The food came out fast, the portions were generous, and the fried items were done well: crisp, hot, and thankfully free of that "how old is this oil?" taste. The schnitzel was the one miss for me. Its sauce was too thick and goopy for my taste. I'd happily order the bratwurst and tots again, though, especially with different football games playing everywhere you look. We really liked the ambiance of this place and the beer selection was great. I had the Bambei burger, my hubby had green chili queso burger. They were huge and looked fantastic, but the meat had no seasoning on it-no flavor. A little salt and pepper would go a long way. My burger had one chunk of blue cheese, and the queso burger had very little actual queso. The fries also had an odd seasoning, maybe thyme? I did not care for it at all. We will go back due to the location and the beer selection. We'll definitely try some other items on the menu. read more

For our monthly burger night we de used to try Bambei Brewing Company and it ended up being a great choice! The staff is friendly and helpful. They are willing to answer questions and offer a suggestion. I am not a beer drinker so we checked to make sure before going in that there would be viable drink choices for me. One red wine option was disappointing but it's better than some breweries. And it's a Cabernet Sauvignon so that works. To ohhh they had a private party so they didn't open the kitchen until 5:30 (yes and early dinner). We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and then when the kitchen opened we decided to share a Bambei Burger which has grilled onions and blue cheese. Fire!! The burgers are smash burgers and come with 2 patties on a brioche bun. The burgers come with fries and it is a HUGE order of fries. The burger was juicy, flavorful and not too salty. The fries were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. They could have been hotter but it didn't keep us from eating them. I can't believe it's taken is so long to try this place! First time here. We came late afternoon so it was quiet. A few folks on laptops, a few small tables of folks conversing. I was also jazzed that there are two ChargePoint plugs outside to charge your EV while there. We were welcomed by the beertender and ordered our pints. My husband went for their dank IPA. I had the chocolate stout. Both were delicious. I especially liked the bitter finish on the stout. Love the dark beers! It is quite spacious with a nice outdoor area. It was a chilly evening so we were inside. There are plenty of TVs to catch your favorite sporting event. They have a food menu which we will need to try next time. There will be a return visit. They only opened a few weeks ago so I bet they'll make a few changes. There is a big and pleasant patio where I had dinner recently with a group of friends. You order at the bar and they bring the food to your table. Inside it's a little dark, a few high tables for groups, plenty of seating and TVs. There's a selection of beers on tap, a few wines and cocktails. We didn't find a beer that we really liked but it's totally subjective. The food menu offers hamburgers, sandwiches, a couple salads and a few other traditional pub offerings. There is a vegetarian burger but that's about it if you don't eat meat. They have a good food menu and I was very happy with my green chili burger and fries. Service was very welcoming and friendly, and most importantly the beer was very good! New that opened about a month ago. Fun area. It's a restaurant and brewery. With a few guest taps. Good size patio. Looks like they have a few fire places outside. As you walk in there is a sign that says "seat yourself". So we sat ourselves. A waitress saw us going to sit down and brought over menus and that was the last time we saw that certain waitress. Before she left she stated you can order at the bar or a server would be around. So when we were ready to order actually went to the bar. We ordered our food and beer. The 2 gentlemen working behind the bar were very friendly and attentive. So, about 10 minutes later another waitress stopped by and asked if we were ready to order. Which we had already at the bar. Our food came out. Nobody came back to see how it was. (A lot of employees were working too and just standing around). Food was mediocre at best. Tried the quesadilla, tachos and Buffalo chicken burger. The beer we tried was the Cherry wheat, brown, red and black ipa. They were all decent. Again, nothing special. Very confusing if you have a waiter or just go order everything from the bar. It seems like a fun atmosphere with lots of TVs. Since they just opened maybe wait until they get all the kinks out. Frustrating recent experience here. We love supporting local and were really excited for a brewery so close to our neighborhood. We've had good experiences here, beer is okay but food has been really good. Today was a total 180 though. We came in at 11:45 and were willing to wait the 15min until 12 when the kitchen opened so we ordered some beers and sat down. We were informed it would be another 15min for kitchen to open and frustratingly sat down again. We tried to order after 12:20 and kitchen still wasn't open so we had to leave. This isn't okay. You have hungry customers and even hungrier young children. I would have been fine waiting the 15min between 11:45 and 12 but beyond that is unacceptable. Really disappointed that this was our experience for such a new business and we likely won't be back anytime soon. You can do better Bambei. read more
