought the food was extremely good. The flavors were excellent properly seasoned etc. Even better than the entrée was the tiramisu one of the best I've had anywhere around here. In closing, we will definitely return to this restaurant and consider it one of the best in the area. read more

Was an amazing Mother's Day Lunch we had here today. This was our first time here as we were looking for a good lunch after rock climbing in the area. I'm so glad I for this great little spot. The food was amazing every dish was perfect from the appetizer to the dessert. Even though it was a prefixed menu I felt we got a great array of what they have to offer. The fresh made pasta and fish was all cooked properly. The service was very nice and helpful, while the place is small it's a quaint place that feels like Nona's home.
