We used Bald Eagle Movers in March of 2023. The owner and his sidekick were excellent. They went above and beyond, worked tirelessly to get us all moved in to our new home. They easily took direction from me (a female) and were nothing but polite and courteous. I see a review from a woman claiming the owner was disrespectful and sexist so would just like to note that I did not get that treatment or energy from them whatsoever. I was pregnant at the time & also had my two small children being typical children. They were very patient and kind to my kiddos. Would definitely recommend them! read more

This was, by far, the best of our 10 moves. Bob Burg, the owner, was present and working along with his 3 men. They packed & loaded us in one day with no breaks except for a working lunch. Next day, we met at 7 am at the new location, ~ 20 mi. away and began unloading and setting up. Everything went according to schedule. They finished by late afternoon. We paid exactly as per the quote, plus a tip...never before had movers that deserved a tip. Two weeks later, we are almost done unpacking without finding any breakage. They need drivers that can drive. Almost got hit just now from a driver that plowed through a stop sign and nearly side swiped me.

Very poor experience. Agreed to 2.5 hoiurs and got with a start time of 12:30. Got 1.5 hours and an excuse about traffic folr an hourso he actually started at 11:30. Guess I am lucky he was not stuck in traffic for 2.5 hours, he may not have shown at all. He wanted to hike up price after after furniture was on the truck. read more

Bob and Eric were amazing! I called the 2 nights before Bob was going on vacation for 3 weeks and he still managed to get the job done the next day. They showed up when stated, got immediately to work and were able to move much more than I thought possible; saving me hours of work and multiple trips by car. Did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it... and for the quoted price. EXCELLENT work and pride in their work. Can highly recommend these guys. read more

Bob was extremely sexist and rude and left immediately upon claiming I had a bad attitude. Bob was extremely unhelpful. He claimed he was being "thoughtful" bringing in boxes I didn't ask for or need them he preceded to not look at me since I'm a woman and only would speak to my father. We hadn't used this company for relocation before and his behavior was domineering, belligerent, he wouldn't listen, wouldn't do what I needed and then refused to help in-fact blamed my standing up for decent treatment and barged in my house before it was the correct time to start. I could NOT believe he was so disrespectful, completely and unequivocally rude and could care less. Instead of being decent and accommodating he just left and was so caustic and sexist. I called him an A hole because He WAS!!!!!! In Fallbrook no less. Don't use them unless you want to be emotionally abused!!!! I know exactly what I am talking about. These movers don't think they need to listen or take any kind of direction and it's total crap! Call someone else so he no longer gets away with his horrid and ruthless behavior. He must be a really unhappy person to take out his anger on a woman like he did. read more

Our experience with Bald Eagle movers was extremely stressful. After loading our furniture on their trucks they insisted on unloading at our new home before it recorded and we got keys. We had told them the time frame but Bob did what he wanted. He was uncooperative. After our move we found our oak dining table broken with a 2 by 4 put in it. We also found a deep gouge in our bookcase. Save yourself stress and do not use Bald Eagles. read more

Aweful Dishonest Movers. They destroy my home and ruined the floor. They knew they did it, and even tried running their thumb over the dent to fix it. After they left they took no responsibility, were rude, and used disgusting language after THEY damaged my home. They lied straight to my face after the incident of them damaging the floor was WITNESSED. I would Highly recommend NOT using this company. They were some of the worst people I have ever come across. We hired Bob and Bald Eagle Movers to handle our move from San Diego to Nashville in September. After interviewing several movers, I could tell that Bob knew what he was doing from the start. While Bald Eagle does offer packing services, we elected to save some $$ and pack the house ourselves. Bob confirmed on several occasions the move date, which gave us peace of mind and confidence in the actual date so we could make all the other arrangements surrounding the move. On the load date, Bob and his crew arrived on time, wrapped the larger pieces of art and the furniture. They were professional and polite. The next day, we headed across country. Bob arrived the night before we did, and we were fortunate to be able to have the truck stored in our driveway for the night. The next day, all was unloaded and placed where we wanted in our new home. Only one item was broken, likely due to our packing. The price was a bit higher than our other quotes, but we felt real comfortable with Bob and liked the fact that Bob drove the truck and except for another very small load that had been walled off for a drop off after ours, our stuff filled the truck. I had read too many horror stories of other movers that crammed 3 or 4 loads in one truck resulting in lost and damaged goods. Thank you Bob!! read more

My folks and I used Bald Eagle movers and after reading the reviews i was happy my mom chose them even though they were more expensive. They came on time and with a lot of energy. Unfortunately they don't listen. We asked them to put things in a certain way and it was done opposite. Now i have to go back and laboriously reorganize everything they did. Only i don't have three men helping me. They loaded stuff in the cupboards in garage. Heavy stuff that didn't belong there. That is what i am working on today. Musical junk. We paid thousands of dollars on this move. And now i am left with a disaster. I asked him why they didn't put the power equipment where we had asked and he said he didn't think they should be out in the weather. Did i ask you what you thought? No. Now they are mixed in with boxes and everything else and i have to completely unload the garage to get to them. I would shoot myself before i even considered using these people again. Even after he knew we were unhappy he never came by to make it right...... read more

Just got ripped off by this company!. Used them 18 years ago to move to South Orange County with no problems. Needed some pieces moved to storage and figured I'd call them since they were local in my home town less than two miles away. Called and was quoted a fee of $160 for three men and a truck. I felt it was a little high but had had no problems before so we went with it. Day of the move they show up w/ only two movers and then quoted me a fee of $130 which I thought was still a little high but the wife needed it moved. All went well and we were settling up after the move when the Owner Bob Burg came up with a figure of $580 for an hour and a half of work! After I picked my jaw up off the floor and asked why he stated there was a four hour minimum and I needed to pay for his gas and travel time from Fallbrook which is over an hour away! I said I wasn't told any of this on the phone and if I knew he had moved to Fallbrook I never would have hired him in the first place! If you use this company get everything in writing! They aren't the reputable company they were 18 years ago and i unfortunately learned the hard way, you can't trust anyone anymore! read more
